[[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a cute place with tasty drinks![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were greeted when we came in and were told if it was our first time, we could just let the kind man know what kind of coffee we like and he would recommend something for us. We got the caramel macchiato and the black sugar caffe latte which were delicious and beautiful! They offer kiosk ordering as well so if you'd prefer to be in and out, that's an option. We live nearby and are so happy we found this place - we will be back to try the boba and other beverages!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The space was very quiet when we visited.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There were a couple of people who had picked up their online orders. Owner was thorough when we had questions. At first, I didn't order a drink, but my husband and daughter did. Once I took a sip of the mango thai coconut latte, the husband had to go back k in to get "his" own drink! Tasty!! Tip: if you want to sweeten your unsweetened drink, add it to the description.

Just ordered the smoothest cappuccino that I have had in a great while. The milk was steamed to to a silky smoothness with creamy foam and good latte art. The only thing I wish about this place is that the pastry selection could be little better. Service is not fast as it seems to primarily be owner-operated, but the quality is worth the wait. Ambiance is clean, simple, and intimate

The coffee was pretty good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We just picked up quickly and didn't sit in the cafe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered and I got to try both the velvet and coconut latte. I probably would come back if I'm in the area for a haircut, but not likely somewhere I would go out of my way to visit if not for that.

Came here with the bf after brunch on a weekend. The previous time I came, it was too early for the boba to be ready, so I didn't get anything. Thankfully, the boba was ready this time! The shop is located in a small shopping center, next to a thai restaurant that I frequently go to, so I've seen this shop many, many times. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's small and while there is enough room for people to hang out after grabbing their drinks, there's not as much space as some other shops to spread out and have conversations. It's mainly enough space for people to wait for their drinks, grab it and go.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered at the kiosk, asked the barista a question about the drink I wanted and then made our purchase. Our drinks came out - I got the black sugar boba milk latte while my bf got the velvet oat espresso - we sat for a bit and tried our drinks before heading back home. Bf said the coffee was good, but on the pricey side for what it was. I enjoyed my milk latte, but the boba was not worth it - it didn't have the chewy consistency I like and was on the softer side and it was pretty flavorless. I've also tried the mango thai coconut latte in the past as I like both mangoes and coconuts - it was also just okay and I wasn't really impressed. Overall, cute shop with a few coffee/teas and pastries. While it wasn't bad, it wasn't awesome - I'll probably not visit again unless someone really wants to try it.

Friendly staff member accommodating with my drink order. I got their energy Boba because I was looking for a mix of coffee. I requested whole milk versus oat milk. They honored that request. They also warned me not to shake the cup because it's a plastic top pop on style which I appreciate. Wasn't bad I would try them again but not enough ice and I might try a different drink because the coffee was a little bit on the back end Boba nice chewy light.

The iced velvet oat espresso was alright. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was warm inside the establishment even with the fans blowing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Customer service was okay. Plenty of parking. Kiosk available.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]A very warm and cozy spot![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This small coffee shop serves an amazing smooth latte! I ordered the vanilla latte with oat milk! Super good I was greeted with excellent customer service! I went early AM so no line was formed! He even made some art in my latte which I really liked! Nice touch! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside was clean![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Chill vibes![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's definitely worth a visit or 2 or more!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The store is small, but there are a few seats while you wait for your drink.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ordering is easy, you can place your order at the kiosk and it's easy and quick. The iced vanilla latte is phenomenal. I really enjoyed it, not overly sweet and you can taste the espresso. However, it's a 12oz for almost $7, a bit steep in my opinion, but it is good coffee so I would come once in a while. I would skip the pastries. I was under the impression they were locally made but no, they're likely purchased somewhere in bulk. They're the kind of pastries you can purchase in bulk, individually wrapped.

We stopped in here to try their milk tea in the morning. To our disappointment, boba milk tea is not ready until 10 am. This place does offer pastries, coffee, and lattes. I tried their black sugar latte. This latte was pretty good. I can taste the black sugar, milk, and the coffee. It was a perfect balance. Thanks.

Is there wifi and wall plugs to charge my laptop? Are pets allowed in the store? Do you sell whole beans?

Yes, We have wi-fi and wall plus. Pets always welcome, just depends on the customer at store at that time. we have a lot of dog walkers here, they usually ask how other customer thinks to let their pets in. We just respect our customer's opinoin.

    Is there indoor/outdoor seating here?

Hi! There were seats but their tables have not arrived yet.

Occasionally burnt espresso but I love them too much to mind. I am a matcha snob to say the LEAST. Hands down best coffee shop matcha in the Bay Area. The classic iced matcha latte with honey is grassy and earthy and creamy and a little sweet. The iced banana pudding matcha latte had people lined up around the corner for months when it came out. It is deliciously worth the wait. Best banana cold foam in my opinion because it's made with actual bananas instead of flavoring so it's much more mellow. The double matcha they had for awhile is also awesome. Banana cold foam also goes great on an espresso latte. Now they let you add whichever cold foam you like to whatever drink which is great. Basically you can't go wrong. They are always changing up the menu for the new season and have lots of unique drinks on their menu. Not much seating inside at this location. The winchester Blvd one has more if that's what you're looking for. Their pastries are also all yummy and they sell their matcha powder for $60 for 100g which is a GREAT price for a great matcha. I would've gate kept this place but everyone already knows about it so I HAVE to show them the love they deserve!!

This has been a known ongoing issue for a number of years and has never been addressed Please, for the love of God get better tops that don't leak. The place doesn't need another remodel it needs better tops that actually work. It's not hard. Just find a better supplier that has cup tops that actually work. I don't like using straws because it backwashes the drink. And I don't like cleaning stains off of my shirts every single time I go to get a coffee from academic. So please for the love of God fix the ongoing KNOWN top leaking issue... And if management actually gives a crap and it gets resolved, fingers crossed, I'll update my review.

In this case, one of these spots is Arisan. Since Matcha has exploded in popularity to my annoyance, (I say this because I was into Matcha before it started trending), I had to try. Once inside, everything looks aesthetically pleasing with seating on either side up against the walls. The layout is clean and non cluttered which I can appreciate from a design standpoint. The menu is clearly displayed on the countertop and it's nice to see that you still have an actual person to take your order. No iPad ordering here. Please keep it that way! I also loved the high ceilings and bright light from the floor to ceiling windows in the front. As you look to the right, you can also see all the Arisan branded products including canvas tote bags and loose leaf tea canisters lining the wall shelves. Nice touch. Now let's get to the good stuff. They specifically told me about one drink that was so unique and refreshing. Which drink was it? **Matcha Cloud Coconut Water $8.95- 100% fresh young coconut water + Matcha cream: This drink was so unique because the coconut water was so distinct and refreshing. The Matcha cream sat on top before slowly trickling down to mix in with the coconut water. I would have never thought to put these 2 flavors together. The strawberry matcha einspänner was beautifully presented, with strawberry jam at the bottom and a thick layer of strawberry foam on top. Unfortunately, the flavor and texture did not quite live up to the presentation. Even after mixing it thoroughly, the matcha tasted thin and was overpowered by an overly sweet, artificial strawberry flavor. It may be a fun choice for someone looking for a cute, sweet drink to photograph, but serious matcha lovers may find it underwhelming. The honey matcha was an even bigger miss for us. That said, they offer several unique drinks, including pennywort-based options, that I have not seen elsewhere and may be worth trying instead. Overall, the space and presentation were lovely, but the matcha itself fell short of expectations.
