I was in Starbucks this morning. About 3 people in front of me. One register open. After 5 minutes I left.

Good service and coffee is normal. It's hard to find a Starbucks that has both! Only problem is it's a small location with no drive thru.

I've always known Starbucks to have friendly baristas, but the ones here are just meh. They're lifeless. And well...it's a Starbucks. We all have our opinions about this place. read more

Today, this location gets a ONE star from me. They didn't have ingredients for my first THREE drink choices. I had to settle for my 4th choice at which I wanted to just walk out. I ordered two food items and the guy would not give me a bag. I understand you don't have ingredients but being super stingy when I was struggling to carry everything did not make me happy. I will not be returning to this location for awhile and unfortunately it is closest to my work. read more

I already wrote a google review but I'm writing one here as well. This Starbucks is super clean and the staff is always super super friendly! Really enjoy coming to this Starbucks and relaxing/getting some studying done. Ash is also a super great barista who is super nice and even once recommended me her drink order! read more

The lady named Joanne is sooo rude!! I had a paper with all my orders on it and she snatches the paper away from me so she can see it better and starts writing out all the orders. I asked for either or on one of the orders and she ends up giving me both and charging me for both after I specifically told her either or depending on what was available! She was so rude about everything I didn't even feel like talking to her again to fix my order! All the other baristas are really nice and friendly! I come here all the time and I've never been treated like this. I wish I could give her no stars! read more

I really like the atmosphere here. The employees aren't robots and they're always nice to me and talkative when it's not too busy. I like being acknowledged as a human and not just a consumer in the masses! The coffee is really good, too. And the tea! Some starbucks make pretty watered down tea but I'd say they do a darn good job over here. read more

[Joanne R.] does not represent a "great" manager, or a "good," for that matter. She is absolutely rude and thinks that she is on top of the world because she manages a Starbucks store LOL. Unfortunately, this is all she has grown to know in her 27 years of life; from Barista to Manager and no completed education. Then we have associates that make it obnoxiously obvious in the manner they discuss people and judge them. For instance, [Jessica Y.]: the poor dark girl whom is constantly loud and obnoxious, along with her twiggy sister whom is nameless. They both have extra round bottle cap glasses and have no manners at work, and I can assure much less at home. It is rude to announce and yell when a customer is walking to the restroom, or to even express out loud (over the music) as to what you personally think of someone. Also, do not snap at customers or wave your phone at them with the time, in order to kick them out five minutes before closing hours. Much of your actions can trigger legal actions from people if you are not cautious. Keep in mind, they are contributing to your check. I am extremely observant on behaviors, which is why I guess my observations explain why they are stuck here :) Do yourself a favor, and grow up or lose your future. If the District or even Executive officers do not come across the opportunity to witness the type of people that are running their business; I will definitely make sure they do. I know this is 'too harsh,' but I speak the truth in order for customer's to fairly receive service for the hard work earned dollars they spend. Let's reciprocate ;) read more

The staff at this location are superb! They are very friendly and welcoming to all the customers. I happen to work at this location, and it is a joy to come in and get my usual morning Chai. The staff remember my drink before I even order! I really wish i could tip these excellent baristas! read more

Good location, inside the shopping center so it makes for a quick grab.

Came in today for a quick drink. Used a gift card from my phone and the balance was $0.65, gave the guy behind the register a dollar bill and he said thanks. No change? He looked past me and on to the next customer. Really?? I know it's only 35 cents but it's the principal of the idea that's upsetting. I guess he really needed that extra tip. The other day was an exceptionally pleasant morning when James the barista was calling out the names for finished drinks. Perfect place to hang out with friends, or a date. The environment is really soothing and the customers are very welcoming. I come here once in a while during my lunch break around 12 and Natasha (i think thats her name) is always there and always has a great attitude. She spells my name wrong even with my name tag on my shirt but she definitely knows how to provide good customer service. I love coming here for iced coffee. read more

Nice starbucks helpful staff just be aware you may be approached by homeless crackheads on occasion for money . Around 10am Sunday I guess they kick the homeless people from the shelters/halfway houses and they sit around in front of starbucks or in between starbucks and the baskin robbins till the shelter/halfway house re-opens. read more

I visit this Starbucks almost daily as my office is right around the corner and I have been nominated to make afternoon coffee runs. Generally, the baristas are very friendly and ask how my day is going. Yesterday I ordered dark roast and the gentleman behind the counter brewed a fresh pot as they were out. Today, the woman behind the counter, whom I rarely see at the time I go in, was less than friendly. I had an order of four drinks total, which she whipped up fairly quickly, kudos for that. I ordered the dark roast and was told that Starbucks doesn't brew dark roast after noon. I've been ordering the dark roast after noon with no problem every other time I've been there. So either I haven't been receiving the dark roast, or she just couldn't be bothered to brew a fresh pot. In addition, as I had four drinks all going to separate offices, I asked for two creams, one for the tea and one for the coffee. She gave me the two creams and then when ringing me up told me that she would have to charge me for a tall milk as it was just so much cream. I asked her, "really? $2.15 for two creams? I'm ordering four drinks." And she replied, "Well, its just so much cream that I have to charge you." Now logically... if I had split the order and asked for a cream with both orders... no charge. So why am I getting charged for a tall milk when shes just giving me two baby cups of cream? Basically I walked away dissatisfied with this barista and this experience... Based on this experience alone it was a two star coffee run. However, the baristas I normally deal with are very personable and I don't think that they would nickel and dime me for cream... So alas, 3 stars. read more

After they remodeled it this starbucks became more spacious . Its a nice one to go to when you need to catch up on homework or just hang out for awhile. Staff here is friendly as well. read more

LOVE. First Starbucks I've been to that actually cares about their customers and their needs. The barista Danny I think (can't read the name tag) went above and beyond to make sure our drinks were good and even asked to check in on us. He was also super friendly to everyone walking in. I mobile ordered my coffee when I got there it was not ready and they were not busy. When the barista made the coffee he filled barely filled 3/4 of the cup. I don't need milk room when it is a white chocolate mocha! read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Pico Rivera, California

I come here because it's the location near my job, however every time they mess up my order and have to redo it. Last time I went, which was last week I ordered a Chestnut Praline Venti Frappe, my order was messed up, and then I noticed that they charged me, the drink, and a different transaction of $8.45 which I believe took place when the cashier asked me to remove my card and insert it again when I was paying, not to mention that when she told me my total she walked away from the register. read more

Love Starbucks, this Starbucks is very soothing. The setting is calm and relaxing, music is calm. There is a fountain outside and seats under umbrellas to hang out with friend's or have a cool study place. read more

I've been going to this Starbucks for about a little over a year now since I moved close by. I've been to other locations but I have to say of the local ones this is my favorite. The service has always been great and the baristas are very helpful when I ask random questions about the drinks such as recommendations and the like. They always serve with a smile. I remember I ordered a new frapachino I belive it was the smores one, I didn't really care for it and the barista saw I was sitting at my table with my drink barely sipped, and asked me if I'd like to try another drink free of charge if I didn't like the smores one. I gladly took him up on his offer and to this day that service has always stood out to me. I wish I remembered his name but all the employees have been kind as well. It's got nice ac always on and a really relaxing environment and it's located in a nice shopping Plaza with a nice fountain and tiki lamps outside. Not a fan of the new manager here or the other new guy who opens who's name I'm not sure of but starts with an S I believe? but I will say I still come here on the daily for Victoria and Liz. They're always fast and friendly in the morning even when it gets busy. Once they're gone, I'll probably stop coming here. They make it worth it every morning! Victoria makes the best drinks and I don't know how she does it so fast. Liz is quick to remember my drink, warm my food, and ring me up. I'm in and out within 5 minutes which is truly awesome! Also they always have a good system going. Everything seems to be flowing smoothly as opposed to when the other people open. Just an observation of coming in everyday. read more

Had a great experience here about a month ago, just forgot to post about. The customer service was awesome to say the least. I believe the employee's name was Eric. He definitely went above and beyond with his customer service skills. I was definitely impressed.
