The interior has themed rooms which are kept clean by Seattle and Goblin standards, but would be considered fairly dirty anywhere in Japan. It can get busy on the weekends, but this Goblin knows what it's like to be slammed, so I wait patiently and be respectful. It's nice to see an unpretentious flavor forward cafe run by young women doing so well. Their Hazelnut lattes don't lack flavor and taste like you "don't get it". Their coffee tastes like you were finally invited to the dance. While the market has decided that a Goblin will pay at least $8 for a coffee now, I'll fight back my Goblin tears and say "WORTH IT, WORTH IT, YOU ARE WORTH IT!". I'd love to come back someday and spend more time there, savoring their coffee to the fullest.

Yeah, so this place is definitely an outlier for Sbucks. The staff is nice, and means well, but it is just so slow. the parking lot is also a total cluster to get in and out of. I actually had to stop going here because they kept making me late for work, I now have to do mobile orders at the location near my office. I hope they are able to improve their speed as the neighborhood is really starting to grow. read more

This is a special brewing method he created where he's brewing the coffee at high pressure and around 250 degrees farenheit to produce a velvety smooth and impossibly full-bodied extraction of each and every type of coffee he throws at it. He offers the full spectrum of coffee profiles, from the classic dark and roasty to the tart and fruity light roasts many have come to know and love. I highly recommend getting the diamond brew flight to sample his full offerings and experience (4 offerings in my case) what might be the greatest coffee of your life. The 4 offerings were all dynamic in origin, from both the regions the beans were from and the roasters who made them, but all were a master class in curation from bean-to-brew.
