My wife and I love Starbucks and this location provided us with another great experience. Their pumpkin bread is delicious! My wife ordered a pumpkin spice latte, but something about it was off. Probably the worst customer service I've received from any Southlake establishment. Ordered through door dash, the door dash app did not have the option to order an iced green tea. We called the Starbucks we were ordering from to see if we could order a black tea and substitute it for green tea. They said it would be no problem and they had my name for the order and they would make sure the black tea that was ordered would come as a green tea since the app did not give the option to order green tea. We ordered 3 drinks in total, two were completely wrong when they arrived. I called to ask if maybe there was a problem on our end and if we ordered incorrectly. They hung up the first time I called. I called back again thinking maybe the call had dropped. I asked to speak to the person who took the original info down and nicely explained the situation. The supervisor (male) answered and promptly said it was a problem for door dash and he couldn't do anything about it. I said I understand but was wondering if I could speak to the person who originally took the order so if we reorder things they would come out correctly. He said "we turned over the staff ma'am it doesn't matter who you spoke to, they're not here" I asked "you turned over the staff in 10 minutes? We spoke to this gentleman about 10 minutes ago" and he proceeded to tell me he did not have time for this as he was busy and had been in the back cleaning so he didn't know who we talked to but it didn't matter because new staff was there. He was extremely rude, not helpful, and mean. My office will not be ordering from this location any longer due to this extremely poor example of customer service. read more

Clean, spacious, plenty of room to work with natural lighting. Highly friendly staff. Hard to find parking during rush hour as it is not a stand alone store (corner of a shopping strip). Not the easiest location to get in and out quickly. read more

I've been to several Starbucks and I've been to this one several times. The staff always seems in a bad mood. They have had some new people come through and again they come with a bad mood. Today I was in between 12-1:30 and one employee decided she was going to mop the whole store while customers were there. I'm in the customer service industry and I would NEVER think that was ok unless someone spilled something on the floor and even then I would only clean that spot, not the whole store. I hope corporate sees these reviews and works to turn this store around. 12/19/16- Well I thought this location had improved since my last review until today. There's people in this location doing work and having meetings and the trash has been "taken" out at least 3 times in the few minutes I have been here. Every other location I have been to is professional and clean. This one, if your trying to impress a client or looking for somewhere professional I would suggest a different location read more

Do I need to write a review of a Starbucks?!? Aren't they all the same?? Well, this place didn't have any reviews, so lest any one think that this location is closed, or that it is not a good location, I figure I'll be the first to tell you a bit about it. First, it's on a corner of a large strip mall anchored by a Tom Thumb grocery store. There is lots of parking here, but some times it gets more crowded around the Starbucks. Second, this is a pretty big Starbucks - the biggest of the three in Southlake. Even though there is another location just east of here in Southlake Town Centre, this one still holds its own with traffic and regulars. They have lots of tables and two seating areas with cushy comfy chairs and couches. One word of a warning if you are traveling west on Southlake Blvd/1709 (or 114), there is not another Starbucks for about 8 miles (in Keller Town Center). Meh. I don't know if this location is suffering construction fatigue or if they need a refresher in customer service skills, but this Starbucks location is not a good reflection on the company. The three baristas working behind the counter when I was in seemed miserable to be there, and really only wanted to talk to one another. The cashier was surly, and did not follow any of the standard Starbucks procedures. The barista left drinks stacked up in the delivery area without announcing them to customers (he was chatting up another Starbucks employee who was off the clock), which resulted in people not knowing which drinks were theirs. Starbucks is a really good company, and they do a lot for their employees. It is a shame to see employees who have no pride in their job, or in their company. read more

The bartender Jordan is very polite. The service is great with the drinks being a quality than a normal Starbucks. It's conveniently located in the Tom Thumb grocery store so you can get a drink right before you walk out. read more

I've been here a couple times through drive thru and to pick up my mobile order. The staff is always very friendly and service is super fast. Stopped here twice for a cool drink while on a girls' weekend in June. The place was very cozy and comfortable. They have a wide variety of drinks for any palate, even me. I ordered a double chocolate chip frappe one day and a s'mores frappe on the other. I preferred the first one, but both were well-prepared, chilled, and tasty. I am not a frequent visitor, since there are not any in the area I live in, so both visits were a nice and welcome surprise! read more

Starbucks is to speciality coffee what McDonalds is to hamburgers. You're going to get a decent and consistent product, but you're not going to get anything within a cab ride of what an espresso based drink can and should be. I suppose I'm in the small minority of people who don't "love" Starbucks. I suppose this is because I've been to truly quality espresso bars and I know there's something better out there. Starbucks is an OK place to get a brewed coffee or perhaps even an Americano, but I would never order an espresso (served in a paper cup) from this Starbucks. When Starbucks first started out there were a few locations that cared enough to create a quality espresso, but since they've gone to the automatic push button machines, all hope of getting something special is long since gone. I am very disappointed by the renovation they did with this place. They made it not very accommodating for people who want to enjoy their order in the place. The seating is very much reduced. They added this bar area near the window but that is not very accommodating.. They did not register the demographics of the place before renovating. This place use to attract older people with money. They renovated for young hipsters. Also the staff is not as friendly as they use to be. I use to enjoy going to that location. I have taken it off my list to frequent.
