My son and I ordered bagels at the super busy place next door. He said he wished they had smoothies too, so I told him he could just get one from Jamba Juice. At first I was bummed that I got a bagel instead of something from Jamba Juice because an acai bowl sounded amazing. He ordered his smoothie but then asked if he could sit outside because he couldn't stand the smell. He said it smelled "super processed" but I think it was more like the toxic ingredients in some cleaning agents. After a couple minutes the smell started making me feel ill too. It's Jamba Juice. If you go there you know what to expect. That's the case with most chains/franchises. So judging it on the taste of the food isn't as important since it's a set menu regardless of location. That only stands out if it's inconsistent with expectations. The Caribbean smoothie I got was delicious, but that doesn't stand out because it's expected. Prices were also high to me but again that's expected. What really sets a chain of franchise apart in my mind is the customer service. And on that criteria this location did a good job. There were two employees working and they seemed busy the entire time. One somehow managed to make drinks while also helping customers at the kiosk and address questions. All while on a good mood. He either enjoyed his job or enjoyed working with customers, or both, or was good at acting. I don't go to Jamba often but when I do... I always want the Chili Mango smoothie. Before this came into existence, my go-to choices were: Mango-a-go-go or Peach Perfection. Clearly, I love Mango. Upon walking in, first thing you notice (besides the yummy, fruity aroma) there's a kiosk at the front register to order at. The Chili Mango isn't exactly listed anymore on the menu but they are still able to make it... I just wasn't sure how to input that. It must've shown on my face because one of the ladies asked if I needed help and came around and put the order in for me. Ask me if I remember what she put it down as?... I had a frustrating experience at the Fig Garden Jamba Juice. My order took much longer than expected, and it seemed like the employee helping me was distracted by conversations (flirting) with contractors working on the oven rather than focusing on customers. I understand staff may need to coordinate with maintenance workers, but customers should still be acknowledged and kept informed about delays. Better attention to orders and communication would have made the visit much smoother. read more

This was mostly a typical Jamba experience. Clean store, less noisy than it used to be by the way! Did they get quieter blenders? Fig Garden Village the weekend before Christmas was a zoo but Jamba wasn't too bad. Maybe in December there's less business in smoothies. The smoothie was delicious according to my family member; she got a mango smoothie (see photo) the one with pineapple and mango. Anyway the real standout and what made this a five star experience was the service: I had a lot on my mind and was getting the smoothie for a family member who can't have seeds: well I mistakenly ordered the mango drink with strawberry (and therefore seeds). When I realized my mistake i was perfectly willing to buy a second drink, but the young woman at the counter (I didn't get her name but dark hair and glasses, really nice) was kind and said they could just remake it for her to the other mango drink. We walked to an empty Jamba.. right before 2 other people behind us and walked up to the counter to order with the worker that was not busy doing anything else. The short haired female worker with reddish hair would literally not let me order with her and made me wait to order on the kiosk. I even asked if we could just order with her and she said no. The people that walked in after us were already using the kiosk at that time so we had to wait til after they ordered even though we got there before them....... Even though the worker was absolutely not busy. She deliberately tried to not make eye contact so she would not have to take our orders. At this point, why not hire robots that make the smoothies?? I haven't been here for awhile, but as always exceptional service from Bri. She's always so friendly to her guest and it was great seeing her. I ordered the matcha blast and it came out fairly quickly with the amount of people that was in the store. Jamba Juice always have some new invention of smoothies out which is fun to explore. The store is fresh and clean when I was there and definitely inviting. Glad there's a close jamba near my workplace. Very disappointing experience today. I used to come to this location often but the last few months it has slowly gone downhill. The training and management of this location must be lacking because each time I get a smoothie it tastes different even though I order the same thing all the time. I used to frequent this place back when I was in high school and before they got all fancy with new menu items. Obviously businesses need to expand and try new things. I walked in and really didn't know what to order. They had a whole new menu with some of the older original smoothies. I'm sure you could ask for any of their old drinks if they had the ingredients and someone who knew how to make it because I know they had a secret menu. A lot of the newer drinks sounded pretty good. I did like that they had drinks with all fruit (no yogurt, etc) and some fruit and veggie smoothies. I opted for the all fruit Pomegranate Paradise smoothie. I got a small because I'm more aware to the fact that these smoothies are more like meal replacements. I used to get a medium smoothie and a bagel with cream cheese at the Uncle Harry's a few doors down for breakfast many times in high school. I felt like one of those old people who complain about price increases and ready to give an "in my day..." speech when I realized how much a smoothie cost. All of the small smoothies cost around $5. I remember a small being under $4. I'm also unclear on the whole boost situation. That seems to have changed as well. When I was being rang up, the girl asked if I wanted a boost, and I kinda quickly scanned to find the area listing the boosts and found a sign near the register with a couple of prices. They used to always ask me, "Would you like a free boost?" I didn't hear the magic word so I declined. To be honest I don't remember anything special from when I used to get the free boosts. If anything the only thing I ever noticed was an altered taste to the smoothie. The employees were nice and friendly and my smoothie tasted refreshing and hit the spot. But there were a bunch of frozen mango bits at the bottom that were 3x too big to fit through the straw when I got to the end of my smoothie. read more

I'm not going to leave a review about the product itself, since it's a franchise and it all tastes the same. Hard to mess up a recipe that's written out for you. This is location specific. THEY ARE SO SLOW. Taking our orders were slow, getting our drinks was slooooow and the staff didn't seem to know which way was up. I would normally chalk this up to a fluke, someone called in sick or something... but it's been like that all three times I've been there. It would be faster for me to drive and extra seven minutes to the next Jamba Juice than it would be to wait for them. Ok top of that, they don't even fill your cup! I'll leave a photo.
