Stopped in for a quick iced green team before heading over to the local bowling center. The parking is in a large lot. The staff were nice and keeping up with the steady orders. Most people ordering today. The seating is limited to some tables and two of the individual "cozy" chairs. Interior feels dated. I haven't been to the Starbucks in a long time and I live right up the street. I met a girlfriend there today this morning at 10 o'clock. There used to be two oversized leather looking chairs to sit in. There is only one now and the arm of the one chair is exposed and the foam is coming out ;it looks awful and it makes the place look very rundown. The music was a bit loud also and you can't hear conversation with a person you're sitting with. That chair should be replaced actually two chairs because it would give it a much better ambience. read more

The Pumkin cream chai was a Good drink, however the Baristas should be able to recommend drinks to customer. I had my young son who was about to pee his pants and they would not let him use the bathroom since you need a code. The amount of money I have spent at Starbucks in my life and this particular employee working on August 30th at 5:00 refused to let my son use the bathroom because I wasn't purchasing a drink. The staff was very nice and helpful. I visited towards the end of the evening and it was still pretty busy. I would have to say it needed a little tiding up but I took my tea to go, so it wasn't that big of a deal. I do like a clean and organized coffee place. The shelves looked pretty empty as the Christmas shoppers probably cleaned them out! My chai tea latte with oatmilk was delicious. read more

Drinks and service were amazing! My friends and I went to Starbucks to get a drink after a long day of shopping. When we were ordering I couldn't decide which drink to get. I was debating between the Apple Crisp Oat Macchiato or the Chai Crème Latte. I decided to order the the Chai Crème Latte and when I went to the front to pick up my order, the baristas made a sample of the Apple Crisp Oat Macciato too! The Apple Crisp is just as good as the Chai Crème Latte!! That was super special because I got to try them both!! Definitely going back soon! Highly recommended!! read more

This Starbucks is relatively new and tucked away in the Pleasant Hill shopping plaza that also houses Ross, Homegoods and Target. While I don't find myself in this area too often, I definitely enjoyed my visit to this Starbucks location. It has ample parking, patio seating and a nice spacious layout. I especially like the way they put the pre-made salads, sandwiches and snacks along the wall, rather than in front of the register-it allows you to browse their selections without feeling you are blocking the coffee line. The baristas and cashier were friendly and moved the line along quickly. Both single table and communal seating available and a generally laid back vibe to this latest location. I'd come back for a caffeine fix next time I'm in the area. read more

Poor service and crew. I went yesterday morning for the first time to this location. I ordered a tall house coffee with almond milk. I had time to use the restroom and still waited 10 minutes as the crew of 4 continued making drinks and completely ignoring me as if they didn't see me standing there at all. After watching 2 others walk in, place orders have their much more elaborate drinks made than my simple tall house coffee and leave I see I am clearly being ignored now watching the clock as I have less and less time before I have to be at work. I go to the nearest drink maker at the pick up window and ask her if she has my name and what my drink is, she tells me "It's coming up." I thanked her and still patiently wait... watching the clock I stand there literally another 10 minutes watching her make MANY phone orders which are being picked up.... I go to the counter and tell her I have to go.... her reply to me (after already telling me "my drink was coming up...10 minutes ago") She asks me "Was your drink a phone order??" WTF .... Seriously DO BETTER STARBUCKS!!!!! My suggestion: If you see customers standing there waiting at the pick up window after at least 5 minutes the employees should acknowledge/ask their name, make sure their order is TRULY "coming up".... It pissed me off especially that my order was a simple house coffee (is that why It was ignored?) while watching them for at least 20 minutes making much more elaborate drinks... read more

Good Starbucks location. I was craving a frappuccino while I was at work ( I hardly crave frappuccinos). I used to love fraps when I was a teenager but as I got older I started liking iced lattes more. After work I made a quick stop and Target and I saw that they had a Starbucks in the same plaza so I thought I'd satisfy my craving. This Starbucks was packed. There's a lot of DVC kids who study here and people doing work. I'd probably only recommend this Starbucks if you're just getting it to go but there's too many people if you're trying to have a good conversation with a friend or if you actually want to get some work done. read more

This has become one of our favorite Starbucks. For some strange reason when I let my kids decide where to go to dinner they sometimes choose Starbucks. Kid friendly isn't the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Starbucks but for some reason the weirdos I gave birth to think its the best. My son likes the selection of sandwiches and my daughter usually goes for something that needs to be heated up. They also enjoy the dacaf java chip thing that's blended. A little redundant, given that there's one inside Target in the same shopping center.. one inside Safeway a few lights down.. AND one in the Sun Valley Mall.. yet no drive-thru Starbucks in the area. Given that it is in a shopping center, there is plenty of parking. Attached to one side is the outdoor seating area and to the perpendicular 90degree side, the entrance. Different people walk-in.. from business people grabbing coffee on the go, students on their 4th hour sitting at a table with their laptop and books out, friends gathering around the community tables talking about who knows what, and even people just coming in to charge their phones. There are three two seater tables (two of which are against a wall with an outlet.. two community tables (one tall round one with 6 seats and one long skinny rectangular one with 9 seats and an outlet).. a window bar with 5 seats facing the parking lot.. barista seats to wait for your drink.. and two cushioned seats that seem to be lacking a fireplace. Outdoors you'll find a bike rack, six outdoor tables, three umbrellas and about eleven chairs. Seats plenty, if you ask me! Now if you're looking for somewhere quiet, this isn't the place. The music runs a bit loud, and the employees let their interesting and energetic personalities shine through. But it doesn't stop them from making drinks and keeping their store clean.. including the restroom! At least the women's restroom to my knowledge. I did a mobile order and it said it was going to be done in 10 minutes. I was even 5 minutes late coming to pick it up so i expected it to be done already but nope. They have not even made my order yet, so I waited another 15 minutes. There were people coming in after me and they got theirs immediately. I even reminded the barista but nothing. Newly opened Starbucks in an already saturated Coffee house area. I like this one because it's off the side of the busy stores and it is pretty spacious with patio seating. They have Free wifi and everything that you can expect from a regular store. Should relieve the long lines at the neighbor store near the Airport and Crown plaza. Next door there is a soon to be opening a fast food Mexican food chain which will probably bring more foot traffic. Parking should be easy for at least awhile. read more
