Even if you order ahead of time you'll have to wait a good ten minutes or more for one of the staff members to acknowledge you. They will literally make eye contact with you and then go about whatever they were doing. For one guy, it was stretching. He had time for yoga but no time to say hello. Very slow speed of service. Staff doesn't acknowledge you when you come in. NO awareness of the store-cleanliness of the bathrooms, tables inside and out as well as temperature. Drink can't seem to be made right after making several complaints to starbucks customer service. No call back or message from the store manager-I don't think they care. Too busy, too understaffed. Parking lot is a death trap-too tight, not enough parking and can't get around the backed up drive thru line. I wouldn't recommend going here. read more

There is NO Nitro machine here so you can't get any of the nitro cold brew drinks. I asked for a nitro at this location and they told me they'd have it ready for me. I like this location. It's conveniently close to home, the employees are friendly (psst... some of the baristas are hot!), and the drinks taste good. This is one of the better Starbucks in Spring for sure. I adore the new refreshers, both the cool lime and very berry hibiscus flavors available. I love this location. They never fail to be super kind, decent conversation while you wait for your coffee, and they make the best white mochas. They seem to pride themselves on their customer service and it really shows. I bring my pup with me all the time, and they fawn all over her. I always get the same thing in the morning before work. Around 9:00 am everytime. I get the same thing, Iced chai latte with soy milk, no ice. It started to become a thing. I decided to stop on my off day. Apparently the manager told the barista to make my drink with no ice but not fill the cup up. So for the many years I have been going to multiple Starbucks. Love the new location! Everyone is so kind including the customers. They have a drive thru at their new location. And they always give me great service! Plus it doesn't hurt that my neighborhood is basically across the street. The only problem I have is that the employees at the new location don't remember my mobile orders and the fact that I like my drinks in a bigger cup for extra whipped cream which unfortunately is not an option on the app. But regardless I love the new location and that their parking lot is connected to the Chic-fil-a parking lot so I have a more accessible exit and entry unlike before the Chick-Fil-A was built. read more

Y'all need to stop working your employees to death. If they have one barista making all the orders including the mobile orders I'm not sure how you expect your employees to keep their sanity when there are people coming in screaming they have mobile orders at them when there's already a line of people waiting for their drinks, I noticed and all the mobile orders get mixed in with the regular orders so they are making them out of order. I had one drink sitting waiting and one drink that got made after about seven other drinks were made for other people. I feel bad for all the employees here every time I go because they are being overworked. I get that you have five or six people working on a shift but you really need more at this location and I'm sure the employees would agree. read more
