This location nearly never has sandwiches they advertise in stock. Fiasco at lunch today where I had short amount of time, they rang me up for two separate sandwiches that neither were in stock. And the staff acted as though it was my fault ("I haven't seen that sandwich in ages!" Well your staff told me she had it after I complained that I didn't know what sandwiches they had since there is no sandwich menu.) I ended up with no lunch as I was now way behind. Hopefully the credits to my card go through. Huge lines, no listing of menu available sandwiches, short tempered staff. Not what you would expect with Starbucks typical service - my normal store would have apologized and offered a discount or some compensation. Maybe the people behind me now out the door during my attempt at lunch got compensation for their long wait? read more

I'm so disappointed by this location.. they are not chatty and are rushed with you when it is isn't busy at all. My daughter is five and likes to order her own drink and pay.. she has it down pact and speaks clearly and loudly.. yet everytime the women just stares at her annoyed and then asks me what we want to order. As if she has not geard her at all. Every single time! Very rude!!! They don't carry any of the AMAZING salads and cold sandwiches normal starbucks do. I'd extremely recommend walking a few stores over to the location in Safeway. They are much much more friendly and hospitable. read more

This is the first time that I got a beverage from Starbucks and found it palatable. I got a pumpkin spice latte, and I highly suggest going to Barracuda's if you like this sort of thing...theirs is WAY better (and it isn't Starbucks). The service was good, but provided by people who were far too happy to be working in Starbucks. read more

This is the best Starbucks in the area. I go there at least once a week and almost always have a great latte. The people that work there make it fun to visit and put this Starbucks above the others in my opinion. The only downfall is no drive through. read more

Worst Starbucks in Richland. It seems every week they have new people and those new people have never made coffee before. I ordered a Vanilla Mocha earlier this week via the mobile app. What I actually got was a grande cup of steamed milk. No coffee was added, no mocha, no vanilla. I had to take it to a different location and have them remake it the correct way. I also can't tell you how many times I've had watered down coffee. I feel I've given this place enough chances to redeem themselves and they still fail. Wish there was a better location here in North Richland. read more

I ordered twice the cold brew with sweet cream in this Starbucks that located George Washington, and was very disappointed both time because the cold brew is not strong enough, compare the cold brew from Starbucks-Columbia Center. Horrible! You would think if you advertise oatmeal, you know how to make it?? Today's oatmeal was RUNNY / WATERY, and had CLUMPS. So now to fix I have to drive back 15 minutes, wait in line, and drive 15 back to work. So 45 minutes later I get the oatmeal that should have been done right the first time. By necessity of location I have visited this Starbucks location several times and have rarely had a good experience. STAY AWAY. Since I have started going there I have had numerous stale bread products, consistently lukewarm coffee, and one occasion they had NO COFFEE at all. I am a frequent patron of Starbucks in my home town and rarely have had these problems. read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the tri cities. Even if the drive thru line is long, the wait is never long at all. The baristas are always so nice and I have never had an issue with my drink. Highly recommend! read more
