The girl who took my order and gave me my items was great. Very sweet. My food items where ok. What I came here to talk about is my drink. This has happened a few times already. I ordered a matcha latte with a pump of vanilla and pumpkin cold foam. (It was a recipe I found on a Starbucks influencer page on Instagram). The gave me a non sweetened, barely mixed matcha latte. The matcha was clumped up and most of it was sitting at the bottom. I was unable to go inside and get my order fixed because I have my sleeping baby in the car, and a doctors appointment. I go to this location often(3-5 times a week), do to living in the Valley's. I tend to place a Mobile order as I leave my house, giving them about 15-20 minutes to have my stuff ready, when the app says 3-8 minutes. On many occasions my stuff is not ready, and they're super disrespectful when I ask them about how long they'll be. I do mobile orders, because they're supposed to be convenient, and I'm short on time in the morning! I make sure to say thank you every time I'm in there, and rarely get anything back! For being a gold star member, you'd think I'd be treated a lot better. The moral of the story is if we had a Dutch Bros out here, they'd get my business! read more

This Starbucks is the slowest I've been to yet. They are out of nearly everything and won't get a new shipment in for weeks and then tell you that it's been discontinued. I've never gotten a sandwich fully heated here, it's always cold in the center so you have to ask for things double toasted. This store is always a mess. They are constantly out of things, even basics such as vanilla or milk varieties (not including the popular oat milk right now). Plan to mobile order at least 30 minutes prior to your wanted time and still expect to wait and then have cold food. The man that works the mornings is amazing, he doesn't seem to be supported by his very slow (and often rude) staff members. I still go to this location for the very friendly man who makes things so great, and for the fact that there isn't a close location as this seems to be the only one. This Starbucks always does a great job but today I was watching an employee ask the manager a question where something was at, the manager Michelle responded "it's right there in front of your face" then again "IT WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE" the employees definitely didn't feel good about that response and it was very sad to watch and made me uncomfortable. The store was clean and employees were friendly. Coffee from this location is as expected from a Starbucks chain, it tasted fresh and was made to order. They weren't real busy due to the recent snowstorm so we didn't have to wait in line and our coffee and food came out fast. The cranberry scone we had was tasty as was the caramel latte. My only complaint is the space is quite small and not good for groups, especially when the 2 larger spaces in the back were occupied by a single person in each while the tables for 2 were all empty. So the 5 of us had to take up 3 seating areas in the middle of the place. It is conveniently located right off the freeway and not too difficult to get back on in either direction. The lot was car friendly, meaning there weren't any steep ingress/egress conditions to deal with, nor any gargantuan speed bumps. Would I go back? -Yes, as long as we have a smaller group. read more

The customer service is great and what can I say....Starbucks has the BEST COFFEE, cake pops aroumd! I LOVE Halloween time, my favorite Pumpkin Spice Frap is available. This is a convenient location on your way in or out of town from the North. Although the parking lot is a little bit of a nightmare but that's not Starbucks fault. I almost always go inside rather than use the drive thru but on the rare occasion I've used the drive thru it's gone pretty quick. The inside of the store is nice, the inside seating area is on the small side but they have outdoor seating as well. The staff are always friendly, chatty and attentive. They seem to enjoy working here and make it pleasant for customers. My drinks have always been made correctly and quickly. read more

This Starbuck's single handedly feeds my Starbucks addiction. Why? Because they're always awesome! Rarely does the drive thru have a line and the staff is consistent and friendly. I have never gotten a bad drink or food item here and they are never out of items. They are open to making off the venue items and patient with me when I come in with 4 kids, order 7 drinks or try to pay with 3 different gift cards and redeem my points. I ordered several large catering sized coffee "boxes" here last year for a Christmas party and the staff was so helpful in deciding what I needed and what types of coffee to get. Avoid going between 2pm and 3pm or before 9am if you don't want any line at all as those times can get a little busy for this location. This has got to be the most unorganized Starbucks I've ever been to in my life!!! They're not allowing anyone in the store for mobile pickup, they make you go thru the drive thru and the line is ridiculously long ALL THE TIME!!!! The young woman at the door was extremely rude and CRAZY, yelling at us that she couldn't let us in to pickup our order, even though she had just let ppl in before us. We sat in the drive thru line for close to 25 minutes, my order was cold so I had them remake our food. Coffee was luke warm. Manager, Jeremy Bryant needs to manage his staff and the scheduling better. I recommend you go to any other location rather than this one. read more

I LOVE starbucks; unfortunately, this one is so, so, so, disappointing every time. I always say I'm never going back but I'm officially never going back. It's just not worth my time, would rather drive to a better one across town. Came here thru the drive thru, the line was not too bad but the wait to order took Atleast 15 minutes. When I placed my order the GIRL on the intercom was sweet. When I got my order it was a GUY at the register and well he wasn't nice at all I was trying to add partial of the amount to my rewards since I had money already on there. He sounded very sarcastic when he said it's x amount and this is x amount. I had to tell him I know how much it is I have partial loaded already. Then when he handed the cup ( my bf was driving) it almost spilled. This is easily one of the slowest Starbucks that I've ever been to. I place my order online every morning, as I'm usually pressed for time to get to work, and mobile order is supposed to be convenient. I learned early in they are slow so I started ordering even earlier, allowing them 10-15 minutes before I even arrive. And they STILL don't have it ready when I arrive. Even though the app usually says 4-8 minutes (should probably keep that updated better). And the people working are typically super rude if you have the audacity to ask about your drink/food. As if it's my fault that you're taking 20 minutes when it was supposed to be 4-8. Just too slow, with bad customer service. I'll be taking the extra five minutes to drive to a different one from now on. read more

Drinks are seldom what they should taste like, the ladies aren't friendly,and they act like you should be thankful to be there.

I'm going to qualify this review by saying we are not huge Starbucks people. We are definitely casual customers, who might stop in once in a while for a drink. Generally, I find the coffee to be a bit on the overpriced side. But when you're out and about and need a caffeine fix, Starbucks will usually be a good bet. This one is located near home for us so sometimes my husband and I slip over here for a drink in the evenings before they close. We've also used the drive thru for quick pick ups here and there. And can I just say? A Starbucks that has a drive thru is a wonderful thing indeed. I wish all of them (or at least more of them) had them. As a mother with several small children, drive thru's are always appreciated! This location is easy to find, easy to score parking, the staff is pleasant and friendly, the selection is good, the store is clean and the seating options are plentiful and comfortable. This is a fun place to hang out in, chat with someone and just enjoy a few moments. I can't speak to bringing in laptops and working the day away as I'm not the sort to do that but I'm going to guess it's a good place to get that done too. If you're in the North Valleys and need a Starbucks fix, this is the place to go. read more

Baristas are super friendly but there is no consistency with their drinks. I used to go daily but now i purposely drive to sparks just to get mine. First time at this Starbucks in North Valleys. The staff was very nice and service was prompt. Their drive thru seems to be very busy. I was there mid morning. The dining area is quite small compared other Starbucks I have been too. Chairs were comfortable, but tables were pretty small. There are two larger tables for those with laptops. You can function on the smaller tables, but are confined a bit against the wall. The dining area was well kept and there are outside seating options as well. The music was a little loud for my liking. Any conversation you would have would have to carry over the music, thus increasing the overall chatter level in the dining area a little louder then normal. The men's bathroom was well kept and clean and all personal hygiene supplies were stocked for use. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this location. If they toned down the music a little bit, then it would definitely be a 4.5 to 5 star rating. Cheers! read more

This Starbucks used to be so great and i used to enjoy going here. Since the new manager has taken over it has completely gone down hill. He has no idea how to communicate with the customers and is so aggressive when he speaks. His new assistant store manager is just as bad as he with with her customer service. I've talked to her about an issue i had with an employee and she seemed uninterested in what i had to say, the old assistant manager was always making sure the customers were happy and satisfied if an issue occurred. Aside from that the employees are all new and have no idea what they are doing. I usually get the same drink and i had Grace, an employee, tell me the drink wasn't something they made when i regularly got the drink. She was rude and made it seem like i was getting a complicated drink. So i just ordered something else because there was a huge line of cars behind me. They also are constantly ignoring the customers and it seems like they purposely do it. I was surprised to see a few familiar faces recently, i thought the employees had all quit because of how terrible the service there has gotten. read more

I absolutely love this Starbucks. I have been going to this location for years and the customer service has always been great. The wait times can get long, but I always know that the staff is trying their best to get everyone their drinks. If I'm in a rush, I always do a mobile order and conveniently enough they just added parking by the front of the store for mobile orders only. The mobile ordering is super easy and I am in and out of the store so quickly. I highly recommend giving it a try! read more
