This is a lovely Starbucks in Punta Gorda located in a busy strip mall on Cleveland Avenue. We drive through occasionally, when we take Freckles to the dog park. This time I went in and Dave took Freckles and sat on their beautifully pavered patio with tables and umbrellas. I got Dave his usual!-Caramel Ribbon Frappacino and Freckles a pup cup. I wanted something with much less carbs so I ordered a cold brew with vanilla. Of course I didn't realize that it was loaded with cream and some vanilla syrup. So the staff was kind enough to make me a cold brew with foam on the top, which I should have ordered in the first place. We then sat outside and even though it was very warm out, but there was great breeze. Freckles finished her pup cup in about two seconds and then proceeded to lick the inside of my drink lol! After all it's fall isn't it! I can't wait to start eating outside like we enjoy! Thank you Starbucks staff! read more

Hillary and other baristas were professional and kind to me. Their pastry, sandwiches and coffee were all very lovely. I normally don't like to overspend on coffee, but that's the corporation, not the staff's job. The staff, this location's property and location is very clean, nice people, who are a highlight. This is a very pleasant and peaceful place to sit, read and relax. The atmosphere is far less hectic than other locations that I have visited. I have only been here once. I placed a mobile order to this location as it was the closest one to a meeting that I was attending at the Charlotte Harbor Event Center. My order was ready before the promised time. The employees immediately greeted me and made sure I knew where to pick up my order when they found out it was a mobile order. The store was clean. My drink was made to order. They had plenty of merchandise in stock and there were no long lines. This location must get a lot of traffic throughout the day with their location along a major road, in a busy strip mall. If I am ever headed south again, I will definitely stop here and grab a coffee. read more

Just not a very focused staff. I walk up to the counter and the young girls would rather finish her conversation with a coworker than say good morning and take an order. The Mgr said good morning which queued in the kid. Additionally she was so focused on the order entry she never looked up to say thx or have a nice day. Not the 1st time. Also the WiFi stinks there. I must have one minor complaint that my mobile order did take longer then expected and made me think that i ordered at the wrong place lol. Anyways the drinks never disappoint and are very scrumptious. Sometimes some people go light on the lemonade or add extra ice but i can let that slide cause its starbucks. Thanks to the staff's smiling faces and kind words , I was in a better mood before taking a sip of my Matcha latte. They whipped up the best Iced Matcha almond milk latte I've ever tasted ... they even spelled my name correctly. I love this Location!!! Punta Gorda is my favorite for certain.
