    Drink came out good too.

The two women that served me were very kind and were patient with me when I wasn't logged into my rewards program so I couldn't pay. And the shots of the drink that were on the counter were very good and they said I could have as many as I wanted best Starbucks I've been too.

THE BIG: Super, super crowded Starbucks. There is always a line here. Located inside Crabtree Valley Mall, right next to Sears on the second floor. Decent space inside with a weird long hallway. THE BLACK AND WHITE: I think they need to revamp the line efficiency of this Starbucks, or maybe go into a bigger space because the line is ridiculous. I remember the first time coming in the line and had to wait for 10 minutes to grab my simple order. After shopping for an hour, I came back and waited for 20 minutes to get another simple order... Granted the line was a bit longer...but wow, I feel if you're trying to maximize revenue, you want to get people in and out as fast as possible. Regardless of my line troubles, the interior is really nice and has four outside tables... in the mall lol. THE FINAL BAMBOO: I'm pretty basic when it comes to my starbucks, I get the tall pike for $2.92 every and all the time.

Sure, you're safe and warm/cool despite the weather, but the trompe d'oeil on the far wall makes you think otherwise.

Tucked away in a cup-de-sac away from the food court, this Starbucks gives the appearance of a sidewalk cafe with everything but actual sunshine. Tables and umbrellas outside welcome you in, where the typical Starbucks features await. The staff is always pleasant, and they are fast and accurate in taking and preparing your order. I usually get the sous vide egg bites, which, while pricey, are pure keto protein and fat! With mobile ordering through the app, my order is almost always waiting for me when I arrive. While I do wish there was less emphasis on single-use plastics, this is a corporate thing, and not the fault of this particular store. They learn pretty quickly if you don't want the green stopper in your coffee, or prefer not to have a plastic fork for your food. Just ask, and they're happy to oblige. And, even Nikkei some places, they won't toss out the item they have in their hand when you ask them not to waste a bag or fork or whatever.

I'd love to say that Starbucks is Starbucks, and once you've had one you've had them all... however that JUST isn't the case. I'm no Starbucks junkie or anything but I know all Starbucks are NOT created equally! That's said this location, albeit convenient since it is conveniently located with direct access to a mall the it is set back away from everything. Even the mall entrance is set back kinda away from everything. The staff, while friendly enough I suppose, when given some feedback on a drink that was made with beans there was no sense of remorse or care. I wasn't looking for a free drink, just someone to say "hey I'm sorry for making it like that" or "I understand your concern". Given that I go to Starbucks on regular basis I was hoping to be treated a bit more like a regular at this location. When I go to other Starbucks I get a "family" kinda feel, and it's gets me all warm and fuzzy! This one left me feeling just like Covid-19 was still present!! And no one wants that!!!

Disgusting store. Counters dirty, trash cans overflowing, and milk left out without a lid on. Won't be back.

The worst Starbucks in Raleigh. It's always dirty and packed out the door with people because they're so slow. We went in two weeks ago and it was the most nasty store I've ever been in. They had at least five employees working and yet it took upwards of ten minutes to make our drink and the store was falling apart. Contacted their customer service and got a canned "we're sorry, we'll let them know" response with no offer to make it right. Won't be back to this location again.

When I walked in Starbucks, I told awhile to look at the menu. So I stood and look at the menu and the barista was like next because I was the only one in line. Also I let everyone else go first when people came in because I didn't want to hold up the line. Finally I got back in line went to place my order and the guy seem impatient with me. He kept tapping the cashier monitor and like anything anything else and looking around. It's not like I don't know what I want. I'm telling him and he's just not paying attention. So I raised my voice a little louder so he can hear because he was like what did you say. So I ordered the pink drink and I noticed that they gave me more ice compare to the drink. Here is a picture of my cup after I finish the drink. That's a ridiculous amount of ice. Don't recommend this Starbucks at all.

Iced caramel latte grande. Dunkin donuts is much better and cheaper

Let me preface this by we bop around to so many different shops to try food and coffee and this exceeded our expectations. Just wanted to take the time to clap for the staff here…read more I've only been here twice now. But both times the service was SO fast. I came here on a week day and it was packed but the kitchen seemed steady. Their service is very stream lined with pagers for food orders. There is a lot of seating but it also seems to be a place where a good chunk of people come to work. They have a library inside as well and the books at the time were all $3 ea. Today I came and it's a Sunday. As expected they were SLAMMED. Line to the door of people waiting and line to the door of people ordering. I still got my coffee in less than 5 min. People waiting on food were getting theirs in similar time. The staff was killing it! They have a large selection of baked goods (lots of laminated dough), fast casual breakfast & lunch, and a huge coffee menu. They also have gluten free options for food and about a dozen gf/df baked goods. They said they have separate prep space and changed gloves for gluten free food but it's a shared oven. I didn't have any issues though. To who ever is managing your kitchen and staff, you're doing a great job. To the staff, hats off Highly recommend this place for a light breakfast and good coffee, or just a good place to hang out on your laptop.

We still had an estimate of 45 minutes to get seated, so we walked from "way over there" and headed into the hallway just outside the restaurant. Their timing was spot on. We were served within one minute of my timer going off. We were seated and ordered drinks. I had a Coke Zero, and my husband ordered an Unsweetened Iced Tea (with sweetener and lemon on the side). We love their bread, so we dove right into that. Our meals were splitting two of their most popular appetizers: Avocado Eggrolls and large order of The That Lettuce Wraps. Both were outstanding and we didn't feel like we stuffed ourselves. There was nothing left of the lettuce wraps, and 3 small halves of the avocado rolls (which we took home). Overall, great price, we were full, and of course, we will be back.

On this particular night in Raleigh, I didn't want the whole sit-down restaurant experience. I wanted to pick up dinner, head back to my hotel, put my feet up and enjoy one of my longtime favorites in peace: Sheila's Chicken and Avocado Salad. This salad just hits the spot every single time. It has everything going on -- crunch, creamy avocado, a little salty, a little sweet, tender chicken and that fantastic dressing that pulls everything together. It's one of those rare salads where I don't feel like I'm sacrificing anything by ordering a salad for dinner. It's a MEAL. I always order extra dressing, and I highly recommend doing the same because this salad is enormous. The dressing has two components that separate in the container, so give it a good shake before pouring. And if you happen to get a piece of chicken that's a little dry, give it a dip in that dressing and all is forgiven. Then came dessert. Normally, I'm loyal to the Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake, but this time I went rogue and ordered the Dulce de Leche Caramel Cheesecake. Oh. My. Caramel cheesecake, caramel mousse and that crunchy vanilla crust -- spectacular. Rich without being cloying, creamy, decadent and worth every calorie. I may have found a new favorite. The curbside pickup at this Crabtree Valley location also worked beautifully. There are designated numbered spaces close to the restaurant. You pull in, let them know where you are, and a runner brings your order directly to the car. Easy. I sat there catching up on phone calls and work until I saw my dinner coming toward me. Perfect. Everything was packaged well, my order was correct, portions were generous, and the food tasted exactly the way I expected it to. That consistency is one of the reasons I keep coming back to The Cheesecake Factory. Whether I'm dining in or taking dinner back to a hotel after a long workday, I know what I'm getting -- and sometimes there's a lot to be said for that. I'd do this again in a heartbeat. Life is too short not to eat well, so get out there and find your next meal.
