Horrible, I ordered matcha and they poured just milk, all i'm drinking is $9 venti cup of MILK, i came back inside to ask them kindly to remake it they didn't like it and started to criticize me I didn't expect that from this starbucks locations because it used to be good, but now because of that one lady their reputation has dropped, she redid the drink and full on tossed it on the counter and it was again the same color of matcha which is just milk she only put 2 schools of matcha when they are supposed to put 6-7 that's how they do it in edgewood, strong good matcha unlike here, I am truly disappointed and my day was ruined, didn't expect that to be honest. read more

Went through the drive through on 02/12/2025. Paid for our deinks and they were so hot we couldn't drink them right away. When we got home we tried them and they were horrible. No flavoring , in either drink. I called when I got home and their recite has wrong number so had to look up on google. Got ahold of them and told her our problem. She said have to bring the drink back and a receipt. I told her I live many miles away and could not bring the coffee back but I have a receipt. She said no I need the coffee back and besides I don't know what time you came. I was trying to tell her the time, date and price and her store number are on the receipt as she continues to talk over me until I had to repeat myself so she would listen. She said if you can't bring the coffee and receipt I can't help you. How absolutely absurd. I have a receipt and should of been able to bring that in to show proof I bought the absolutely disgusting coffee drinks. Also she said i should of called earlier. I told her I was there at the drive through at 5:28pm. I will Never go to this Starbucks or maybe any of them if this is the way they treat their customers. read more

This location is a hit and miss. Not my usual spot. When I order my usual I usually get what I asked for or I have to argue with someone over something silly. One time I ordered two shots over ice with sweetener , lite ice and 2 percent to fill the cup. I got to the window, paid got my drink and the cup wasn't filled the rest of the way. I asked her if she can please fill it up and she said it will charge me extra. I expected her to charge me that already when I first ordered it and is two inches of milk really something to have a retort about? I drove off. I try to order my sandwiches with bacon with the bacon crispy and cooked separately. It always comes back chewy like the didnt make the effort. Also i request my bagels burnt and only a couple times they actually cooked it to that point. Not my favorite Starbucks location. read more

Not sure how they have such a low rating. I've never felt compelled to write a review about a Starbucks until today. We were looking to kill time while getting. An oil change and this one was right across the street. Everyone, and I means EVERYONE had a smile. They each spoke when we walked in and brought my order to men personally at my table instead of calling out my name. Such a sweet and satisfying experience. It's the little things. read more

1st time here. It's a huge location compared to others in town. Has a really nice lay out. I didn't lounge here at all. Placed my mobile order, came in to pick up & out the door. Literally the worst Americano ever. So bad I had to drive to another Starbucks and have my drink remade.

Staff is great here! They remember your drinks, and sometimes even your name! This is my little meditation place. The fireplace and couch area is nice as well as a large outside section for when it isnt raining. There are several Starbucks to pick from in Puyallup... And this one just has the right "vibe" for me. Tucked away in a little strip mall near The Rock, I keep coming back, and will continue to! Customer service here is lacking. I came to try this new Starbucks here in Town. There were about 7 people running around but not one person who could take my order. I waited literally about 5 minutes and was even asked by someone behind me if I had ordered which I had not. I placed my order which was 3 tall dark roasts (with room for cream) 1 blueberry muffin and a venti water. I was told I could only get a Grande water. I paid and waited on the side. I finally got my coffee after about 15-20 minutes (just coffee) and I pour my creamer and it's empty. I go back to ask for more and no one can find creamer! Very frustrating! Bad customer service! People just stare and don't ask if you need anything until too much time has passed! I will not go here again, and I will tell my friends how bad it is here! read more

I don't like to give one star reviews especially for a place a regularly go. If you are going to this Starbucks on a Saturday morning do not go inside. I waited 15 minutes and never got my drink. They continued to make drinks for the drive thru and ignored the 8 people inside waiting for drinks. Really disappointed Starbucks. read more

I had the best service that I've ever received at a Starbucks here. The two baristas Jamie and Haley are the best. First I come in order a drink and a pastry, went to the Bathroom and came back to find out the pasty I wanted was not available but the barista already had my refund waiting for me, the speed of the transaction was fantastic. Shortly after finishing my lunch I walk over to the garbage and accidentally spilled my drink all over the floor. I was having a rough day to say the least, as soon as I told the baristas about my spill they assured me it was no trouble to clean up and made me a new drink. The coffee is good because Starbucks figured that out a long time ago. But the atmosphere of this new store is a big step down from the store it replaced right across the parking lot. The new store is stark, open and extremely loud. It is not a place to hold a conversation. So the coffee is still top notch but unfortunately we have lost a community gathering spot. read more

I have been coming to this Starbucks forever. Used to hang out here with my friends in high school, and continue to visit now. It has a great atmosphere. Comfy seating, a fireplace, and quiet calm music playing. It's a nice little spot to come and sit with a friend or even alone to read or fiddle around on a computer or tablet. This place is simply too crowded and I think it makes the baristas grumpy when they've been there several hours. There's never enough parking and the drive through is often over 6 cars long! I would just go to another one but there all more than 15 minutes away. Please expand or build another one across the street! Maybe Big Foot Java should set up nearby. read more

This location has been consistently weak over the years. I can only assume this comes down to management since there's an ever-changing cast of staff. The orders are almost always wrong and their attitude toward fixing their mistakes could be better. We drive out of our way to visit the other locations, the farther down meridian (toward graham) being the best IMO. read more
