I absolutely love this store in general. I have been going to this establishment for years, and it's always a pleasure. The people working there always treat me properly. Except recently. Lately Everytime I go through drive through I am greeted with poor customer service from this gal named Alyssa. Always rude, no eye contact, and no conversation what so ever. It's odd seeing this behavior from an employee at this store after coming here for so many years. How unfortunate.. hopefully she doesn't scare away the rest of us. read more

This Starbucks location was a little hard to find once you come into the parking lot but once you find it and walk in! Amazing! Three employees greeted me with a smile. The older lady that took my order was very nice and had such a warm smile, asked how my day was going. The lady that served my drink complimented me on my sunglasses and my name, giving such a good vibe like this really is refreshing .Very pleasant people at this location. I was so bummed. .. I am not normally a Starbucks person, but I saved my pennies and heard of this Moulton Hot Chocolate, saw the picture and knew I was going to treat myself on Friday!! I found this location close to my home and on my way to work, I waited about 5 min in line to place my order, the wait was not too bad, but the ladies in front of me had a long wait for their bakery goods. Anyway, I took my Hot Chocolate and ran to my car and headed to work, along the way, I was so excited to start sipping my drink and when I tasted it, yuck . . . it tasted like brown hot water . . . there was absolutely no taste at all, there was no whip cream, there was no chocolate swirled on the top . . . YUCK is all I could say - I guess I won't fall for that again. read more

I've been going to this Starbucks for over 10 years, there's some people that are amazing there and that's why continue to go like Nicholas, Eric, and Jen. They are amazing people and really good at their job and know what I want before I even order. But my last two drive through's were horrible because the girl at the drive-through window was very rude and made me feel stupid to the point I had to go to another store. She made my drink wrong and when I said something about it just handed me the drink back without correcting it,so overall I give this place a five stars but not because of Bailey Bailey gives it a one star she should not be working the window. read more

This is by far the best Starbucks in town, I come here to study and it's pretty quiet. There's plenty of seating and is pretty large for a Starbucks which is really nice. They have the happiest, nicest employees i've ever met at a Starbucks. It's always very clean as well. I always love coming here and it's becoming a regular spot for me. read more

I have let Starbucks now at least two or three times that they do not get my order right. I have to have decaf because it adversely affects my leaky heart valves and today was the last time I will ever go there. Again, loaded with caffeine and I waited patiently for the high heart rate and shaky feeling to pass. Almost went to Urgent Care. Just ridiculous that when asked about whether or not my coffee is decaf, they always say yes it is when it is not. I also let them know that it is a medical problem and I need decaf yet it is never remedy. The next time Starbucks will get my urgent care bill read more

This is the best Starbucks I've been to in the area. They are always pleasant and have orders out quickly. You can tell they actually care about getting everything right instead of just sending you on your way as fast as possible. They always seem to be happy even when they're super busy. The drinks are always up to the Starbucks standard, but the wait is not. The drive thru is generally super slow... 12 minutes from order to drink is not acceptable at 3:30pm on a Wednesday. Overall, great product with slow service. I recommend going inside. read more

Okay - so this is Starbucks we are talking about. Meaning - everyone has some level of experience with them. My lower rating (as a Starbucks coffer "liker") is I got attitude once for asking my card balance and then asking them to throw the receipt with the balance away for me. I just wanted to know the balance on a gift card, but not the paper to clutter my car. Was that so hard to grasp? Check the attitude. read more
