This by far is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to it took over 20 minutes to get my coffee there was only one barista making coffee's name Ben he was doing amazing job the other two people that were working with him just kind of were standing there and the girls stated to me that she was only supposed to be making food so she just stood there while her co-worker worked his butt off it was really disturbing I can't believe that this business operates like that not to mention I ordered online and they went and made everybody's drinks ahead of mine that was in drive-thru and I came after my coffee was supposed to be done this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and I will never ever go back there again read more

This Starbucks is usually not very busy when I go, at any random time of day. My drink is usually ready pretty quickly, but the drinks aren't consistent. I almost always get a vanilla cold brew; sometimes they come out VERY sweet, sometimes they're not sweet at all. Last time I went, there was a hair in my drink. Thankfully it was at the top and I noticed it after just a few sips. When I pointed it out, they remade it for me. read more

Staff is slow at the Farmers Lane store. I use mobile order and my drink is rarely ready when I get there, despite me arriving several minutes after the order says it will be ready. The store and drive-thru will be empty and staff standing around talking, but the drink I ordered 10 minutes ago isn't ready. Staff also don't know the menu. Two years in a row, I ordered the White Chocolate mocha off the "holiday drinks" menu but staff argued about giving me a red cup. When I pointed out my drink was a holiday drink, I got a big huff while being handed the cup. Last year I didn't get one. Staff should know the menu. I've switched to Dutch Bros but occasionally give Starbucks a change to redeem themselves. I'm still waiting. read more

Drive through speed! Stopped in to get favs for friends. I was Impressed with the fast drive through and kind service. Wow!! Easy in and out location. They seem to always be stocked with all the Starbucks favorites. My favorite items----the chocolate croissant, the impossible breakfast sandwich, the Gouda and egg sandwich. Drink: green ice tea. Terrible and unfriendly attitude and horrible drink at this location. The new "Wicked themed Green drink" was made without the all the advertised ingredients that are supposed to be in it. I had to ask for the Green Candy sprinkles that were left off, so the girl making the drink begrudgingly put some weird brown sprinkles on it instead, after at first ignoring me, and the peppermint syrup was undetectable making it a horrible bitter and tasteless drink of mainly the cold brew. She clearly did not know how to make the drink, so the register girl had to tell her. The girl ringing up the drink refused my request to put the drink in a new reusable cup that I purchased at the same time, even though multiple previous times I was " allowed" to have them make my drink in one of their new cups at time of purchase. She was pretty snarky and in my opinion rude about it, so not appreciated. I guess at this location, the customer is not king ( or queen). Avoid this place unless you are desperate. read more

I came here for the first time in a while. The baristas are very friendly and attentive. The store was clean and mellow . There was one that stood out, Diana I believe was her name. * staff at this location are consistently rude and condescending. * I placed a mobile order the day the new fall menu came out and ordered a venti Iced Caramel Apple Cream Latte with two extra shots. My drink was made incorrectly without the cold foam, I pointed out that the cold foam was missing/ my drink was made incorrectly. Staff was rude and once I showed them the menu picture online they said that they would add cold foam to the drink. Considering I paid for two extra shots (a total of $9.75) I did not want part of my drink dumped out to make room for the cold foam and I asked for the drink to be remade, which they were incredibly rude about rudely parroting 'you want us to remake the drink?' And scoffed at me * This week I placed a mobile order for a venti PSL with whipped cream. The drink is placed out for pickup but no straw is included and this cannot be drank without a straw so I had to ask for one. But the baristas are so bothered by being asked for a straw. why not just set one out with the drink? Then I asked for a venti straw because the straw seemed short in comparison to the drink and the barista literally scoffed at me and then ignored me and went on doing other things. * Considering I order at least three times a week I'll be finding a new Starbucks to go to. Keep in mind: *I NEVER COMPLAIN* I live right next to this Starbucks location and every time I go here I'm disappointed, my food always comes out under cooked. One time my they served me a grilled cheese with bits of charred food that I am assuming was from them not cleaning out their oven. I order the frappes just the way they come and they are always watery and missing ingredients. For example, I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and the whip cream at the bottom was no where to be found and the crunch was nonexistent. Super disappointing I can't even go to my nearest Starbucks, I'm having to drive across town to get a decent order. Mind you they have employees coming and going all the time! read more

I love this location. They are always fast and friendly. The inside of the store is always clean, everything always stocked. The bathrooms never let me down. I often stop by this store after leaving the park, it's always a great visit. I love how they never seem to run out of my favorite items. The drive thru line can be super longgggg, but it MOVES SO FAST. It's obvious that this team works very well together like a well oiled machine. That's a sign of great leadership! My hubby's extra hot peppermint mocha was lukewarm at best. My venti cold brew with 3 pumps of caramel had NO flavor whatsoever. This place used to have good service; was well-organized and friendly. This is my place to get drive thru drinks. Staff is awesome, even during rush hours they make you feel like you just arrived on time for best cup of coffee! I usually stop by with kids in the car. The staff often acknowledge they are with me - and offer refresh cup of water for them. read more

The store is well kept. Roomy seating area. The drinks and food are standard Starbucks'. The employees are well groomed and friendly. During this visit, I just felt the cashier could have provided better customer service. It took the cashier a long..long..long time to ring up a coworker's order in front of the queue. Well, maybe, they just had a lot to talk about. Or, the cashier was not familiar with ringing up employee' s discount? I have been a huge customer of Starbucks from day one since I'm from Seattle. Today, I have 860 points! This is the only store I have EVER encountered a barista with a mean attitude. First, I messed up when ordered on line to the wrong store. As soon as I did I called that store. They were, of course, so kind and thoughtful. She explained that I needed to tell Farmer's Lane store. Done. St first, they didn't seem to believe me ... okay. So I found the order. Okay with that now. Then, as I tried to reorder he said, just show me see the order." Okay. Then , I asked if while doing this I could change my order to a different drink. NO, the order has been started. Not a big deal on the realities of life, but a disappointment. Maybe go to another Starbucks where they live their customers! read more

I stopped at the drive-tru to order a Venti hot water with some ice cubes. At the window I was warmly welcomed and greeted with such a positive smile and vibrant energy. Kiyana was amazing that I decided to order a Chamomile Mint Majesty and three vanilla bean scones. felt bad I only had ordered a water. I live in the Napa Valley and Routinely started spending some time here in Santa Rosa and Petaluma for work. I will make sure to stop by this Starbucks. Love this Starbucks location! Baristas are friendly and courteous, eager to make sure you're getting what you want. I especially like that they disinfect the floors. I like this Starbucks and it's location which is easier when you get off freeway into city. However my only beef with this place is. The parking layout is poor designed. When you're parked sideway to store and there is a long line of drive thru then you either try to back up squeezing thru or just wait until line die out then you will be able to back up. Another beef is that for some reason I noticed that sometime I would place order for 2 iced chai but with 2 different milk. They would just fk it and fill both order with same milk when the mobile order is very clear and this make me have to return to have them fix the drink really do pull down on their rating. Yes staffs are wonderful but sometime if you can do the order right first time then you save customer lot of trouble in long run. read more

I had the most wonderful experience at this Starbucks. One of the baristas, Kiyana, helped me. I found this young woman to be the most helpful and kind person I've run into in many years. She was genuinely excited about providing me the best service ever. I walked in feeling ...... less than. Maybe she sensed it. I don't know. She was patient and helpful. Funny sense of humor. I felt an energetic shift as I left with an overfull happy heart. Thank you Kiyana. If I had a business I would steal her away to work for me. And she's young. Still in high school. This Starbucks has not gotten any cleaner or nicer to go to. The Health Inspector needs to be called out to them. The area where you put sugar, spice, and cream in your coffee is beyond bad. Everything is sticky and ALWAYS empty. You have to ask for it to be refilled and the staff is always rude about it. The bathrooms are always dirty and smell horrible. I gave this place two stars because I have had good experiences here and some of the staff is great I come here almost every morning. There has been a few times I go through the drive through and one of the blonde woman is so incredibly rude I'm not sure what her problem is but its every time. Alright alright alright! ;) Let's begin! My mom and I moved here in 2018, and this location is right down the road from us, which is very convenient. It used to be so amazing, the people working there actually knew how to be baristas! (This is coming from a barista btw) Now I know what you're thinking, I KNOW I shouldn't be expecting THAT much from a Starbucks, correct? Should I be expecting a watered down tea that doesn't have peach juice in it? Let me tell you, it's every-time I order! The baristas -now- either don't know how to make a simple drink, or they don't care, or they just dislike their jobs THAT much. It's disappointing. I hope management steps up and actually starts caring more about the customers and their orders, because it's expensive as it is, and I'm not paying for a really simple drink to not even be made correctly. Like I said, I work as a barista and the baristas there should really be ashamed of themselves and seek other career options. Lmao. This is a great location. The coffee is always fresh, and tastes good. I think it is because they get a lot of traffic through this location. The speciality drinks are hot, and consistant. I've gone to this specific Starbucks on numerous occasions, and normally I am not the type of a person to leave a bad review unless it's extremely deserved. I have to be at work at 6am, woke up the other morning to discover I was out of halt & half for my own coffee and decided to snag something from Starbucks. This specific location is closest to my work. And trust me I get it. I do not have the desire to be awake at 5:30 in the morning. But I just wanted coffee, and not only did NO ONE at this location smile or even say hello. The young girl who took my order continually cut me off as I tried saying my order. I was in no way rude or disrespectful, and I made sure to thank them regardless of their less than great service. I will now make sure to drive the extra 5-10 minutes to a different location just because I would like to have an interaction with someone that early who at least seems like they care about their customers. read more
