Not sure how this place got a five star but I have just had one of the worst experiences and I don't normally write reviews. Took them more than 30 minutes to make my drink for a mobile order when the pick up time on app stated approximately six minutes. When I asked the staff how much longer it will take since I'm already running late for work and I have been waiting for 20+ minutes their response was do you want a refund. Are you kidding me? You made me wait for 20 minutes and you asked me if I want to refund I might as well wait for another five minutes. After I got my drink I finally started driving then realize that they have made me the wrong drink. I have severe lactose intolerance hence why I ordered the apple crisp oatmilk macchiato And guess what they gave me a regular whole milk latte. So on top of being slow, bad attitude, and the wrong drink, now I have to deal with stomach pain while driving to work early in the morning read more

The baristas are very rude, often ignore costumers, take pleasure in being extra slow and are very unorganized. I entered the building completely forgetting to bring my mask, as they are required for entry into most places. Adam informed me that they were required for entry and did so in such a courteous and professional manner and then offered to provide me with a mask so I did not have to walk back to my car where it MAY have been. 100% recommend this location. read more

Understaffed for, or just incapable of handling, the crowds they get. 4 people working behind the counter with only ONE making drinks. Two are handling WARMING food and the last is taking orders. Poor management. Also, I came here after my workout class next door. I literally walked out, came next door & got online. Me and a couple of other people from class were in line waiting to order when several others from class walked in, having apparently ordered via mobile. They received their orders first. While I LOVE the online mobile order capabilities, I do not think it's fair for the ONE barista making drinks to handle both orders, putting mobiles before people waiting online. They need to fix their system. I'll probably go out of my way to go to a different Starbucks location from now on. read more

Came here during a macchiato happy hour, so it was pretty busy. We get to the cashier to order and the barista, Kelsey, asks, "What do you want?" in the most annoyed tone. She almost sounded mad at us just for being there. No smile. No eye contact. It's fine, she probably didn't mean it the way it sounded. My wife places her order (and says "please," mind you - we're civilized after all). Kelsey writes on a cup and asks, "What else?" Same tone. No eye contact. No smile. No sign of happiness in this human being. Maybe she'll lighten up. Let's try again. My wife orders another drink. Exact same thing happens. "What else?" she says. Now her mood is starting to rub off on us. This cyborg taking our orders clearly has no etiquette. Alas, we still have hope for poor, poor Kelsey. The last drink gets ordered and Kelsey tells us our total. No "please." Literally just a number. No effort to use words in the form of a sentence we here on Earth use to communicate. Nope, just the amount. I'm getting a little irritated at this point, but hey, who cares how I feel? Kelsey clearly doesn't. I scan my phone to pay and stand there for a moment with my wife after hearing the beep, eager to hear bubbly Kelsey say something like, "Thank you, your drinks will be up soon. Have a nice day!" You know, customer service kind of crap. I figured it's the least I should expect when paying for overpriced coffee. It's her last chance to reignite my faith in society. You can do it, Kelsey! "All set." Same damn tone. Zero eye contact. She then turned her back on us to set our cups with the others in line to be made...and that was that. Kelsey ended our brief relationship the exact same way it started - completely lifeless. This barista has completely given up, and it bothers me enough to write this whole thing out on Yelp. So I plead anyone who reads this - GO to this Starbucks. Look for the rain cloud behind the bar, because that is most certainly where Kelsey is standing. Talk to her. Speak slowly and clearly as you would with a small, fragile child. You need to help this poor shell of a human to find her way back to the living. It can be done. It will be done. Came here yday afternoon & it was really good. The first girl (cashier) put in my order correctly and the other girl (barista) made my drink perfectly w light ice just like I asked. This is my favorite Starbucks. Convenient location next to the freeway and my kid's school. We stop here on Fridays for a special treat before school. The staff is always friendly. They work quickly to fill orders so we have never had to wait too long. It is usually always clean and there is plenty of creamer. This review is based on the service I get here. Whenever I get here in the morning, sure enough, there's a butt ton of people in line waiting to order their coffee or waiting on their drink to come out. And though the wait can be annoying, it's people like Lori that make that wait a little less annoying. She's one of the nicest people I've come across at this location but I think her attitude is reflected in the staff as well because all the other baristas are pretty darn nice for some of the people/crap they have to deal with especially when there's a party up in Starbucks (not really a party jus' sayin' lol) So this goes out to Lori and her amazing people skills because honestly, a positive/perky attitude is WAYYY better than a cold/snot faced one :D read more

I feel terrible because I reviewed a different Starbucks thinking it was this one but this is the right one that I want to review. Terrible service. Placed a mobile order waited about 20 minutes to get my order. when I walked in I decided to get in line for a pastry. One person was in front of me and there was nobody running the cash registers. There are only three employees working. Two were making drinks and the third was running back-and-forth between the cash register and pulling out orders. The entryway was a mess it was filled with boxes which is a complete fire hazard. I gave up on waiting in line for the pastry so decided to proceed to the mobile order site to get my order. Overall it took about 20 minutesTo be acknowledged. We're being a mobile order it should not have taken that long for me to get my order. Will definitely not be returning. read more

The employees are very nice and even though they are understaffed, I can tell they are trying their hardest to keep a fast pace. Today I went in and ordered my usual with a turkey bacon sandwich. The cashier rang me up correctly and my drink was made quite fast, except I noticed my food was nowhere to be seen. Once I asked the cashier if she had rang me up for my sandwich she gasped and immediately apologized to me, got my sandwich as fast as possible and gave me a free lemon cake as well, which I thought was very sweet of her. I'm going to be a Karen and say when I pay extra for EXTRA Carmel not the standard And I only get a slither of Carmel its not ok. At that point I don't have time for them to remake my drink nor do I wanna ask them. Please slow down and make things correctly. They do have a nice seating area with comfy looking chairs and couches, and an outside seating area too. I'd rather go somewhere else if I have the choice between Starbucks locations. I've been coming to this location most mornings for the past year and a half. Whether I'm in a hurry and want to grab a quick cup of coffee before my commute or want to relax and enjoy my coffee here, the customer service here is outstanding. I've tried other locations that have coffee just a great as this Starbucks, but it is the friendliness and positivity of all the folks here that keeps me coming back. Additionally, this location is always kept clean, a wide variety of different drinks, food, and other merchandise is readily available. The adjacent patio and seating area with a fountain in the center is also a nice touch if you want to relax outside. read more
