Don't order from here. We order an English breakfast tea for my wife. They don't say anything to me they make it they give it to me. I pick it up. Go home because I'm headed home from an errand. My wife it hey this is Earl Grey tea not English breakfast so I called up and they say oh hey we're sorry we're out of English breakfast tea so we substitute Earl Grey. I told them why didn't you just tell me because I would've canceled the order and went down the street to another Starbucks and then pick it up. She tells me to just come by and they'll refund me. Which is like a 20 minute drive I just asked for a refund and she tells me she's sorry she can't give me a refund over the phone. Stay far away from this place this manager should be fired. She's teaching her coworkers to substitute without even consulting the customer. And then when you get home and you find out it's wrong you have to drive all the way back to get it made right or get a refund. This is just a scam. read more

Since the closure of the Starbucks location at Blanco and 1604, this has become the next best option in the area. The service has consistently been excellent. I find myself frequently using the drive-thru here - it's become my go-to, Starbie stop. read more

Great location near the busy intersection of 1604 and bitters. The lobby is open for "to go" orders but not yet for indoor seating. This Starbucks is very efficient, whether you're going through the drive-thru, or walk inside. I used to take The Granddaughter by on her way to school. Even though there was always a line, it moved quickly, so that she was never late. And yesterday, hubby and I went in the evening, and just sat around with our coffee and a snack. The road noise is not too bad in the evening, either. They have lots of snack or dessert items, so you can always grab something to tide you over or give you just that bit of sweetness. read more

Stopped by this Starbucks and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a tea due to feeling a little under the weather. Placed my order and pulled up to the window. The guy came to the window and I thought he was going to tell me he didn't know how to make the drink I wanted but instead he asked what's a restaurant that start w an O. I gave the staff a run for there money with keto friendly orders, given the new diet. The staff were very polite and asked questions to make sure the order was correct. I'm not diabetic, but If I was I'd feel pretty safe ordering sugar free anything at the location. Plus, they remember my face now I think because one staffer makes sure I mean sugar-free ingredients before I clarify now. The drinks were okay this time around but I have to say that Megan, who was taking orders in the drive-thru, really ruined my experience. This place needs proper management and employees in it. Hours are CONSTANTLY changing. They don't even up date there hours online for people. It's rare that I drive by this one and I see it open. This is crazy and extremely inconvenient for us to have to go back to pick up the rest of our mobile order. Half an oat meal, seriously? No muffin, half a coffee, no sandwich and on and on? This location needs a revamp on employees who can read Mobile orders and customer service in general. Even then manager seemed to care less when we have brought issues to her attention on numerous occasions. People want what they pay for especially when it's Starbucks prices... Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a Starbucks. Staff is extremely rude. Visited twice this week and although tonight was much worse than the last visit, neither visit was pleasant. I was in this location 30 minutes before closing meeting friends to discuss a business matter. The staff had already put up all chairs and was sweeping literally under my seat, closing blinds, slamming things around and making it obvious they were annoyed and wanted all the customers to leave. There were 4 other customers besides myself. I had to tell the employee to please stop making everyone feel as though they should leave when it was half an hour before closing. She just proceeded to talk about me in the headset with the other employee behind the counter. Horrible horrible staff. Extremely unprofessional and have no concept of guest service whatsoever. Will never be in this location again. Will have to drive further but would prefer that then to be treated as a nuisance in a restaurant that is open. read more

The 1 Star is only because I can't give the place zero stars. First, the place sounds like a coffee war zone. There was less noise at my last head banging metal concert. Then you have the senior citizen action party daily meetings where they pull 16 chairs and 6 tables together blocking one of two aisles an hour early for the big event. Mix in a few of the business squatters and you will want to slit your throat if you don't use the drive through. Nice, clean and new. So why the 3 stars? For starters, the place is LOUD. The staff here seem to relish in slamming metal doors, slamming equipment and dropping, rather than placing heavy items on the floor. Maybe not a huge deal but the poor acoustics in the place amplify every noise. Three days in a row part of our order was forgotten and there was no apology for making us wait as others came, got their orders, and left.
