Legit Peet's Coffee location, where there is a lot of seating and a great atmosphere for leisure, chilling, or work. All the baked items are on display and are fresh. The coffee cake was bomb and went well with my Americano. Service is excellent, and they wont give you a hard time for asking for a cup of ice water.

I go to this Peet's when I am in downtown Willow Glen. I think this Peet's has a calm setting when you walk in. In the morning it can get very busy so I suggest you to order ahead of time. Also, in the morning it is hard to find seating, so get there early! There is a wide variety of food. Mainly ranging from breakfast sandwiches to bakery items. If you would like a bagel, there is Noah's bagels right near by.

I've never been to this Peet's before, but I hear they had a deal for teachers today. I got a FREE iced Brew coffee for showing my ID. No ones allowed inside this cafe, yet and there out door seating was full. Which was fine because I was running errands anyways. I liked their iced brew. It had a decent flavor, not too strong and I drink my coffee black. Hee

I always get the same things from Peet's. I always get hot Matcha latte or ice matcha latte with almond milk or soymilk. Lemonade ice green tea. They are taste no artificial powder and not too overly sweet. You are never go wrong with their matcha lattes, quality drink, rich in taste, and the crews are polite and fast, listen to you.

This Peets gets very busy mid-morning and can't keep up with the demand. I paid nearly $5 for a small latte that was undrinkable...

My favorite coffee shop in San Jose. I look forward to going every time. All their drinks are…read moreexcellent. I started with the vanilla bean latte with oat milk. Good hot or iced. Occasionally burnt espresso but I love them too much to mind. I am a matcha snob to say the LEAST. Hands down best coffee shop matcha in the Bay Area. The classic iced matcha latte with honey is grassy and earthy and creamy and a little sweet. The iced banana pudding matcha latte had people lined up around the corner for months when it came out. It is deliciously worth the wait. Best banana cold foam in my opinion because it's made with actual bananas instead of flavoring so it's much more mellow. The double matcha they had for awhile is also awesome. Banana cold foam also goes great on an espresso latte. Now they let you add whichever cold foam you like to whatever drink which is great. Basically you can't go wrong. They are always changing up the menu for the new season and have lots of unique drinks on their menu. Not much seating inside at this location. The winchester Blvd one has more if that's what you're looking for. Their pastries are also all yummy and they sell their matcha powder for $60 for 100g which is a GREAT price for a great matcha. I would've gate kept this place but everyone already knows about it so I HAVE to show them the love they deserve!!

I got the melon matcha with whole milk and the matcha cream top. I think I like their guava matcha more than the honeydew, but it was still good. It had a distinct honeydew flavor and the matcha itself was smooth. A friend of mine tried it and said it tasted like a lip smackers, which I think is a good way to describe it. I came on a Friday morning and it wasn't too busy. All the seats inside were taken but there were open tables outside. There's metered parking along Second and William street and it wasn't hard to find a spot. I love coming to academic and trying their new drinks, so I'll definitely be back.

We got the banana matcha and honeydew latte. The banana matcha was really good and not overly sweet and I like how they put the muddled banana at the bottom it gives it a good texture. The honeydew coffee was really good and gives it a good sweet honeydew flavor coffee. We both got the breakfast sandwich and got a frie and soup on the side. All of the foods were really good. Ask for sauces when you order as they do charge but the sauces are really good too!

Unfortunately…read moreit did not meet my expectations :( I ordered a banana matcha latte with no muddled bananas (texture would have really thrown me off). They use a syrup that was not mixed it, it was settled about half a centimeter at the bottom. The flavor of the banana tasted like a medicinal/chemically banana similar to that of a vintage banana laffy taffy. Matcha quality was decent but for $8, there are much better quality options in the South Bay for the same high price. I also ordered the house margherita pizza, more emphasis on the house rather than the margherita since it was very much their own rendition with arugula, diced tomatoes, and would looked to be shredded cheese. It wasnt bad but also wasn't special. It's moreso caprese pizza sans vinegar, which honestly might be a good addition. The inside is also very cold, and I know it wasn't just me because I heard a couple other tables around me noting the same thing. If you're coming here to work for a while, bring a jacket. Overall, decent but not great for the price you pay.

I have yet to try their croissants, but I plan to try them. Their hours are a little bit odd so make sure you check their website. I think they're closed Monday through Wednesday. It's a huge bummer because sometimes I have Mondays off and I wanted to get a cup of coffee and then I found out they were closed. There is not any place to sit, unfortunately otherwise I would come much more often but that's probably a good thing for my waistline ;) Parking is a little bit tight. He explained that they are a small batch bakery. All the pastries, behind the glass, looked amazing and were decorated so beautifully. I decided to get one Lemon-Raspberry Meringue Tart and one Mix Berry Vanilla Creme Tart. Mr. Manaois boxed up my selections and helped me at the register. They also gave many varieties of hot beverages, sweet and savory scones and sweet and savory croissants. There are also a lot of different pastries. This would be a great place to have a small relaxing breakfast. There are several places inside to enjoy your goodies. Both desserts, that I purchased, were so delicious. My favorite was the lemon raspberry meringue tart. The tartness of the lemon-raspberry filling worked so perfectly with the delicious sweet meringue. I will definitely come here again to try other items.

The staff described it as cold brew with milk and sweetener, which was helpful, but it ended up being way too sweet for me. That might just be how it's supposed to be though, and probably my fault for not choosing something that better reflects their coffee. The space itself is pretty large, with a good amount of seating inside and a few tables outside. There's also a decent amount of parking, and it's in a shared building with a brewery and other businesses. It has a bit of an unfinished warehouse vibe, which honestly makes sense for a coffee roaster. Only real inconvenience was that the restroom is locked, which feels a little odd for such a large coffee shop. Overall I'd still come back, but next time I'll definitely try an espresso based drink instead.

I am also interested in exploring any of their cheesecakes, as I am a cheesecake enjoyer. The red velvet cake's texture was sort of bouncy, which I enjoyed. I went back for another slice. They have a free self-serve water pitcher. They also sell bags of "day-olds" that are a better deal -- a mixed bag of 3 scones or croissants for $7.50. They didn't mind us hanging out to talk for almost 3 hours.
