The lady working here on 12/1, early PM was very, very nice. I had stopped for a 'coffee refill' on my way back to Idaho from visiting family in central WA. Told her I was traveling back to Idaho and she was friendly, telling me to drive safe and what not. Standard Starbucks coffee otherwise. I always get an iced Caffe Mocha or an iced White Chocolate Mocha. That day it was a Caffe Mocha. Will probably be back on my way back to Idaho again - after Christmas :-) read more

I went through the drive through today and the male at the window charged my card, then said the it didn't go through. Thinking it was my fault I ran it on my credit card and then left. Skeptical, because I knew I had enough money on my debit I checked my banking and saw both my debit and credit card were charged. I went in to get a refund and they didn't refund me the correct amount of what I was initially charged. I told the lady that and she said "Oh that's weird" and didn't seem like she wanted to fix it. She also said their machine and system was weird today and that's why I was double charged. I just said never mind it's fine since it was only like a .50 difference. I told her she should watch out for other customers since they are probably accidentally double charging a lot of people. She didn't really seem to care. I think they should slow down and take the time to see if people are being charged correctly. read more

Out of stuff constantly. Slow morning mobile orders. Go every day at 6:40am for 6 months for mobile order inside pick-up and they still don't know who I am. Today got there and didn't have either of the drinks from mobile order, cold brew pumpkin cream. I've paid multiple times for the cream and I get there and they don't have any. Offer to refund cream and give me the drink without, which doesn't then taste good. I will be saving the 300+ I spend there every month after today. So many more complaints.... read more

Probably the best Starbucks in the area for drink quality. Amazing service, always. There's an item on the menu only the manager knows how to make. It's called the "coffee bomb." Ask for it. It's delicious and exactly what you would think a coffee bomb would be. read more

My in-laws live here and we always stop before leaving town. It doesn't matter how many cars are in the drive we wait for ever. The staff is friendly but I can't figure out why it takes so long to get through this line. read more

Customer Service is spot on here! Always friendly, they go outta of their way to learn their regular customer's names and drinks. I can always rely on receiving a great drink! Only suggestion is for corporate...we want to be able to add tips on our debit card! Please fix this! read more

Placed a mobile order for pick-up in the lobby at 2:37. The order said it would be ready at 2:45pm. Arrived at the location and waited. And waited. And waited. There were 5 baristas behind the counter. They took an additional order in the lobby after us. That customer waited behind us for awhile and then they asked her if she had a mobile order. She answered and they gave her drink to her and she left. We continued to wait. Nobody asked us one time what we were waiting for. We continued to wait, standing next to the mobile order pick-up. After 19 minutes and no order, I finally went to the counter and cancelled our order. As it turns out, our order was made and sitting on the back counter behind the mobile window, forgotten about. Upon request, they refunded our money and gave us the drinks that had already been made. They never cease to fuck it up, no matter how many chances I give them. Sadly, this location is the closest to me which is why I continue to return. It's worth the drive to go to other locations. This one is the WORST!!!!!!! read more

Every single weekend their walk in part of the store is closed and the only way to get an online order here is to wait in the drive-through line. I do NOT recommend doing that because it will take 20 minutes. If you're looking for a quick grab and go for an online order I recommend going anywhere else but this location. In fact I typed this while waiting in line for a "online in store pickup order". read more

This use to be one of the best Starbucks in the area with very customer friendly staff. It has deteriorated in the last year. The drinks are inconsistently mixed and many of the staff at the window are rude. There is one gal that I believe is a shift boss that yells at the other staff and is abrupt with customers. Over the last year, I have never heard one of the window staff say thank you. It's usually 'here's you drink. I drive out of my way to do to another Starbucks. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The drive thru is so slow and I go inside thinking it will be quicker and it really isn't. Starbucks has a reputation for being attentive and this one just seems so out of the loop. read more

Service is generally friendly. Slowest drive through ever. Usually wait a minimum of 5 minutes but if there are more than a few cars ahead of me it's over ten minutes. I'm sure food service and the complexity of the drinks ordered ahead of me have an impact but staffing and efficient procedures should allow for the drive through to execute on its most basic value proposition, convenience. read more

Queensgate Starbucks have drones at the window. Tried to buy a coffee for some folks behind me and they would not do it. I pulled up and told them I wanted to buy the car behind me coffee as they were aliens, I went on to explain the "NOTW" symbol on the windshield stood for "Not Of This World" and if they weren't of this world then they were aliens. It's a Christian themed line of clothing. The gal in the window says she's not going to say that, fine buy the coffee, I checked my change and she didn't take it out, I left just saying their loss. They want to write "Race" stuff on the cup but in their political correctness won't buy someone a coffee. Thus the "Drone" comment. read more
