When I asked to sign up for the rewards program, I wasn't sure whether I was simply supposed to enter my phone number or if she needed to do something on her end. She looked confused, stood there silently for a moment, and then said, "Just put your phone number in there," in a tone that made me feel like I had asked the dumbest question possible. I ended up not leaving a tip--not because I'm someone who never tips, because I do--but because of the rude attitude and tone. What also makes me uncomfortable is that the last time I didn't tip this particular employee, she grabbed the receipt and looked at it very closely afterward. She did the same thing again today. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but she has taken my order before when I did leave a tip and never seemed to double-check the receipt like that. Ever since I stopped tipping her, she seems to closely inspect it afterward. The coffee is also disappointing. With the unpleasant service and environment, I'd rather go somewhere else.

But rather for an undisclosed Middle East location. Green bean has literally saved my life as of now. In a sense that I struggle to survive without good coffee. Green bean has intervened and brought good coffee to me. Making my life worth living again!!! I've enjoyed many cups of their cold brews, as well as hazelnut lattes, and even a few camomile milk teas which seems to help me fall fast asleep, despite the constant hum of rotor wash and ordinance which at times can last all hours of the night... Prior to setting up my portable WiFi capabilities, I would go to the Green bean during my off time to enjoy a cup of joe and connect with family back home. This was an enjoyable break from my chaotic job. Green bean, I cannot thank you enough for the service and products you provide!!!
