Although the staff is friendly and attentive, the place is extremely dirty. The bathroom is filthy. Toilet paper on the floor, overflowing trash bins, and period blood on the door stall. Order of 3 cold drinks took 20 minutes to fulfill! Super slow service.

    STARBUCKS IS ALWAYS GROSS

COFFEE WAS SO BURNT Can I give zero stars? Breakfast sand cheese was cold I asked barista server to heat up more then it was very very dry so I tossed it out BATHROOM ALONE THOUGH! Pictures attached

Very peaceful Definitely will come here again. I found so many cups on sale wowsers I didn't know that you can buy a Starbucks cup for nine bucks. 13 bucks and 15 but the service is great. I definitely love the vibe here I definitely come back again.

Victor was very rude. He didn't hear our order and made it seem like our fault when we tried to have it changed. Other employees were very sweet. Grateful to the girl who fixed them for us on behalf of him! The drink was very light on strawberry flavor but good otherwise

I used to work at Starbucks and loved it. I loved connecting with customers and remembering regulars' names. Unfortunately, my Starbucks journey came to an end, but the memories remain in my heart. This location has an amazing team; they're fast, and friendly, and the store is really clean. Big shoutout to Joe. He remembers my name and he's always very polite. He's a great asset to the team.

Horrible customer service. First off, I ordered on my app, came to pick up my item, and it was under "mobile pickup" without a name. Sure, one can say it's the app's fault, but the manner in which things were handled were just uncalled for. The app didn't have a history of my order and so it was difficult to have them refund me for the one of the two holiday cup items that they didn't have. The lady making drinks, I believe her name was Shannon, gave me an "I don't give af" type look and proceeded to tell me that I couldn't return if I don't have a receipt. Wth was I supposed to return if I never received my product? Long story short, I'm still in dispute about this purchase with my bank about the product that I never received bc I was charged for it. Oh, and the drink I ordered that I asked light whip on? The holiday drink that should give you all the warmth of the season?? Ha, yeah right... I should've known that too would be subpar. Literally had 1/4 of the cup filled with some lukewarm, watered down excuse of a drink. Buyer beware. Unfortunately, the only way I can possibly get any help would be through the website. It's currently being reviewed via the "contact us" on the Starbucks website and complaint submitted. I suggest you take the time to also fill this out should anything remotely happen to you. We work way to darn hard for our money to be taken advantage of. And yes, I mean taken advantage of because when you charge someone a product that your store did not have, it's called stealing money from the customer. I still can't believe I paid for a product that I did not receive. All I want from this location at this time is my refund.

Blair, Carla omg make my day every time I go to this Starbucks. They are wonderful people and the best in customer service. I've been to a lot of Starbucks and no one can compare to the customer service that they have. They make the drinks with love and barely mess up with my drink . Thank you!

This location gets very busy but it's in a very nice area and the staff members know how to prepare a drink very well. I feel like their prices are a little bit higher than the downtown location that I'm used to going to, but the quality is worth it. Their merchandise selection isn't the greatest in comparison with others around, but they still have some nice items available for purchase.

    Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
    LaDonna A.

This location has a great selection of coffees, even offering Starbucks Reserve. It is quite a busy location though, so heads up on that. On the weekend you'll find many doggos hanging while their owners sip on their cup of love. I recently tried the seasonal Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew & it's delicious! The pumpkin cream on top is just lightly pumpkin flavored & slightly sweetened. It balances out the cold brew perfectly well. I did not add any additional sugar to my coffee.

Occasionally burnt espresso but I love them too much to mind. I am a matcha snob to say the LEAST. Hands down best coffee shop matcha in the Bay Area. The classic iced matcha latte with honey is grassy and earthy and creamy and a little sweet. The iced banana pudding matcha latte had people lined up around the corner for months when it came out. It is deliciously worth the wait. Best banana cold foam in my opinion because it's made with actual bananas instead of flavoring so it's much more mellow. The double matcha they had for awhile is also awesome. Banana cold foam also goes great on an espresso latte. Now they let you add whichever cold foam you like to whatever drink which is great. Basically you can't go wrong. They are always changing up the menu for the new season and have lots of unique drinks on their menu. Not much seating inside at this location. The winchester Blvd one has more if that's what you're looking for. Their pastries are also all yummy and they sell their matcha powder for $60 for 100g which is a GREAT price for a great matcha. I would've gate kept this place but everyone already knows about it so I HAVE to show them the love they deserve!!

A simple sandwich order at 9:20 is not ready until 9:45. Lesson learned, come at opening time and order all at once. Cortado & latte, 5/5. Hot, smooth, strong. Orchid acai bowl ($14, sub in mango for mulberry, add coconut dust): 5/5. so good. Palmetto superfoods is my go-to in the SJ area for acai bowls, this was better despite not as many topping options. Their bases are smoother and creamier, no ice crystals here. Also liked that the fruit was chopped smaller. BAE sandwich ($12): 4/5. good, but definitely not worth a 25 min wait. Textures, freshness were great, but it was missing salt/pepper & spices. The sauce helped, but still underwhelming given how good it looks. Recommend having salt & pepper packets & a bottle of hot sauce available to customers. Cinnamon roll ($5.75): as a cinnamon roll, 3/5. As a morning bun type thing, 4.5/5. This is a case of mistaken identity. It's got a slight crunch, light sweetness, fluffy (not dense). When I order a cinnamon roll, I'm more expecting decadent dessert-for-breakfast laden with sugar & butter, yknow? Loved their dining area, loved how beautifully presented all items were, loved how everything was served at optimal temperature (hot espresso, thoroughly warmed pastry, etc), loved the variety of menu items (I can get an acai bowl and bf can get a sandwich or pastry). Will definitely return at 9 am sharp on weekends, and not order anything after about 9:10!

We're talking ube coffee, avocado coffee, banana condensed milk coffee, plus a whole lineup of matcha drinks. Definitely more creative than your typical neighborhood coffee shop! I went with the ube coffee with almond milk. The ube base was a little too sweet for my taste, but once everything was mixed together, the overall sweetness actually balanced out pretty nicely. The espresso also packs a punch -- you get 2 shots with your coffee order, so no complaints there. ‍ The ambience is definitely a highlight. The space is super cute and spacious, and they even have this mini staircase seating area that would be perfect for hanging out with friends. It also has plenty of room for a work-from-café situation The only downside was the service, which felt a bit slow for my liking. That said, they did give customers a heads-up that half of their espresso machine was under maintenance, so I'll give them some grace on that one! Overall: 3.5/5 Giving them an extra +0.5 just for the ambience because the space is genuinely adorable. I'd definitely come back to try their pastries and açaí bowl next time!

With some coffees a second cup will give me a stomach ache (especially since I drink my cold brews black and bitter like my soul), but I had no problems with their cold brews! I also got the vegan stonefruit scone (baked by Sweet Dragon) and while a little on the dry side (common with scones), paired extremely well with the coffee and had good flavor. Husband got a cappuccino and a strawberry mini pie and was extremely pleased with his order. The service is friendly, but some things may have been new on the day we went. They almost forgot my cold brew until we asked at the counter, as well as stating that they didn't have anything to heat up my husband's strawberry pie (which seems odd, since a little toaster oven seems like a simple fix for that), but apparently it was fantastic at room temperature anyway. Seating was absolutely full when we got there and we were lucky to snag a table as another couple left, so it seems like a popular Saturday morning spot. Several folks were working on laptops, and it seems like a kid-friendly place. The decor is a clean and modern/trendy industrial style, which works well for the space, and the windows provide nice daylight. Overall, a good coffee shop and I am really happy to see vegan pastry options! The seating area is quite limited for the large crowd it attracts, making the atmosphere inside feel a bit chaotic at peak times. Fortunately, the baristas are super polite and work fast, keeping the long lines moving efficiently. The coffee menu and the retail bean selection are both impressive. I decided to try a dulce de leche coffee. While I was expecting a strong caramel profile of dulce de leche, the flavor turned out to be fairly subtle rather than prominent. It added a significant sweetness, but without knowing the order beforehand, identifying the exact flavor would have been tough. That said, the coffee itself was still refreshing The high quality of the coffee bean really shone through, delivering a rich aroma and the ideal caffeine kick for a breezy morning. Great coffee beans and fast service make it worth dropping in, even if the indoor seating situation is a bit tight.
