Despite the wait the service was still good. They took our order correctly and it was made correctly. The ambiance at Dutch is a lifestyle. They almost always have music playing and are always having a Good time. The lemonades are delicious but a little sweet. If you don't like sweetness ask for half sweetness. The electric Berry is tart and refreshing. The Myst is an energizing refresher with antioxidants and electrolytes. It's my new favorite drink from Dutch right now and the options are endless. Rose City is peach and strawberry and it's my go too right now with added strawberry real fruit. If you like a carbonated refresher, this is for you. When the nice young lady put the ice cream in a put the carton on the scale I thought for sure she would then go back and add to it. The serving was very short. Normally when they hand pack they use a spade to press the ice cream to the bottom of the container. She didn't do that. She just scooped up a spadefull and laid it on top of the ice cream that was in the container already. The container was hardly full when she put a lid on it and gave me a price. I started to say something but she looked like a minor and I was hardly going to confront a minor over some ice cream. When I got home, I opened it and the serving was sooo short! It was about HALF! We just took one container and scooped it into the other one and made one full quart. There was plenty of room to do this when there should not have been! Guess I just gave them an extra $12 tonight. I left feeling ripped off. I don't like that and don't think I'll ever go back.

I was a little pressed for time. That's my fault. It is so mind blowing how slow this place is I ordered a nitro cold brew. First time at this location and it's on the smaller side. The variety of flavors weren't bad and there were enough flavors to enjoy at least one flavor. When I saw the Guava Passion Tart, I knew I'd had to get it. Got a fruity variety including the new seasonal Spicy Strawberry Watermelon Sorbet, Plain Tart, Pistachio, Strawberry and of course the Guava Passion Tart, my favorite! Added toppings: Cap'n Crunch, Fruity Pebbles, Bubble Burst Strawberry, Maraschino Cherries, and Rainbow Mochi. All delicious and not too sweet. I guess my one complaint is that the yogurt ice cream is a bit watery and not as frozen. The only one that was perfectly frozen with a good consistency was the Spicy Strawberry Watermelon Sorbet, since it didn't have any yogurt in it. It did have a little bit of a spicy kick at the end. Can't say it was a harmonious flavor of strawberry and watermelon. Although it leans more strawberry. Overall, enjoyed all the yogurt ice creams tried today. Customer service was great! Only one person working, but she was friendly and kind. Reward system is offered by signing up online or in-store.
