Had to stop by Dutch Bros on our way out to SD to have something refreshing to drink on a hot day. This is only my 2nd visit to this location so I don't know if they always take a while to make drinks or maybe someone was training but it took a bit. Despite the wait the service was still good. They took our order correctly and it was made correctly. The ambiance at Dutch is a lifestyle. They almost always have music playing and are always having a Good time. The lemonades are delicious but a little sweet. If you don't like sweetness ask for half sweetness. The electric Berry is tart and refreshing. The Myst is an energizing refresher with antioxidants and electrolytes. It's my new favorite drink from Dutch right now and the options are endless. Rose City is peach and strawberry and it's my go too right now with added strawberry real fruit. If you like a carbonated refresher, this is for you. Definitely swing by this Dutch and give them a try. Make sure to download the app before doing so and take advantage of their perks. read more

What I Ordered: -Golden Eagle (L) $7.49 This was my first time at Dutch Bros. I had heard good things from a coworker, but there isn't a location near me. I was in Fontana recently with my wife and finally got to try it out. This location has both a drive-thru and a walk-up window. I went to the window to order, and a very friendly employee greeted me. I explained it was my first time and asked for a recommendation. She suggested the Golden Eagle, which I ordered as an iced version. It's made with espresso, half-and-half, vanilla syrup, caramel sauce, and a caramel drizzle. It was sweet but tasty and refreshing. I would definitely get it again; it had plenty of caffeine, which is always a plus. My wife tried it and liked it as well. I'm looking for a Dutch Bros. closer to home so I can try more of their drinks! read more

Never had dutch bros before because i'm not in the area much but this time we did! It was too late for me to have caffeine so i had a sparkling soda - the blue one (tropical?) - and when they said they could make it a slush i was intrigued! My husband got the blended golden eagle (the caramel and vanilla one). The girl taking our order was SO nice and welcoming since we said it was our first time. I got the soft top too. Unfortunately my drink was too watery. I think i shouldve left it as over iced instead of blending it. The soft top was delicious tho! I had a sip of my husband's and it was sweet and not bitter - i liked it! They had seasonal options too. I'd definitely be willing to give it another try if im in the area. So, I went and ordered a Decaf coffee at like 4 PM and the mixed up my order so I consumed 360 milligrams of caffeine. I usually get a blended Dutch H2O with lime. It just blended Ice, syrup, water. They told me they can't do that. The Ice messes up the blender. Then I was recommended a sparkling water blended. The only difference is the water is carbonated. The lady then said they can't blend filtered water. Honestly just disappointed because I wanted the drink I always get, was told different reasons why I can't have it, and then was given the same thing but carbonated. This location juuuuuust opened up, not sure if a lot of people know about it yet but I pulled up and there really wasn't much of a line. Was hoping to get a lucky duck today for National Coffee day, asked one of the workers and let me down real easily that the ducks ran out 30 minutes ago. The experience was still great and she was really nice about it. Daija took my order and was really friendly. I've been so excited to finally have a location really close to my house. The "Bro-ista" tipped herself 15% without my knowledge/consent which really didn't sit right with me. I always tip regardless so I'm not as upset as some others would be BUT to try to be sly and do it without permission is inappropriate and disrespectful. The buttery croissant was pretty good but not a standout. The Kouign amman on the other hand, was pleasant surprise. It was flakey, chewy, not too sweet, it was pretty darn good. Got the iced vanilla latte, which was a bit lacking--it was more (oat) milk than espresso. The mazapan (hot) was pretty good. I liked the vibe which was welcoming & inviting. Thankfully the AC was strong enough to combat the 104°F heat outside. Whew! We found street parking, free.

When I got home, my wife was so happy. She ate part of her croissant but didn't finish it. My son did the same and only picked at the edges. I ended up finishing mine and the rest of my son's. About 8 hours later, after grilling dinner, both my wife and I suddenly became extremely sick. Severe stomach pain, nonstop trips to the restroom, and all the signs of food poisoning hit us hard. Our guest had just started eating dinner while my wife and I were both stuck dealing with the symptoms. The symptoms carried throughout the entire night and are still lingering. Both of us have been dealing with fevers, body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom. It completely ruined what started as such a special Mother's Day for our family. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share our experience. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, especially on a busy holiday, but I also hope food handling and quality control are looked into so no other families have to spend Mother's Day ending like ours did.

BROWN BUTTER MISO (syrup) Butter Miso syrup with splash of whole milk. Ordered it as a latte and iced, but later changed it to splash of milk. It was slightly sweet. The coffee was not strong. Thought it would be espresso, but it was regular brewed whatever coffee. The syrup was not as good as they said it was. A light caramel flavor, but it kind of disappears as you drink it. The splash of milk even drowned out the coffee flavor! There's no miso or salted caramel or butterscotch flavor. None whatsoever. I did love this drink one bit! As the ice melts, all the coffee and caramel flavors disappear with it. They said this was their popular flavor too. Really? Now I'm confused. MATCHA COCONUT Coconut water + Matcha cold foam. Clean flavor, not as sweet. Mostly coconut water with light matcha flavor. If you don't want a heavy drink, this may be the drink for you. This was a far better drink than the brown butter miso coffee I had. COFFEE STAMP CARD I was given a stamp card after my order. So ask for one if you did not receive it yet. After 10 stamps, you get a free drink of your choice. AMBIANCE + SEATS It is located inside the senior center, so the furniture does give off that vibe. It is welcoming though. Indoor and outdoor seats available. There's an exit right where the cafe is, so you can walk to the outdoor seating area, but not sure if everyone can access it. Freddy's by contrast tells its regular customers who have patronized the franchise for years, & spend at least $60 per visit usually once a week on 3 burger combos & at least 2 custard desserts to GET OUT passive aggressively saying "I'm NOT throwing you out, just asking you to leeeave!" amidst wildly unclear explanations as to why we're essentially being accused of theft. They should rename the franchise to Jack Boot Burger. Why is Freddy's is so allergic to money and good will, they'd throw it all away for fries they were making anyway? He even gave me free drinks. The ambiance is a culture at Dutch Bros. It's a vibe and I absolutely love it. Today we tried some of the new food items. I got the chorizo wrap and my teenager got the cookie dough cake pops. I was surprised, I thought the wrap was decent. It's a chorizo patty. scrambled eggs, and cheese. I didn't care much for the cheese sauce, it had a very artificial taste but over all it was ok. My daughter gave the cake pops a 10.

Service is quick even when the line is backed up. This is not a sit down place this is a to go place. Nevertheless, it's a good option for coffee. Will say, it is not caffeine forward, I suggest asking for an extra shot if you love coffee forward drinks.

The ambiance is casual and fun. It's truly a vibe and lifestyle. If you have Dutch love you know what I mean. I got to try the bacon egg and cheese slider. Overall, it was decent. It's a little small but it is just a slider. The bread was soft and warm, the cheese was melted, and the eggs were cooked through. The bacon is not crispy and you can tell they're just warmed up. But if you need a quick snack or food on the go, it's ok.

Louise took my order with kindness and I explained to him that I'm fasting for Ramadan so I can't drink it right away and I would need it to still taste good in an hr. he took his time with me. He suggested certain options we came to an agreement and he made my coffee amazing I can tell by the way that the coffee looks, and then they even asked me questions to better help me finish my work shift once I break my fast which is above and beyond. Luis and Landon are what you would expect to be hired for customer service they went above and beyond for the customer, coffee is on point and totally changed my mood around. they made me feel welcome &very kind. With two cars ahead of me it took about 10 minutes to get to the window. The bro-ista was very friendly, happy, and greeted me with a smile. I should have gotten his name, but he did have blond hair, if that helps. So, he retrieved my pre-ordered drinks and handed them to me. He also noticed my Yorkie in the front seat and asked if I would like a pup cup, which I thought was great customer service. The reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because I ordered a banana bread that I did not receive. I unfortunately did not remember about it until after 4pm today and I figured that's way too long to go back telling another person that I didn't receive an item from my order 7 hrs later. The Golden Eagle iced coffee was delicious and I really appreciate that they have so many SF flavors.

It's a sparkling and refreshing drink. I will say, because it has electrolytes, these drinks do have a little saltiness to them but it's not bad. Anyone who drinks electrolytes knows the flavor I'm referring to. I also ordered a coconut chocolate milk parfait style. They have some really good chocolate milk. It's creamy and rich for being premade and when mixed with these coconut it's a fun liquid play on an Almond Joy. Service was great even though they forgot to make the chocolate milk parfait style. They quickly resolved it by fixing the drink. The ambiance of all Dutch is a true culture. It's an experience coming here. Conversations with Broristas and music play - I love it!
