This Starbucks used to be nice but ever since they replaced the staff, it's horrible. I ordered a hot coffee with cream and sugar and they insisted that it was a latte I wanted. I had to explain the difference between espresso/coffee concentration, price and milk ratio....and they still insisted that charging me for a latte was correct. No, not at all Did I receive it close to the mobile time indicated? Not even close. :-/ The employees were not being attentive at all. The service is very good early in the morning when they first open. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I went inside to look at the menu without feeling rushed. There were so many great choices, so I went with the Iced White Chocolate Mocha. Signature espresso, white chocolate sauce, milk, and ice, and then is finished off with sweetened whipped cream. When the barista (I have no idea if that's spelled correctly) takes the time to make suggestions, the review gets five stars. I should have asked him for his name, but alas, I did not. But I'll tell you the tale and you can decide for yourself. Actually, you can't decide for yourself because I decide how many stars and it's already done, but you can read the story and see why. So here goes. I wanted something to drink, but I don't drink coffee (ever, ever, ever!) And it was getting late so I didn't want tea. I don't much care for their decaffeinated teas (I prefer black teas), so what to do? I finally settled on hot chocolate. As he was getting ready to make it, he put in the syrup and then put in a few pumps of another syrup. I asked what that was and he told me it was the vanilla because without it, the chocolate is rather bitter. Now, I prefer milk chocolate over dark chocolate, and I mentioned that. To which he suggested a drink whose name I can't remember, but it's essentially made with a mixture of the mocha syrup and white chocolate. It was much more to my liking. The next time, I had them add a shot of the vanilla too. Bazinga! Or something along those lines. I will still usually get my venti soy chai, no water, no foam, six pumps but now, on occasion when I want to change it up, I'll get the black and white hot chocolate with a shot of vanilla. Great service with a drive through and it's in a convenient location. I'm usually here in the plaza to shop at walmart and I always stop at Starbucks for a treat. I prefer Starbucks over Dunkin Donuts. The drinks are just tastier and fresher. My favorites are green tea iced latte with non fat milk, grande iced coffee with non fat and 2 sugars, and pumpkin spice latte. The drinks are made perfectly. Yes, it's definitely more expensive than Dunkin but the quality is just so much better. Overall, this is my go to Starbucks when I'm in the mood. Getting out of the plaza is tough because it's off a busy road. The drive through is quick and there's never a line. The baristas are always smiling and friendly. I love this Starbucks! Not only are they a prime location near my home, and on the commute to my job, they have a drive thru! There's is this one staff member that has an awesome drive-thru voice, almost like an operator. Not to sound weird but it's just funny to hear that. Nevertheless, all of the staff are kind! But my favorite part of all, is that they highly respect my light ice request! (And in the long term you keep a customer for life.. so there really isn't any monetary loss guys!) Usually there are a few two seater tables and a long shareable table in the center! Just a down side, they've discontinued the Spicy Chorizo breakfast sandwich and I couldn't be more sad. It was probably the best breakfast sammy. But they do have a two new breakfast wraps! I tried the bacon, sausage, and egg wrap and it whole huge! It was a whole lot of wrap I'd say, and proportionally not right.. but the flavors were there. read more

Probably one of my least visited Starbucks. If I'm in the area I'd rather drive 5 more minutes east on sunrise to go to Bliss 22. The people who work here are hit or miss in friendliness but the store is always clean and in order. The bathrooms could stand a few more cleanings throughout the day but its not to bad. The parking is an issue. There's minimal parking thats shared with 2 other businesses. As well, the drive through causes some backup since it empties right into the 1 lane parking. read more

5/21/2016 - Giving this place 4 starts ONLY because of the service. First time I came here was during the evening and I needed something strong to go study all night at home. That's all I said to the young lady and she said "I got you". She gave me a Grande (which I said Medium, only ordered Starbucks twice in my life) Flat White. She said it had espresso. I was up until 2am, no problem. The second time, I told another young lady what I had and she made it for me. Perfect cup. I decided to sit and study inside. The I noticed it. The place itself is pretty busy but it is pretty dirty. Dirty floors, dirty door, dirty tables, dirty place where the you get the sugar and napkins. They have a lot of employees working, but they really need to designate everyone to every 15 minutes, go through and look around the store for cleanliness. read more

4/5 stars based on the seating area. It is not equipped to handle study groups as there in no large table. This location does have a local coffee shop feel which is always a plus for a large chain. There is an assortment of small tables along one wall and a long bar style section on another. I would not recommend this spot for gatherings of over 3 people. Was there late morning on a weekday, so the place was practically empty. No one in line, but one man was waiting for his coffee to be made. I stood at the register more than 4 minutes without even being acknowledged by any of the 6, yes 6, employees behind the counter. Two or three were working the drive through for the 1 car that drove through. It seemed the store might have been in a shift change, maybe, but it was still completely pathetic. One employee even stood next to me at one point to get a sandwich from the case for the drive through customer. Not even a glance was thrown my way. Finally, a new employee came from the back and started typing into the register. I figured she was just coming on shift. She finally looked up and asked if I had been helped. Nope. And still no one else noticed. Got my iced coffee and pumpkin scone in a jiffy then. Sat outside and enjoyed both. It was a beautiful day. No garbage can outside to throw your trash in. Ugh. I'm sure I'll go back to this Starbucks because it is close to my house, and I love pumpkin scones. However, I absolutely will go to Dunkin Donuts first just for coffee. I've actually been here multiple times. This is the Starbucks by my job just never checked in since I'll always be in a rush on break. This Starbucks is never packed when I come. I go right in and out and service is wonderful. My coffee is always just right. Today had the chance to eat in. Ordered their turkey pesto it was bland in flavor I didn't taste the pesto at all. Just the red peppers and thought to myself this is probably why they added the peppers to give it some flavor. Don't waste your money try something else. This area is unique to most places I travel because the businesses sit back off the roads and you don't see huge business signs. Which I really like but you have a good GPS if your traveling. Lots of parking and it has a really nice shaded patio out front. The inside has 3-4 seat tables and a really long table so if its real business might be hard to find a place to sit. Great drive-thru Starbucks location right on the corner of Sunrise and Pine Island. The drive thru gets backed up sometimes, and in those cases you can go inside and get you stuff quicker than if you'd waited in line. The drive thru moves quickly and effetely though, and the workers at the window are friendly for the most part. read more

This Starbucks has made so much money off of me just because they have a drive thru. It is so convenient that I come here at least 3 times a week. The line usually goes pretty fast. I'd say the max I have ever had to wait is 5 minutes, which is rare. My order has always been correct. One thing that irks me is that I always have to ask for a receipt when I pay with my gold card. With treat receipt going on, every customer should get one no matter how they pay and should be informed of the promotion, afterall it is more business for them. Overall, training could be improved a little. I want the first face I see each morning to be a friendly one. "Thank you" and "Have a nice day" would be much appreciated. read more

I frequent this Starbucks because it's usually on my way to where I'm headed and I like the fact they have a drive thru. Pretty efficient drive thru in my personal experiences, on early mornings. I'm Usually just ordering a drink & no eats. The staff is nice and I'm never usually waiting for a long time, whether I'm in the drive thru or as a walk in. I like the fact that they have ample tables and chairs in their outdoor seating area, as I usually like to sit there. In the summertime might be tricky for me though, to sit inside with the new design and sit at a communal table with others. I am currently a store manager and have been for 7 years !The manager had come over because she had obviously realized she needed to step in for her employee ...thus resulting in the product that I had wanted however even she had been in my eyes disrespectful and unprofessional I had thanked her many times and no response , I even go in there and explain my personal reasoning as to why I need the product (coffee) to be correct .... the lack of service/ thought and care that is at this establishment is vile !!!! I will NEVER return to this location because of this !!! My father who I am visiting ( because I live in Michigan) goes to this location multiple times daily and has been for about 4 1/2 years and usually has no issues . He now is electing to chose a different establishment possibly a different company !!!
