The worst customer service. Food somehow landed in my hand when a random bag was shoved my way without even being warmed. Never even asked me if I wanted it warm. Then my drink somehow landed on the counter with no label and no one told me it was (my drink). Then I had to ask for my receipt because I'm traveling for work and she basically ripped it off the register and handed it to me while looking on the other direction. Not sure what may have haopened at this location. Overall the counters, backline and floors were dirty. There were 6 people behind the counter having concersations, not waiting on customers. The ladies were awesome today. They were calling our name to board and we had to leave without our drinks. With our flight pushed back on a delay and terminal changes and then changed back to the original gate. Big communication going on, we missed our flight. Going back to Starbucks knowing they tossed our drinks the manager remade them no charge for us. Thanks for turning our day around. This was true customer service. Thanks ladies! The customer service here was very poor. There was a group of 4-5 women chatting behind the counter who ignored me when I walked up. I stood there for a minute, waiting to be asked if they could help me. I finally asked if they were open and the cashier stared at me like she couldn't believe that I asked her that. Not impressed. Wow. Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Flew out on a Saturday morning and 3 people were ahead of me in line. We all waited 8-10 minutes for our drinks. When asked what was taking so long we were given extremely rude responses as it was clear all of the ladies here hated their jobs. Shame on Starbucks for not correcting this. I am giving this Starbucks 5 stars, simply because of the employees.There are currently only 2 employees at this location. Not a problem if we were in the middle of Nebraska . This is the St. Louis airport location. I have been waiting for 13 minutes in a very long line and there are still people in front of me. All that said, these are the 2 MOST PATIENT and POLITE Starbucks employees that I have ever run across-anywhere. They have to take the order and make the drink. They are more efficient than most Starbucks employees who seem to like to wipe stuff down all the time , even when there is s long line. Their names are Alicia and Jamar. I finally made it to the counter and there are now 2 more employees.Jamar has to be the most polite kid on the planet. read more

The two employees "working" that day were unresponsive, paying little if any attention to those "customer" people, and attitude galore. The lady works in the counter for making drinks in the morning on Sunday seems to be very mean or racist. I said to the male employee that I wanted the drink to have no ice, and he wrote it on the cup. It was understandable that she mistook it for having ice. But after I asked her to take the ice out, she didn't even say a word with the mean face and took the ice out silently. I said thank you to her, and she still didn't want to say a word to me with the mean face. But she said "have a great day" with a large smiley face to the white customers before and after me. I came here en route to Houston. I asked for a bacon Gouda sandwich. They made it, the egg was cold. I asked them to remake it the egg is still cold. At this point I am like wtf. They can keep the $4 how hard is it to reheat a damn sandwich? Never getting my money again at this airport. Only getting two stars because the coffee is somewhat decent. There was a racist review below in which the user Nash M. (Who is a negative yelped per his profile) who states the "wrong demographics" works here because the staff is African American. Don't pay attention to that, because that comes from a place of Godlessness and hate. Pay attention to the fact that products were not cooked or made correctly and service sucks. I have been to Starbucks in major cities with all demographics: African American, Hispanic, Caucasian, Asian you name it! It is the work culture of that particular location which fosters poor service not the race or ethnicity of the workers. Good news is there are multiple Starbucks in the airport I went to the one right at the beginning of the C terminal. There is one some ways down you may have better luck with. read more

Coffee and pastries were fine. Issue was the wait due to inept staff. There were two customers in front of me and it took me 10 minutes to reach the register. Unacceptable at an airport. Girl at the counter was friendly but didn't know how to properly work the register. I asked for my coffee in a double cup - got a single, ordered a coffee cake - got a pound cake. This happened to everyone in front of me. All this while a good 2-3 employees were not doing much of anything(let alone helping the confused girl) and another 2 were making drinks slower than I've ever seen at a sbux.
