I ordered a hot rose cardamom latte with oatmilk which was just ok for me, my co-worker ordered an iced strawberry latte with orange cold foam ,but received an iced strawberry matcha instead. Luckily she also likes matcha and it was really good, so she wasn't that disappointed. My other co-workers ordered a hot honey cinnamon cappuccino with oatmilk, an iced golden hour from the spring menu, a cortado and a cinnamon roll. The golden hour was an iced mango lemonade topped with matcha and she loved it. The cortado tasted real authentic according to my other co-worker. The cinnamon roll shared amongst a few of us was to die for! We're definitely coming back.

Was able to adjust sugar level but unable to adjust ice - and I did feel like they packed a lot of ice into my drink. But the flavor was on point and I loved the chewiness of their housemade boba. The tea was still slightly sweeter than I would have liked at 50% sweetness - but the cream on top, getting a sip with all the components was pretty amazing. And made my drive home that much more bearable. Saw somebody walk out of the shop after I had ordered with 4 thai tea salted creams ... was sad that I didn't get one for myself. My 4-year old watched Evan intently as he took care in making his Vanilla Oreo Shake. Great coffee.. as long as you bring a parka so you can enjoy it. Been here a couple times, I swear it is below 40 degrees inside, whether it is 58 outside like it is today, or 95 like it was a few days ago. Freezing inside this place. When we entered the store, we were not greeted. After waiting for some time, an employee came to take our order. As I asked questions about menu items, the employee appeared visibly annoyed, repeatedly rolling her eyes, shaking her head, and giggling while I was speaking. Her behavior made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. After taking our order, she began slamming doors, equipment, and machines while preparing our items. Her actions and demeanor made it seem as though she was angry that we were there. When our order was ready, she placed the items on the counter and walked away without saying anything. I had to ask if the order was ours because there was no communication from her. When I politely asked for her name, she responded, "Bye, I don't have to give you my name," and walked away. I found this response unprofessional and disrespectful. The entire interaction left both my daughter and me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have visited Jamba Juice many times in the past, but this experience was unlike any I have had before. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers are treated with the courtesy, professionalism, and respect they deserve.
