The woman that made my drink was lovely and very helpful. I kind of stopped going to Starbucks because most of their drinks have too much sugar, but I ended up trying the nitro cold brew and it was as pretty good. It seems like they might have a lot of turnover at this store, one person was brand new. I hope customers can give some grace to new employees that are learning. Some of the reviews seem very off-topic talking about how they were speaking a different language. News flash, this location is right outside New York City and being bilingual is cool. read more

was at the drive thru on september 15 20024. when i went to reload my app was told they dont reload never heard that and ive be to many starbucks and never was not able to reload. and my nwifes coffee was half of cup. read more

The cashier said I couldn't buy the Starbucks cup that I wanted because she didn't know how to give me 50% off. Because the manager wasn't there. The cups were seasonal which was why the cup was 50% off. I had my points out to scan my stars. The cashier was moving so fast that she forgot to scan the points. She got my order wrong when I asked for Carmel drizzle and other ingredients so the other employee had to make me another iced Matcha Latte. So me being upset about everything she charged me 18 dollars for the drink!! When I got the drink it still was wrong!! Very ghetto never going back!! read more

The drive through was closed and the mobile order took 35 minutes for a cold brew and shot of espresso. Didn't seem that any manager or staff member was available or concerned with the building in line or group of customers waiting around. read more

Best Starbucks opened up maybe a month or so ago I came here the first time it took them over 10 minutes to take one order for a green tea and an egg sandwich at 2:30 in the afternoon. I've been waiting outside the window to pay and get my food now for another seven minutes, they have lotta people working inside and yet they are so slow so unexperienced somebody needs to do something with corporate. This is the worst Starbucks. They're all running around very unorganized the girl that gave me my food. She was nice but yet she doesn't even hand me a single napkin absolutely ridiculous. I will never come here again. They've had about 10 people working inside there and they were all running around had no idea what they were doing. There's no management in that place. read more

Sad that I am forced to leave a star. This place should be shut down. Staff are hostile and abusive to customers. Turning around and shouting to fellow staff members in Creole! I am writing this review so that you avoid this shit hole and it's miserable staff keep driving .... Far far away! I was told I cannot have a coffee hot? Because I would be charged extra for everything because it's hot? I have been ordering the same coffee beverages from Starbucks for years! I never heard of such stupidity! I should charge you for wasting my time and stopping here! AWFUL Also please be advised the pictures on this site do NOT reflect the quality of staff that actually work here.. they are an entire new level of customer service I have not seen before. 10 minutes after placing online order, when arrived, waited 8 more minutes to discovered they never looked/found the order tag for the drink until I pointed it out. ordered cold brew, made drink from container of coffee. after leaving realized drink was sub par, not cold brew , weird orange foam no added spice. Inquired for refund, told to call corporate office, CAN'T DO STORE LEVEL REFUNDS ON ONLINE ORDERS! PERHAPS THIS IS WHY THEY ENCOURAGE YOU TO USE THE APP... The employees were more busy cutting up with each other than helping customer. Then the lady who took our order was not friendly and apparently put in the wrong order. Watched them casually make our almond milk latte.. but they used milk! So we corrected them, no issue. My husband takes his pikes coffee to the car, and it was nasty! Burnt and strong! At this particular Starbucks the employees apparently make their own hours and only show up when they feel like it. When the FINALLY DO show up, they are nasty, unhelpful and downright RUDE! Line was semi long but moved rather quickly. I got the chicken caesar salad. It was really tasty but when I order it again at another starbucks I learned it comes with a dressing that this starbucks never offered or gave me. It probably be better if they just induced the dressing in the salad itself than have to rely on a staff member to give it to you upon check out. I'm okay with long lines at a Starbucks. I'm not okay with the barista charging you for things that are included in the drink. There was no greeting. The staff all left one guy at the register by himself. He called out that he was out of change. Then someone else came out. I ordered from her and she charged me for the sweetener in the iced coffee. But the sweetener comes with the iced coffee. I let her know this and she said "not at this store." I know this to not be true because there are drink standards at Starbucks. Left very disappointed with an overpaid drink. I could have went to Dunkin in the same building, but I do t like their coffee. Shame. read more

Kindness is so refreshing. I didn't catch his name but the young man on the register today was absolutely amazing. He made friendly conversation with me along with the other people in line as I waited for my drink. As someone who works in the food service industry and does my best to provide fast and friendly service, it is so nice to encounter like minded people. Unbearably slow and disorganized. The manager needs to be replaced. After they eventually gave me my coffee, I had to remind them that I also ordered food. And the team had an attitude on top of that. Not good representation of the Starbucks brand. read more

It's a Starbucks. This one is located inside a rest area/truck stop/ something, something dark side, off Hwy 17. It's located on the left hand side as soon as you enter it. Which is great, because I was in no mood to hunt it down. Especially when there isn't a directory, or at least I didn't see one. Pretty clean.The staff was efficient and friendly. This is the worst Starbucks ever when it comes to customer service. You would think after ordering a coffee for 6 dollars you would at least get a friendly face maybe a smile or a greeting, NO you don't get that you get to place your order with a person who would want to be anywhere else but there. After you place your order with one of three employees there YOU have to wait until one of them are ready to start your order. I've been to this Starbucks more then once and I stop at times to treat myself but the customer service absolutely sucks!! It sucks to the point where I wouldn't even waste my time or money. Sloatsburg N.Y. STARBUCKS in Thruway rest plaza. I had a terrible experience while ordering coffee on FRI JAN, 20,017. The three Baristas were speaking in an African language laughing, talking doing their best to ignore customers or at least delay what could've been an easy and pleasant interaction. When it was finally my turn to order, their laughter ended and a short, heavy set girl mumbled, "can I help you". She never bothered to look up at me so I didn't know if she was even talking to me. The 3 baristas one African man and two young African women carried on laughing and yelling to one another in an African language. Never did they acknowledge me or look at me. I've honestly never been treated so rudely. I went out of my way to be friendly. After standing there another 7 minutes all the other customers were gone, I asked one other Barista if they had forgotten my order. Without speaking or giving me eye contact, she then points to the counter where there was a cup of coffee. I prompted her, "that mine maam"? She nodded yes. I've sincerely never been so poorly treated without reason. read more
