This Starbucks is great! It'd been a while since I'd been here, as it had been closed for a while apparently for a remodel. The place looks great! The store has a better flow to it and more open space. There are fewer places to sit inside now, but there are still chairs and tables outside in a shared courtyard. My daughter had a 7am rehearsal this morning, so Starbucks to the rescue! I ordered in the app easily for a quick morning pick-me-up. The order was ready and waiting for us upon arrival and we were greeted upon entering. The cake pop was warm and fresh. And my daughter loved her Frappuccino. I mobile order 2 drinks, not complicated ones, the app said it would be ready by 5:36, I get here and they aren't even busy, and I saw them to the drink for 2 people that order while I was waiting and everyone got their orders before. When I asked oh it's getting done right now. There is no one else here but me. Service and just overall personality on who I spoke with was horrible. I stop here every morning on my way to work to get an oatmeal with blueberries no water. They muck it up every time. Ive gotten water inside, on the side, even ice cold water. I met my daughter here this morning as she works next door to here. We needed to switch cars, and I figured I would get her a breakfast treat in person before she started work! I have been here and ordered so many times from here that I am totally shocked I have not reviewed yet. I love the way the store is newly renovated, simple, and cozy. The store is clean outside and inside. The workers here are very nice. They greeted me and made sure I had put in my order. I told them I had just ordered my mobile order. They got right on it. I appreciated using a clean restroom while waiting. I came back into the small seating area, and my order was ready. I got a banana loaf and Hot White chocolate mocha coffee for my daughter. I ordered a Feta Spinach wrap and an iced Tall English breakfast Latté to wash it down. Everything here was yummy. I also appreciated the relaxing music. My husband is handicap, we couldn't park because of all the Starbucks customers parking in the handicap spaces to grab their coffee!!! Not OK, this store should discourage people from doing that. Very rude employees. David was very rude to my family but also to other customers. One lady had a mobile order and paid, but I guess one item was out of stock and the employees were rude about it. Not offering refund and just telling her to leave. Obviously I'd be upset as well but when she expressed her frustration David told her to "stop. Just stop. Youre free to leave". Really disappointed with the customer service at this location. My toddler needed to use the restroom and the employee at the register wearing a mask gave us a hard time. The drinks are fine. They're not above and beyond like the Starbucks down the street however this one is closest to us. When it comes to service that's where I would give zero stars, but that's not allowed. My autistic 18 year old son will go to this Starbucks sometimes as they don't drive. The people at the register show Zero patience and they speak at an average rate. Staff are rude and if a mistake is made by the Starbucks staff they don't offer an apology. It's disgusting. They ignore me and keep talking to each other about non work related topics. proceed to hand out several other orders. The original girl I checked in with, never acknowledged me again. Finally 10 mins later another girl walks up and ask what I am waiting for. I tell her and my order was just sitting there for the last 10 mins. As an Uber driver I get blamed for the poor quality of the food. I don't get a tip, bc it took to long. These girls need a manager who will make them work instead of talking about boys. the store layout was changed and now half of it is employee behind-the-counter area and there are only two tables, which I don't love. there's also a huge automated screen of which orders are being made which gives me big "tech taking over" vibes. there's a pattern of places becoming less about consumer comfort and more about profit and unfortunately this is one of them. the man who helped me was extremely kind, but my pecan oatmilk latte was disgusting and more like pecan milk. i only came because it was close and i wanted to save time but had to go out of my way after all to make my own coffee to pour into it. read more

This place has a nice outdoor area but a few complaints about inside they took out their tables and leave people with two tables to sit down when it's 100° outside or it's raining outside. Outlets -eight along ONE wall/two seats lol, plenty underneath the coffee bar, and a table that charges phone wirelessly. Bathrooms - two, generally clean. I'm usually not one to write reviews, but felt the need to this time. Over a year ago I walked into this location and was provided 0 customer service, no acknowledgement and no one ready at the register to the point where I just walked out after waiting a fair amount of time. Because of that, I usually drive the extra couple of minutes to the Starbucks on Baseline, but was running late so decided to give it another chance today. It was even worse than the first time. When I walked in I was greeted by one employee, the woman taking orders was having a conversation with a customer unrelated to work, didn't even acknowledge me standing there (I was the only customer ordering) and continued on for a few minutes before the greeting employee took my order on the other machine. Waiting for my drink and I see a different employee who made it having a full on personal conversation with another employee for maybe a minute or two straight, just holding my drink in her hand. I couldn't believe it, I've never seen anything like that before to the point it was almost comical. I felt like I was being pranked lol. The employee who greeted me and took my order, told the girl holding my drink TWO times to hand her the drink so she could give it to me, extended arm and all lol. I didn't catch the employees name who was the only one showing professionalism, but I appreciated her actually doing her job. I don't usually make reviews. But I just feel annoyed because i usually order online and i'll probably keep it that way at this location. I came in when it was not busy, maybe 2 people in front of me. They came in and left within 5 minutes. I posted on instagram when I came in and by the time i got my drinks 28 mins had passsed. I thought maybe the cold brew needed more time I really don't know I'm not the type of person to complain because I have social anxiety. I was patiently waiting for 28 mins and finally i got the courage the ask and she apologized and saw that she put my drinks in the mobile order area. My drinks lost all their ice, therefor lost all their flavor. She didn't offer to remake them and I'm not the type of person to demand a remake or to talk to the manager because i'm shy but yeah. I placed my mobile order at 7:04am, my app said my order would be ready by 7:12. I arrived at 7:15, both of my drinks were ready however I waited another 25 minutes for my spinach feta wrap. I asked 3 different people if they had it ready and they said "I'll check" and never did. I showed my receipt screenshot and they still didn't make my wrap. I left the store after being there nearly half hour and still didn't receive my food, although I paid for it and proved it. Counter staff and barista were great when we stopped in for a snack. They had some holiday merchandise that I'd not seen in other locations. This pocket location was full inside at 9:30 in the evening. Looked to be mostly college-age patrons. The inside was colorful and stocked with gift items. Since every table was occupied, we went out to the patio area. Found it to be rather depressing. A sectional sofa was all askew, and one segment had its cover falling off. One table was filled with a group of younger people, smoking and debating somewhat loudly. The fountain in the center of patio was off, which made the entire area feel depressing. And yes I could tell this was a manager she was of no help to her crew making my drink WRONG while I waited 15 to 20 minutes. I feel bad for these employees with a manager like that. Thank you to the employees who made my experience good, but your manager should be FIRED. I hope you all get a new one soon but until then I will not be visiting this location. I ordered 2 drinks, I got my first drink then everyone else after me got their drinks then my 2nd drink came after I asked what happened to it. I got the 2nd drink and it had whip cream, my order was without whip cream. After they corrected the drink, it didn't taste right. We just left, no reason to ask for a redo of the drink. read more

A friend insisted we meet here. Tiny store with a couple seats inside. Patio area is depressing: a couple of very dirty tables and chairs, a disgustingly filthy couch with wadded up napkins stuffed between cushions and cigarette butts all over the ground. Even though there are signs posted on the wall with the state law describing how smoking is not allowed within 25 feet, people are puffing away in complete arrogant disregard - no fresh air to be had outside. The deteriorating fountain is not operating which enhances the forlorn feel. Got an iced mocha. She asked if I wanted whipped cream and I answered affirmatively. But received it with none. Drinkable but not very good. Full disclosure: I dislike Starbucks in general. Not only their coffee products but also the corporation due to personal issues with the CEO back when they were a small operation with just a few stores in Seattle...but that's a story for another day. read more

Wow, I just had the worst experience at this Starbucks! I walked in and ordered 2 coffees, there was only one person ahead of me. A couple people came in after me but I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for my drink they kept making drinks for people that weren't even coming up and taking them but not drinks for the people that were waiting in the store eventually it became Covid City in there and there was 30 people wall-to-wall all waiting for their drinks while the staff were scrambling and continued making drinks for people that weren't there calling out names and nobody was coming up to get them, this is insane! I sat there for 20 more minutes before I just left and decided that it wasn't worth $8, I'm going to coffee bean from now on! read more

Came to this location for the first time in a while and came on to yelp to file a complaint and was not surprised about seeing several complaints about the manager at this location. I visited this location on Friday Morning and this store was packed ... The 2 woman on bar where communicating to us that a machine was down but our orders would be taken care of shortly ... I ended up waiting about 25 minutes for my drinks, and this was not the issue. The issue was seeing how everyone in this establishment, especially the two girls on bar were beint talked down to by a specific woman. Most likely the manager since she was wearing a pollo. This is why people don't want to work or hate their jobs and end up quitting. I'm sorry but after today I will no longer be spending any money on Starbucks. Just seeing this in person in front of a full facility made my blood boil. I don't know how normalized this behavior is at this location but the two girls who were making drinks handled this situation better than I think anyone should Have. Good luck. read more

Not sure how this place got a five star but I have just had one of the worst experiences and I don't normally write reviews. Took them more than 30 minutes to make my drink for a mobile order when the pick up time on app stated approximately six minutes. When I asked the staff how much longer it will take since I'm already running late for work and I have been waiting for 20+ minutes their response was do you want a refund. Are you kidding me? You made me wait for 20 minutes and you asked me if I want to refund I might as well wait for another five minutes. After I got my drink I finally started driving then realize that they have made me the wrong drink. I have severe lactose intolerance hence why I ordered the apple crisp oatmilk macchiato And guess what they gave me a regular whole milk latte. So on top of being slow, bad attitude, and the wrong drink, now I have to deal with stomach pain while driving to work early in the morning read more
