I usually love going to Starbucks however tonight I just wanted to stop by to get an Venti ice water. I didn't ask for it to be free. I just ordered it in the drive-through and the barista said that in order for me to get a Venti ice water I have to buy something else which makes no sense when I can just buy an ice water. I ended up ordering a cake pop to go with it then and then the guy proceeded to have me wait because the system was down to pay with my Starbucks app. After a few long sighs because it was taking forever and I really just only wanted a water, He then said that he was just gonna give it to me for free. Honestly, I don't know if this is a bad review or a good review, but I got the water in the cake pop for free. read more

Placed mobile in-store order. When I got there to pick-up my drink, it was not there. As I tried to get someone's attention; they were so in-tuned with making the drinks. Finally got someone's attention. Told them my order was not on the counter. It took them another 10 minutes to make my order because there was a "line of drinks ahead of me." Drink was delicious but they need a better pick-up. Anyone can walk out with anyone's drink. read more

Coffee and pastry were prepared quickly and tasted great, very consistent with other good Starbucks locations I've been to. The store was very clean and well kept. This is a lovely Starbucks, large and attractive with enough parking. It's also just before the I-4 entrance, so you can imagine how busy it gets here. Multiply that by 10 and then you're in a ballpark. I don't even bother with the drive-thru because it's always slammed here. I appreciate the fact that they always make an effort to welcome you, but to walk-in and place your order is to give up the next half hour of your life waiting. If I do come here, it's only because I placed a mobile order at least 15 minutes before. I've walked in before to place an order and stood there waiting while 7 people scramble behind the counter to keep up with everything else...at 6:30a. Do not be surprised to see up to half a dozen people waiting near the door for their orders. Again, nice location but maybe bring a book (lol). read more

My partner and I frequent this location on our monthly trip to Orlando from northern Florida. Usually the experience is satisfactory. However, this most recent trip was unforgivable. To start off, we waiting in a long line wrapped around the building for about 20 minutes. The cherry on top was the simple drink I ordered, which contained no modifications or tweaks, was undrinkable. Watered down & bitter. The workers there are very polite, but it is disappointing to pay nearly $6 for a drink and it be no where near the standard you are expecting. visited this location on January 13 around 5 PM. Never had a problem getting my Venti drink in a Trenta cup (I get extra ice AND add vanilla sweet cream cold foam to my drink. $8 drink. i don't want the milk to espresso ratio to be off (like it is when they put it in a Venti cup) so therefore i get in a larger cup, never an issue. The young man and young woman working refused to accommodate this and when I asked to speak to a manager, they said no one was there and that it was just a shift supervisor. I am a firm believer in the mobile order system at Starbucks for those who need their caffeine fix before work, an appointment, etc. I actually prefer it to the traditional drive-thru process to order and pay and pickup. This store makes me believe in it even more as they can get SLAMMED during their peak hours (which are 7-11a every day it seems); so slammed they will turn off mobile ordering. My hope is that as staffing numbers improve that they will be able to handle the volume this store receives in the mornings, because the estimated wait times for items to be ready are really imprecise during peak (ready in 10-12 mins becomes 20-25 mins). read more

So I've known them, far too long and I know what a great latte, coffee, frapp tastes like! First off, great customer service! Great location! Awesome people, but.....yes, there is a but. The coffee, lattes, any drink I order, tastes watered down! I hate to say it but I will drive to Lake Mary if I need to when I'm craving for a Starbucks drink! A OK! Pretty standard location with quick service and the normal drink offerings. We hit them up for a quick coffee refuel and things went just as expected. Staff was quick and efficient. The location itself was clean and well-kept. They have all the regular merch - mugs, tumblers, coffee presses, etc., and food. We didn't get any eats at this location, but they looked par for the course as far as the chain goes. Overall: B Standard location with all the normal offerings. Ok. Starbucks. The elixir to all life. This location...... such a miss. Wow. Quality and customer service.. severely lacking. Drive through line wasn't too bad but wanted to go in for hopes of getting faster service. I placed my order at 2:31 and waited. And continued to wait. And waited some more. During my wait here I learned a lot about this Starbucks location. Run by some incompetent individuals who lack self awareness. First off, I witnessed multiple people coming back up to the counter complaining that their drinks were made incorrectly. Ok. I'll probably have to wait a little bit longer. I made my way back in line to grab a lemon loaf to tide me over during this excruciatingly long wait. Oh and my lemon loaf came in original packaging! Couldn't even take the time to remove it before placing it in the brown bag. Ok still waiting.... But never did I expect to wait 20 minutes for a drink! Finally received my drink at 2:50! I ordered my drink with extra whip. The barista ensured it had extra whip when she handed it to me. When I finally received my drink after what felt like a lifetime, I noticed... the smallest fluff of whipped cream. I was irate at this point. I flagged down a barista to express my frustration with the wait and lack of quality, he was less than thrilled to talk to me. He said he would make me another drink.... Like I have another 20 minutes to waste here? Another barista was nice enough to refund me for my overpriced latte but no apology, no acknowledgement, and no explanation as to why it took 20 minutes to make a simple latte. Meh. Not my favorite location, but not terrible. I used to come here to grab an after-work drink and grade papers but now their indoor area is closed to anyone except Door Dash and Uber Eats drivers. I did a mobile order using the app, followed the directions and came through the drive thru and they told me my order was ready when I went to the speaker. But when I got to the window, the barista brought me two other people's orders and then discovered that my drink hadn't been made yet. The drive thru line took FOREVER, so it seems like they may be a little disorganized. Also it was 4pm, so not prime rush time. read more

To be completely honest, I hated coming here. I came to study and unfortunately I'll keep coming here and buying Wawa for anything I need. I got a cloud machiatto and didn't realize that the foam was 2% and I wanted soy. When i said that the barista never tried to correct me or educate me on how the drink was really made. I told her the foam was okay however they made it. When I got the drink the foam was really low and I realize she made it from soy. I sent it back and explained it to another barista who could've also educated me but instead remade my drink and I'm pretty sure she used 2% which is fine cause I'm not allergic, but I get a little sick when I consume too much milk like that. I said thank you and was completely ignored. The only reason I expect more is because I used to be a partner at starbucks for two years and I expect more no matter what store I go into. It takes all of 30 seconds to explain something to me especially if I'm telling you I know how the foam is made... Hint Hint I used to work at the busiest store in my district. So I know what I'm talking about. Its frustrating that I can walk into the store and see that anyone is treated like this. Its really unprofessional and rude. I don't care how busy you are as partners we are supposed to treat customers like this is their third place and this is the last place I wanted to be today. I have no problem telling you that I'll keep coming to starbucks because thats how i study but I definitely won't be giving any of my money to this store. This is the one and only Starbucks location that consistently gives me an incorrect coffee every. single. time. I order from here. the ONLY location that hands me a black coffee when I order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. I told a barista it was incorrect and they tried to tell me the visibly straight black coffee was only dark because it had mocha lining the cup I get this same coffee every single Time I go to Starbucks, so I obviously know this is incorrect. I stopped coming here for awhile and started ordering at the location closer to my house instead of this location which is closer to my job, but decided this morning if I order EXTRA sweet cream and no mocha lining the cup there was no way they would still hand me a black coffee, but I was very wrong, walk in to pick up my order and there sits a black coffee. Safe to say I will not be coming to this location anymore, after being 15 minutes late to work. read more

The service here is hit or miss. I have rarely seen the same employee twice in this Starbucks and most of the employees move very slowly because they are new always. I've waited sometimes more then 30-40 minutes for a single drink, using the mobile app to place in order for pickup. There's definitely a lack of management but the staff that I've dealt with have been friendly. I've also found hair in my food twice here, Drinks made wrong, the drive through takes over an hour to get through, no exaggeration. just all around not the best Starbucks and could really use some attention from management. read more

Beautifully clean new store, easily located at I-4 and SR-46. It being new, however, they are still working out the kinks. My family and I arrived at 7:30 in the morning, and presented our newly purchased $40 national promotion tumbler (January 2019 - one free brewed coffee each day at participating stores) - the barista said she didn't know anything about it, then my husband asked to speak to the manager, and she said she was the manager! Ultimately she gave us the free (though in effect, prepaid coffee) brewed coffee. I ordered two chorizo sandwiches and got two sous vide egg bites. They corrected that mistake too. Mistakes, misunderstandings, and non-participation notwithstanding, this location has good promise and will be a place we go to again. read more
