This is the closest Starbucks to my house so I stop here whenever I want a coffee. You never know what to expect from this location because they are not consistent. Sometimes coffee is great sometimes is bad. Every time I go I always ask for an extra shot of coffee so my drink can taste better. If I don't ask for it the coffee taste like if I'm drinking hot water. If I'm paying that much for a coffee I want it to taste great and like coffee. The wait is ridiculous if you are either on the drive -thru or inside. It doesn't matter where you go you will always wait. I've tried both the drive- thru and ordering inside and the wait is the same. Both lines are long and they take a long time to serve you. If I'm running late to work I won't stop at that Starbucks. The staff is really nice and politeand I know they try to do their best to serve the customers but they need to be a little faster. I needed a coffee break so I decided to get a "cloud macchiatto" (my favorite) and a butter croissant (I love croissants). The service was fast because it wasn't the morning and the staff was very nice. read more

Always greeted in a happy friendly manner when going through the drive through. Never had a subpar experience here. I once ordered inside and the barista brought my drink over to my table. I've read reviews about people being unhappy with renovations, but that has nothing to do with service and quality of the experience the baristas bring. If any customer tried to run a drive thru during peak hours while making quality, service, and speed a priority maybe they would revise their online complaints. Nonetheless I will continue to visit this location:) read more

I really liked this location and the staff was friendly but the remodel has ruined the ambiance. It's no longer pleasant to sit in the store so I've stopped going altogether. It's an unfortunate change. The new design is basically what you see in diners, a narrow layout with one entire side for the kitchen and the other is a row of uncomfortable and ugly chairs with tables. The lighting is terrible too unless you like direct lighting. The only positive may be the design will help them get drinks out faster and it gives the employees more space. read more

This is the worst Starbucks that I know. It's incredibly slow and the coffee is often lukewarm. I usually just deal with it because they are on my way to work, and I have learned if I order through the mobile app before I leave my house, the 20-minute wait drops to 0-5 if I walk in to pick up. However, this time, I ordered a caramel macchiato using almond milk (I am allergic to dairy.) I guarantee what I got was their usual drink containing milk, as I got violently ill. Heads up if you are allergic. I generally like Starbucks, but this one just doesn't measure up. read more

This Starbucks was recently remodeled. The remodel has completely ruined the coffee shop ambiance it used to have. There are no longer extra couches & tables inside. The tables are all on one wall with very little privacy between tables. Very disappointin. read more

I've just been here once but I had great service and my drink was perfect. I ordered through the app, walked in and was immediately greeted. I gave them my name and they handed me my order. All the tables and chairs were stacked off to the side due to Covid but their drive thru line had at least eight cars in it and several people walked in for their app orders. I go to this location nearly every day because it is the most convenient location. If I could go elsewhere, I would. I always use the mobile ordering and one would think that this would ensure my order is right. (I'm sure you have figured out where this is going.) However, for what is now the third time, my order is wrong. Not the nearly understandable gave me someone else's drink, but the made it wrong kind of mistake!! As much as I hate coffee, I love tea. I take time to study each drink. The mobile app lists all of the ingredients so how is it the baristas make the drink wrong? This store is making a great case for robotic baristas! To make matters worse, this store is very slow. I've had the app tell me that I'm ordering too far out and then shown up and had to wait 10 minutes for my drink. Seriously, the store needs to re-evaluate their process. Something is very wrong. Finally, tonight when I got home to find I had a coffee drink I called the store to complain. I'm in the parking lot writing this review. I'm a regular Starbucks customer, literally come here at least 3-4 times a week. It's a hit or miss, I get the same drink every time. Last week I ordered on the app and it took them 35 minutes to make one drink, today when I tasted my drink it tasted watery and I kindly asked if they added the 4 shots and she said " does it say it in the cup"? And completely ignored me, I stood there and asked the girl besides her to add the extra shots ...I'm paying 7.52 for a drink, I expect it to be done right and without a nasty attitude. This location has never been managed very well, but lately it is horrific. Mobile is order placed at 9:56 and said would be ready by 10:08. Was not ready until 10:19. 5-8 people waiting for orders at any one time. The place is absolutely filthy! Floor has coffee grounds, spilled coffee, and dirt everywhere. The plexiglass has dividers have coffee and smears of coffee, milk, etc all over them. Finally, and I know this is controversial, I watched all 7 employees stop and harass an Asian lady for taking her mask off even though a couple of white kids were setting there with there mask pulled underneath their chins. If the order had been completed timely, this lady would have been in and out with a mask on, but they harassed her until she just asked for a refund.
