They were great even though they were swamped so happy they were my baristas!!!! Thank you for being so calm under the pressure that you were under, ladies! Very professional, thank you!

I am always a fan of Starbucks. I know what to expect and it never wavers from site to site. The service is always friendly, well most of the time and I enjoy the atmosphere. Now with FREE WiFi , it is even better. I have a weak spot for the Cinnamon Scones.

Great spot, a little tucked off but great customer service. Peppermint mocha and strawberry refresher were on point and delicious as usual. Feels like Christmas in a cup.

Makes my tummy smile, days shorter and good eating habits relapse willingly.

Corner from home, convenience is key. It is one of the smaller locations but don't let that fool you. This place can capacitate lots of people. The employees are giddy and definitely coffee drinkers. haha. They also know they're stuff. In and out in no more than 10 minutes max.

    You can smell the coffee!

This is your typical bustling Starbucks in a retail area. The workers fill drinks and serve the pastries with blank-faced efficiency. Businesswomen and men using the space for a morning meeting make calls and scribble notes in their pads. I'm here to get a cardboard carafe of coffee for my office to celebrate the holidays along with some snowman and reindeer cookies. It's definitely a longer wait than a typical order, but they have to make sure there's enough Christmas Blonde roast to fill the carrier. In addition, they pack to-go cups and cream for the road. The barista hands off the bags with a smile and holiday wishes. Overall a good experience!

Great fast service and the staff were friendly fast and efficient! 10$ for 2 cups of small coffee is a little much but hey welcome to Starbucks lol

Stepped into my neighbourhood Starbucks for a quick oatmeal since I was all out and needed to eat before a meeting. The servers ended up forgetting about my order. They apologised when I reminded then after 15mins but then the server showed me the bluebrries they had saying they were expired as of today but "looked perfect". I just asked to switch me to the classic Oatmeal instead of risking eating expired packaged fruit. I put alot of faith in starbucks, they did apologise but I am just a little disappointed I guess because of my own expectations from the brand. I am late for my meeting and I will definitely keep this location on #2 in my list of cafes. Just a bad day maybe!

I refuse to call it a "venti". So pretentious.

Venti---ng. I love coffee. Mostly I like to visit locally owned & operated coffee shops but today I dropped into Starbuck's. I'm reminded of the other reason why I refrain from coming here. Baristas always give me a snooty look or correct me when I tell them what size drink I want. Today I asked for a large. I simply refuse to say venti even when I do remember the word. I find it pretentious. That's all. It's silly to me. Not bashing Starbuck's. Food & drink were tasty, but the process... Btw, that's why only 3 stars. Starbuck's prides itself on the "experience", not just the coffee. Maybe this was cool at one time but these days it just seems like snobbery. Small, medium or large please.

Walked in. Not busy at all. Ordered small hot vanilla latte around 145p November 1. The cashier was rude and intimidating. She made me feel as though l had never ordered a cup of coffee in my life. She coharsed me by asking three times is that a small or small. I told her noone ever asked me that before when ordering a small latte. I felt foolish. I asked her why are there to smalls. I had ordered at 7848 Alexander Promenade many times because my office is down the street. She just snapped at me and said small or small. I replied I normally get small or medium. I have never been asked about two smalls before. She did not reply she rang me up and said 3.95. I said okay and walked to the left and waited. When I received my latte it was a cup of foam. See pic. I poured one cup into another cup and the coffee was 1/4 full. Very upsetting day!

I am tired of getting taken advantage of. They never fill the cup, even when I ask for light foam! Look how far down it is till I actually get coffee... Three months later, still not filling my latte to the top. No paying attention to mobile orders.

Let me preface this by we bop around to so many different shops to try food and coffee and this exceeded our expectations. Whoever made the sandwiches seasoned these eggs to perfection and please know that we appreciate it so much. Like foreal. 5 stars. Vibes. Food. Delicious. Seasoned. Round of applause! Just wanted to take the time to clap for the staff here…read more I've only been here twice now. But both times the service was SO fast. I came here on a week day and it was packed but the kitchen seemed steady. Their service is very stream lined with pagers for food orders. There is a lot of seating but it also seems to be a place where a good chunk of people come to work. They have a library inside as well and the books at the time were all $3 ea. Today I came and it's a Sunday. As expected they were SLAMMED. Line to the door of people waiting and line to the door of people ordering. I still got my coffee in less than 5 min. People waiting on food were getting theirs in similar time. The staff was killing it! They have a large selection of baked goods (lots of laminated dough), fast casual breakfast & lunch, and a huge coffee menu. They also have gluten free options for food and about a dozen gf/df baked goods. They said they have separate prep space and changed gloves for gluten free food but it's a shared oven. I didn't have any issues though. To who ever is managing your kitchen and staff, you're doing a great job. To the staff, hats off Highly recommend this place for a light breakfast and good coffee, or just a good place to hang out on your laptop.

We still had an estimate of 45 minutes to get seated, so we walked from "way over there" and headed into the hallway just outside the restaurant. Their timing was spot on. We were served within one minute of my timer going off. We were seated and ordered drinks. I had a Coke Zero, and my husband ordered an Unsweetened Iced Tea (with sweetener and lemon on the side). We love their bread, so we dove right into that. Our meals were splitting two of their most popular appetizers: Avocado Eggrolls and large order of The That Lettuce Wraps. Both were outstanding and we didn't feel like we stuffed ourselves. There was nothing left of the lettuce wraps, and 3 small halves of the avocado rolls (which we took home). Overall, great price, we were full, and of course, we will be back.

On this particular night in Raleigh, I didn't want the whole sit-down restaurant experience. I wanted to pick up dinner, head back to my hotel, put my feet up and enjoy one of my longtime favorites in peace: Sheila's Chicken and Avocado Salad. This salad just hits the spot every single time. It has everything going on -- crunch, creamy avocado, a little salty, a little sweet, tender chicken and that fantastic dressing that pulls everything together. It's one of those rare salads where I don't feel like I'm sacrificing anything by ordering a salad for dinner. It's a MEAL. I always order extra dressing, and I highly recommend doing the same because this salad is enormous. The dressing has two components that separate in the container, so give it a good shake before pouring. And if you happen to get a piece of chicken that's a little dry, give it a dip in that dressing and all is forgiven. Then came dessert. Normally, I'm loyal to the Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake, but this time I went rogue and ordered the Dulce de Leche Caramel Cheesecake. Oh. My. Caramel cheesecake, caramel mousse and that crunchy vanilla crust -- spectacular. Rich without being cloying, creamy, decadent and worth every calorie. I may have found a new favorite. The curbside pickup at this Crabtree Valley location also worked beautifully. There are designated numbered spaces close to the restaurant. You pull in, let them know where you are, and a runner brings your order directly to the car. Easy. I sat there catching up on phone calls and work until I saw my dinner coming toward me. Perfect. Everything was packaged well, my order was correct, portions were generous, and the food tasted exactly the way I expected it to. That consistency is one of the reasons I keep coming back to The Cheesecake Factory. Whether I'm dining in or taking dinner back to a hotel after a long workday, I know what I'm getting -- and sometimes there's a lot to be said for that. I'd do this again in a heartbeat. Life is too short not to eat well, so get out there and find your next meal.
