Few customers yet still had to wait 20 minutes for 3 premade croissants, ridiculous and disorganized!

It's not my go-to coffee brand, but I've been here a few times because of the convenient location. It's always busy in the drive thru, but I've gotten relatively quick service by going into the store and ordering at the counter. The employees are patient and very hard working, juggling in person and mobile orders at the same time. They are also very generous with mix ins, which is good or bad depending on how sweet you want your drink. I got a mocha iced coffee on my last trip and I couldn't taste the coffee at all, there was more than an inch of chocolate syrup sitting in the bottom of the cup. I wasn't a fan, but I know some people would love that. The space is clean and well lit, although a bit narrow if people are sitting at the tables and also standing at the counter. read more

No idea how their rating is so low - I will sometimes go out of my way to go to this specific Starbucks because they are so nice and kind.

Very excellent and convenient location. This is my go-to Starbucks when in Richmond on business. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The inside is very clean and the ambiance is typical suburban Starbucks. For the high amount of traffic it receives I'm surprised how well they keep pace. I'd say their coffees and sandwiches are well on par with what you'd expect from any good location. Their online ordering pick-up is very fast as well. Ample parking. Highly recommended. read more

As far as Starbucks goes, this one is pretty nice. It is clean with a friendly staff. It is also quiet with the music at a decent level. If you need a place to relax or do some work this is a great spot! read more

This is my go to Starbucks on my way to work. Typical Starbucks -- no complaints! My only issue is that the area is so popular there's always a line at the drive thru. I usually do mobile order & run inside to pick it up. If you do this definitely give at least 5 minutes. Because it's so busy it takes a while for them to get my order to start making it. read more

There were plenty of tables when I went there last week; it was packed with people on their computers, friends steeped in conversation, commuters stopping in for a quick latte and students reading... the place looked perky and was buzzing with excitement. It was clean and more open than many other Starbucks I've been to in the area. The sandwich and bakery menu was the same, and the service was as efficient as you'd expect from this popular chain. I ordered the peppermint hot cocoa and a slice of pumpkin bread, great combo! I thought the egg white muffins looked good and will try them upon my next visit. And while I typically prefer local coffee and tea shops, I enjoyed this spot quite a latte- something always brewing at Starbucks! read more

Today was my first visit to this new Starbucks location. The drive thru was packed, so I opted to run inside to pick up coffee and salad for later. The staff was super friendly and very chipper for 7:30 a.m., but I guess their 7:30 a.m. is like my 10:30 a.m. My order was made quickly and was the best chai latte I have had in ages...perfecto! In an effort to be budget conscious, I try not to frequent Starbucks, but if I need a caffeine fix I will visit this location. My only complaint and it's not their fault - the shopping center is not the easiest to enter/exit since there is only one way in//out and it's off of Forrest, not Glenside. Cheers! read more

First off the bathroom is disgusting there's huge cobwebs in the corner that pillow in the breeze as you use the hand dryer. Maybe all the employees are wearing facemask because the place is that disgustingly filthy. Misses on the homey feel you expect from a starbucks. Tables were totally full and drive thru line was packed at 1030am. If I want a $5 coffee without any experience I wouldn't choose Starbucks. Very nice Starbucks on the inside and outside. Nice employees and super clean. They also have a Clover machine for super fresh tasting coffee, try it if you get a chance. They also have all the Starbucks Reserve coffees which is nice. Drive thru as well!!! read more

Cashier was super nice. Barista's were rude. My coffee had been sitting there without the name exposed so I had no idea it was mine. Then when I asked if it was mine she had an attitude. The top to my coffee had some pink syrup on the top of the lid and which I ordered a flat white coffee... soooo. I asked the girl if I could have another top that was clean and which she also had an attitude and did not apologize. Not a great experience won't be back. read more

Overall, the drinks are what you expect - they're consistent, and taste about the same regardless of which location you go to. What sets this location apart is their staff! Clearly addicted to this stuff... Good in terms of beverages and snacks, but prices are ridiculously high. Sometimes, or most times, they short you on drinks by loading up the ice. By the time you've had 3-4 sips, you're drink is gone! Madeleines and beverages are great. As indicated from the outset, great fare, lousy prices! read more

I love this location. The staff is super friendly. I am exclusively a user of the drive thru because let's face it- I haven't had my coffee yet. I have never had an order go wrong. They are quick to suggest new things I might like. There are drawbacks to this location but it's not really Starbucks fault. This shopping center is not easy to navigate. Parking is a mess (which is another reason to drive thru). Pokemon Go: there are no pokestops or gyms within range of this location. There is a gym just across the street. read more

If you are in a hurry, then you need to drive right on past this location and straight into Sheetz. I went inside this location for a couple of iced peach green teas. There was no one at the register and an employee came out of the back to take my order. There were two employees actually making drinks, one for the drive thru and one for the inside. I ordered and it took over ten minutes to get my drinks with just one order/one drink in front of me. I could see employees walking around in the back and I wondered why there were not out front helping to make drinks, seems very inefficient to me. The inside is very clean and there is a large table you can reserve if you need to. Good variety of products available for sale. read more

This Starbucks is GREAT because it has a drive thru. Typically they get my order right, newer employees have a harder time. Their customer service is always great, super friendly. Drive thru typically moves pretty fast even if the line looks daunting. Almost every time I come I have at least 2 separate orders and i have gone up to four separate orders and they are very accommodating. read more

This three is all the could get from me, the people were friendly. I came with a few others no line at all. They do have a drive thru but only one car in waiting. So when I ordered my smores frappuccino, I was a little annoyed when they handed and it had no graham crackers on top. I had to ask for it, which the barista told me they were out and the were also out of the marshmallow whipped cream. Terrible! I ordered the same drink I have ordered at Starbucks throughout the United States the way an associate told me to order it. For some reason they couldn't understand how to make it, charged me more than any other store and it was horrible. Don't stray from the menu!!!! I know it is just coffee but is it really? "Cheers" to this Starbucks for making it something more. If you are like me your day doesn't begin when you wake up. It is when you take the first sip of that dried coffee bean's nectar. I pulled into a Starbucks near my home (because I am not aware of one near the Realtors office) and was disappointed to see 20+ cars in the drive-thru (no joke at 8am). I parked my vehicle and headed inside surprised to see only two people in front of me. Joel, a bright eyed and bushy faced employee greeted me and promptly took my two drink order. He asked my name, which is typical for Starbucks but he used it again as he referenced the accuracy of the drink I had ordered. A tongue twister... in Starbucks lingo. Two minutes later the barista yelled out my name with the second drink and I am on my way! A couple thoughts... Starbucks taste good everywhere. But this location, man, there's no parking spot available at lunch time. It sucks!

Always so slow! Even if I am the only person in line, it takes forever! Avoid the drive thru in the morning unless you have 15 min to spare.

This is truly the worst location I have ever been to. They have actually managed to get my drink wrong four times in a row, including today! It does not matter if I order in person or online, they get it wrong! I order a trenta tea lemonade, light ice, with raspberry syrup instead of classic. Every single time I get a trenta tea, light ice...sometimes with the raspberry substitution, sometimes not. IT'S WRITTEN IN THE STICKER PEOPLE!!! Follow the sticker directions; it's not rocket science!! Every other location seems to be able to get my drink right except this one. It's amazing! Today, I received a white tea, light ice, classic syrup. I didn't even bother to tell them today because I had a meeting I couldn't be late for and it takes them FOREVER to fix an order. I don't like iced tea without the lemonade but it was not worth the headache of asking them to fix it yet again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Starbucks like the plague!!!
