I'm always disappointed with this Starbucks honestly. More often than not, I don't like the way my drink is made and I never modify drinks or order anything complicated. This Starbucks lacks syrup. In my iced Carmel macchiato, all I could taste was milk and none of the vanilla syrup with the espresso or caramel drizzle. Probably because there wasn't any in it. I've never had this experience at another Starbucks. I changed up my order after being displeased with the macchiato at this location to a iced white mocha. Twice I ordered it and they made an iced mocha instead. I credit them for noticing the mistake before handing it to me though. Lastly, I tried an iced coffee with vanilla syrup and heavy cream. Guess what they forgot? heavy cream. My drink was dark and gross. Every time I order a grande in a venti cup with extra ice, my drink lacks ice. I've wasted so much money on drinks I ended up tossing at this starbucks I dont even want to try other Starbucks anymore. I wish there was another by AACC to go to because this one is really lacking. read more

Disappointed. Although this Starbucks is a great addition to Severna Park I wouldn't waste your time here. Drive thru is extremely SLOW. Once I pulled up to the window (after sitting for almost fourteen minutes) they gave me the wrong drink. I went inside to discover employees standing around chatting and the line was twice as long inside. Spotted a few other disgruntled customers unhappy with the taste of their drinks. Parking lot is poorly designed. I would highly recommend choosing another Starbucks location. I'll be stopping for my morning and afternoon coffee elsewhere. read more

This location is huge. There is ample seating, wifi, and extremely friendly staff. They keep lines moving quickly, so don't stress upon seeing a long line. If you are on-the-go, be sure to stop by the drive-thru where they have things ready in a timely manner. read more

The food and drinks are pretty standard, up to Starbucks quality. But it's the size and layout of this place that's so attractive. It's also easy to get into coming off Ritchie Highway. Leaving, however, is another battle. read more

Besides being a giant ripoff (it's coffee people, go find a locally owned shop and spend $3/cup there), Starbucks has contributed to a significant increase in traffic on an already jammed access road near my house (along with Chick fil a). These are the only two restaurants that have actually managed to negatively affect my quality of life. I wish people would stop patronizing them both. read more

Very large and clean. The staff was so kind and even gave me a free drink when they said they ran out of mine! I did have a bit of a wait, but the quality if the drink was fantastic! I always suggest going inside the shop instead of the drive thru because I takes way less time and your drinks are 99.99% correct. read more

I go to Starbucks at least 4 times a week. This is definitely the largest one in the area and it is always clean, my only complaint is that it is almost always crowded and it takes longer to get orders filled. read more

Nice to have a drive thru in this area; in fact this is the only store within my radius of here I live and where I drive to work. The drive thru can get long and thus, makes the service slow. Put more staffs to pick up the tab in the drive thru and we can be all happy. read more

I am a frequent Starbucks customer until today. I am an active military member and am aware this company does not offer military discount. I walked in today and questioned, "do you only military discount on veterans day?" I was answered with a very sarcastic "yea why? Is it like any other retail store offers military discount?" I respond with a simple yes and he just rolls his eyes and laughs under his breath. If I walk into your coffee shop in my uniform and you approach me with a comment as if it is wrong to offer a discount to service members I'm confident I'm not going to your establishment ever again. It is every persons right to have their own personal beliefs but it should not be a situation that compromises your work ethic or customer service abilities. So if I can convince you, go to the friendly owned dunkin donuts down the street. Yes the coffee itself is not the same quality but the customer service is a world of difference. read more

Let me first say, I used to be a HUGE starbucks fan. Every single day I would get at least one coffee, sometimes twice a day. When I moved to the area I was excited to see a starbucks with a drive through so close to my house. The excitement ended there. On more than one occasion the gentleman has been extremely rude to me in the drive through. From either being rude while taking my order, to shoving the coffee in my hand. He has also snatched my credit card out of my hand and has even flicked something into my car. He never wears a name tag which with having an attitude like that I can only assume is on purpose. Maybe I was spoiled at my old starbucks were there was always a smiling face and great customer service. This starbucks has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I honestly never go anymore to any starbucks. If I wanted a rude grouchy person to give me my coffee in the morning I would go and get coffee from my ex-husband. read more

I am a loyal Starbucks customer and have visited them all over the U.S. and other countries. The ONLY thing I like about this Starbucks is the convenience of the drive thru.....however they often get the drinks wrong! I visited today and not only did the barista get my drink wrong but he acted put out when I requested to have it fixed. He never apologized, just gave me a blank stare. When I double checked with him for the second attempt at the drink he acted insulted and made a smart remark! Really poor customer service! read more

2 bad experiences in back to back weeks. First time I ordered a caramel frap and was given a "coffee" frap. When asked if it was caramel she said no, and just added it to the top. The second experience was rediculous, on Christmas Eve I was trying to get my last sticker for the promo of a free grande drink, it was the last day to get stickers. I ordered a caramel brûlée and they said they were out of it, I asked if I ordered the correct size but just caramel would they give me the sticker, they said NO. So it was their fault they didn't have the flavor and in no way would help me out. I had to beg for a sticker before they gave in. Very rude service both times. read more

This Starbucks has the worst customer service of any Starbucks I have ever gone to I do not like the staff here ever and I've seen people come and go in the years that I've been coming here and no one seems to really care that much I also feel as though they are a little biased because I have never ever seen one minority of any nationality working here when I asked a staff member if they had any African-Americans that ever worked there she said oh let me think no and then sarcastically said you bet when I said oh really to her I will never patronize this Starbucks again even though I go to Starbucks every day. Every time I've been to this location I am always greeted by a super friendly staff. I don't usually sit inside but today I had a rough day a decided to go in and sit down and give myself some time to decompress and enjoy a good cup of coffee. The staff was great as usual. My favorite drink is the spiced flat white and I was really craving it tonight, but of course it's only around during the holidays. However, Jeremy was determined to make me a satisfied customer and that he did. He talked to me about the different flavors and some of the spices that were in it and did his best to come up with something as close to it as possible. He did a GREAT job! I have never had a bad experience here. The employees are really nice and are quick to wait on you. There's a conference area (that is only filled sometimes) that is perfect for getting your work done. The atmosphere is just really nice. The only downside to this location is the parking. During peak times, you may have to wait for a spot or park at nearby locations. read more
