Just wanted to share a quick story. I usually avoid this location because my order's a bit...unique, and let's just say things haven't always gone smoothly in the past. I usually trek all the way to R53 and 135th Street to be safe! But, I decided to give this spot a try today. I placed my order and, honestly, I was blown away! The barista (a lovely Hispanic woman, around 10:20 am on January 7th - if you have a system for recognizing great work, she deserves some kudos!) made my drink absolutely perfectly. It was seriously delicious, the best coffee I've had in a while. So, thanks to her amazing work, I'll definitely be back! This changes my whole perspective on this location. read more

The Starbucks located on Airport and Webber is an amazing location. I placed a mobile order, and when I got to the counter it was ready, and that was just seconds after! The crew is very kind, they are fast, and the product tasted amazing. I contacted the official Starbucks company, and notified them about this location and its efficiency. Very rude customer service. Every employee had an attitude they were not helpful at all.

This Starbucks branch is probably the worst one that I have been to. I have started to pass on this store and instead started w Dunkin Donuts the next block over. It's sad because I want this Starbuck's to be top notch since it's in the community. I would like to make a plea to the Starbuck's HQ Corp Office to atleast make a phone call to this branch. Not sure what's going on w the really slow service, but something has to be done and changed to improve this. I cant say this is normal for every Starbuck's drive thru around the area, the one on 159th in Lockport js pretty fast and so is the one on rt 59 and 126. Its either they are understaffed or the staff itself straight out doesnt care read more

By far this is my favorite Starbucks I've ever been to. I've had nothing but the best experience whenever i've gone and have been met with the nicest employees ever. I've gone to this Starbucks almost everyday before I go to school and they've never failed to surpass my expectations. While I've only gone through the drive-thru, the line always moves quickly and my drink is always made perfectly. This is the closest one to my house, so I give it a star for being my savior on weekends when I need a pick me up. Lots of staff are there when I go in so ordering and getting a product is no problem so another star. Its not that busy of a location in the afternoon, so I am in and out. Parking can be a little tight as it shares it with a Great Clips and Verizon. An A-OK Location! read more

This was my grilled cheese today. Not grilled, not even melted. I understand they are busy, but this wasn't edible until I brought it home and finished cooking it. This Starbucks has to be the worst I've ever seen. No cars in front of in drive thru and still wait 5+ minutes for my drink. Then they go to hand me a drink and it's for the car behind me. They didn't even have my drink started. I stay away from giving a review and giving more than once opportunity so yes this is definitely not my first bad experience here. read more

I actually try my best to avoid this location at all cost. The wait time is just not worth it so I drive about 10-15mins out of my way to another location which takes me less time to do as I have sat in the drive thru line for over 15mins before. The coffee is okay but they are not always fully stocked. Customer service is good so that is what the 3 stars is for but besides that my advice is drive to a different location. read more

They never make your drink right so I suggest you taste it before leaving the window. Today I ordered a coffee with cream but they put so much cream it was almost white and I couldn't taste the coffee. I had already pulled away so that was a waste of $3. So frustrating!! read more

This location is directly on my path to work. I normally get there about 7:15 am and it can be pretty busy but no matter if I go in or go through the drive thru it goes pretty quick. The staff is normally very friendly and energetic. There have been a couple of times my mocha tastes a little like burnt expresso but all in all this location is pretty consistent with great service and good drinks. read more

Although Starbucks can be an expensive habit, the taste is almost always consistent! This compensates my purchases. I usually go to this Starbucks right before I head to the expressway for school. I haven't experienced a crazy drive thru story as most Starbucks have a long line wrapped around the building. Service is good but they jam on music wayyy too loud for people to have meetings or conversations here without yelling.

I have been visiting this Starbucks lately because it's on my way to work, and I've done some work inside, too. It's nice inside--lots of comfortable seating. However, one of their machines makes a loud, frequent, cricket-like sound that I've never heard at any other location. Anyway, the reason I'm compelled to write a review today is that the last two visits in a row they've messed up my order, once in the drive thru and once inside. With the drive-thru experience, the latte cup had "vanilla" written on it and I paid for the vanilla shot but didn't get it, then today in the store, the barista repeated my order back to me, said "vanilla" but didn't charge me for the flavor shot, nor did I get the flavor shot. (I didn't notice the price difference because I was getting a different size than usual). Ugh! I love a vanilla latte more than most inanimate things in the world, so I'm not being hyperbolic when I say that not having one two workdays in a row was heartbreaking. read more

I have very few drive through options on the way to work, and service has always been a bit slow, and I plan for this. However... this past Saturday I stopped for a "quick" iced tea...simple, no sweetener. I was there for almost 25 minutes, for one other call that got one small drink. When I asked the girl about the wait, she snarked at me! No I'm sorry we've been busy, just telling me how busy it was inside...so, for any decent type of service, you have to park and go in, driving through is a crap shoot? Ok. She wanted to give me my drink for free, and really got annoyed when I insisted on paying for it...sheesh, I wasn't complaining to try and get free stuff, I was hoping she would get the customer service hint. I tried to call and speak to the manager after that. The same woman from the drive through answered, and started to grill me about why I was calling. Never mind, they clearly don't get it. So I'm from San Diego, Ca sad to see not many Starbucks are around but this one hasn't had any recent reviews so here's my two cents. Young black lady attended me and was nice, other staff welcomed me and others in. Positive atmosphere, I ordered ice shaken expresso, blonde espresso roast, 2 pumps of hazelnut syrup and splash of soy. I couldn't complain, plus a double smoked bacon. It was busy but they are doing well with it. I have no complaints:) coming back for more! read more

I have been going to this location for about a year but after another mistake I plan to drive out of my way to a different location. When I told "Jill" the General Manager she suggested I taste my coffee before leaving. How about this, Jill just make my non-fat caramel latte right! Avoid this location strictly because of Jill, too bad the leader sucks wind because everyone else is pleasant. Just tried the new caramelized ice latte and it tasted very good besides the very old sugar that was in it. When I went to get a sip I got chunks of old, hard sugar. Turned me off to what could have been a very tasty drink. read more

Lazy employees. Refuse to make the new unicorn frape. Too hard and too many ingredients for these overworked baristas. We have to hear Starbucks's politics but when we want a drink they offer we can't because the overworked staff don't like making the drink. I see this as a sign fir a change at that company. They are pricey fir coffee but good. Have to tolerate their politics but good coffee.
