Had a lovely experience here! Came here twice this past weekend and ordered the sugar cookie latte with oat milk on both days. Ordering was super easy using the mobile app and it was ready quickly after ordering. The employees were all very friendly and helped me find my drink. The cafe was really clean inside and there were ample tables available on both Saturday and Sunday. There were even some tables available outside. The seating was very comfortable and the ambiance was great. The drinks were well made and I loved the flavors of the espresso and sugar cookie as well as the sprinkle topping. I am so glad they have dairy free milks and that there's no longer an upcharge! Parking was also very easy in the parking lot of the strip mall it's in. Surprised to see there was hardly any customers inside, then I saw three sitting off to the side with their drinks. Okay, so this place didn't dead. Only their service. Nobody took my order even though I was the only one in line and nobody else was standing around. They didn't ask for my name when I ordered and apparently my drink came out while I was in the restroom because nobody bothered calling out my drink's name.. I tried to ask if the drink on the table was mine (didn't wanna accidentally take someone else's) and one of the workers just pointed to some other worker to tell me to talk to her. That other worker never responded to me even though I asked her if the drink was indeed mine. No customers here and yet they're all so busy ignoring me. Very strange feeling. For the past 3 years, this is definitely my go-to Starbucks at 5:45 a.m. Several employees have come and gone, new ones have stepped in, and they are helpful and friendly as they try to learn how to make a multitude of drinks (not an easy task). As I rush to work so early in the morning, it is always nice to see the baristas, especially Colleen and Ari, taking their time to say good morning, no matter how busy they get. All the stickers, simple hellos, and a smiley face on my cup make my commute a little easier to handle. My staple drink always tastes great (and every so often I try a new drink). I really don't want to leave a bad review as I do visit this location nearly on a daily basis, however, this has happened to me too many times. I always order the same thing: venti hot white mocha. I would say 1 out of 3 times, my cup is almost a 1/4 empty when I pick it up. I'm not sure if this is 1 barista in particular or not, but I do t like to pay over $5.00 for a less than full cup of coffee. Paying this much for coffee (almost every day), I do expect a full cup. I come to this Starbucks every single morning and spend at least 10 dollars a day. today i only asked for some iced water on a very hot day because i wasn't in the coffee mood. The drive through worker (woman) who is working now actually lied and said that they were all out of venti cups. As she proceeds to hand out 4 venti cups to the lady in front of us. And as i pull up to the window i see two more venti cups inside. Instead of lying just say you can't give them out for waters or whatever. Starbucks have a system for creating a standard environment. On this location: PROS: convenient location near shopping and route to freeway. Always has a full selection of pastries. Baristas get through your order pretty quickly. CONS: There is a lack of connecting with the customers. They always seem to be stocked up with food and I have never had a problem with ordering a drink. Starbucks is Starbucks right? The only difference I see between Starbucks is the team members and atmosphere that they create. The team members at this location are really friendly and always makes the effort to say hi when you walk in the door! I super appreciate that! I was surprised that they had so much seating inside because it looks small from the outside. It wasn't packed the few times I have been here which makes it a great location to get some work done without having to go on a hunt for tables and outlets! My favorite thing to get is the Strawberry Green Tea sweetened with an extra 2 pump of sweetener. I love being able to get refills on my tea for only $.50! Totally recommend using this if you plan on staying there for while. read more

The rep. struggled taking the order. He kept repeating himself, and trying to repeat my order back to me, but Incorrectly a few times. I pulled up to pay for my order with a $100.00 bill. My order came to about $30.00. B. turned to L. and asked if he could take the $100. She looks me up and down, by the way, I am a woman of color. She said. "NO", with no explanation why. I asked her why she looked into my car and at me first, before stating she could not take the $100. bill. She did not have an answer. I asked her if she was familiar with secret shoppers. I also said to her that she was in trouble. Look, the bottom line is she was a racist. I could of told her what I do for a living, but I did not. B. did not know what to do. He just looked extremely nervous. So, not just the disrespectful mistreatment, but also the fact that upon me paying, with cash by the way, B. forgot one of my drinks. So, I had to get out of car, and go into the store to pick up the missing drink. When I walked in, L. just handled the drink to me with a condescending thank you.
