I love Starbucks, but honestly this location consistently lets me down. I use the mobile order when I am about 15 minutes away and typically still have to wait. When I do go through the drive thru, there is always a line wrapped around the store and I wait even longer. Sometimes I get a fantastic coffee... But let me tell you it is rare. The convenience to my work is what keeps me coming back, but I wished the baristas took more pride in their work. The quality is not up to par. Espresso shots often taste dead or not calibrated correctly and when I order a flavor in my coffee, I either barely taste it or it is completely overwhelming. I would still rather go here than Dutch Bros., but it is not a 5 star stop whatsoever! read more

Despite a long drive thru line, this was probably the fastest Starbucks I have been to, with time for a nice interaction with my order taker and barista. My coffee was just right. This location needs a lot of work! I have had numerous run ins with moody barista's, incomplete orders, and completely wrong orders. The most recent encounter was with some girl working the afternoon shift. My friend and I went in for some pumpkin treats, and coffee. The barista working was incredibly rude for no reason. We got our coffees and they were ok, not great, just ok. We waited to get back to the office to dig into our treats, once we did, we discovered instead of pumpkin bread, we got banana bread. Instead of a pumpkin muffin, we got a bagel. A BAGEL. My friend called to advise them of the issue, and they said we could come in the next day and get our replacements. The next day we went in to get our replacements, and they messed up our coffee, but my god they got the treats right finally. We decided not to make a scene about it, as we were going to be late to work. Now, as I write this, I've just gotten back from another trip to curb my pumpkin craving. I ordered a simple venti-black coffee for my co worker. He is currrently drinking a grande coffee with cream and some flavor added. The drive to Starbucks from my work is a whooping 4 minutes. When he sipped his coffee, it was barely warm. Are. You. Kidding. Me? I cannot wait for a new Starbucks location to open up in the area, because I am done with this location. read more

Passing through the area it was late and we stopped in to get a pick-me-up to keep us alert for the drive. When one enters a Starbucks one expects strong flavorful coffee. That is just the basics. This place failed. I ordered a cafe americano and it was the weakest coffee I think I have ever tasted in my life. It tasted like they just gave me the bottom of the pot of the mild flavored house coffee and then topped it off with water. I have had stronger coffee out of a machine than this. There is something very wrong going on at this location. If you read down through the reviews, you will note many low ratings. I have never had Starbucks that was so subpar in my life. This Starbucks has a good location for me so I stop through often. The person running things just told me that because I asked for a higher quality of customer service often, he would not refund my money. I had just explained to another employee, a middle aged redhead, that I would be fine with a variety of options to address the substandard drink I was made. I was shocked that I was being told that I asked for drink re-makes/ refunds "too often." If I were dressed like a lawyer I seriously doubt there would have been any trouble here. A good customer service model is the customer is always right. I would much rather take my business somewhere else because of the poor quality of the drinks here, and the condescending attitude of the guy running things. He seems to think women are children. Just because I drink Starbucks coffee, doesn't mean I'm okay with drinking "any odd variety" of CRAP. Starbucks is like the McDonalds of coffee, but that doesn't mean I want shit on my hamburger. No thanks. If there's something wrong, you are going to hear about it. Why? Because you make your drinks with actual shit. The combination of different varieties of sugar diarrhea better at least taste good. I don't know who these jokers think they are. Another problem: much more attention goes to the driveway window than to the in-store customers. I feel this goes to show the classist/elitist nature of the store. People who come in on foot are apparently not "good enough," or don't have enough money to be served properly. I like the layout of this location and the beverages are well-made, but service is iffy. This morning, for example, I used my Visa to reload $5.00 on my Starbucks card and purchase a reusable cup sleeve. After reviewing my bank account online, I found three $5.00 charges and a charge for the sleeve. Starbucks is notorious for register errors, but this is the worst in recent memory. THIS store has some serious issues. 1st, they must have absolutely no management there, EVER. Been here many times and Im not sure why..... SIX employees here, no customers in line, I walked up and was told "be right with you" as the employee walked off into the back room. I waited and waited....that didn't materialize... Than I remembered, oh hey! I can just do a mobile order. I sent it in. Meanwhile, the employee walked back after he told another customer that he'll be right back...he never even asked me if I had been helped yet. So, I was with another person that decided to mobile order.....we watched and heard staff talk amongst themselves about various non-work related things.... One person was making some frozen drink and another was at the window I assume taking orders?? 11 minutes since we placed our 'mobile" order we were finally noticed standing by the counter waiting. Add in the standing time, were probably talking 20 minutes to get our coffee... The girl said "are you waiting for an order"....hmmm really? I said yes, we placed a mobile order quite a while ago. She looked around and saw two cups with labels on the counter.... Meanwhile the dude at the register that could have helped her was still busy disappearing in the back room. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE HERE. Odd if you look at all the yelp rating, this place stands out as the very worst by far!!!!! It is falling on deaf ears apparently.... I wish there was a way to have cooperate look into the place because it is a terrible example of what most starbucks strive to provide. Good service. Will I be back....darn good question. i've been to literally 100+ Starbucks in my coffee drinking days... and this location is by far the biggest disappointment of any of my experiences. outside of the dimly light/non-welcoming store feel. we weren't warmly greeted as we came in. there was no smile at the counter - a quick intro of any daily specials or recommendations. just a "what can i get for you?" in our group we ordered 4 drinks (nothing of complexion). there was two people waiting for drinks in front of us. 5 minutes had passed and only the two people in front of us got their drinks. we continued to wait. i noticed that anybody going thru the drive thru got the high priority to get their drinks out first. another person stood by the sink, while one was making drinks and the other manning the drive thru. completely understaffed. another 5 minutes passed before our drinks started to come out. at that time i noticed nobody (employees) were smiling, nobody was talking to customers (like other starbucks locations), they didn't even hand write on the cups like they used to and asked for name's to call out either! one of the aspects that set starbucks out from other coffee shops was the personal feel, the good coffee, and speedy delivery. this store lacked in all three categories. i wonder if Mr. Schultz would approve of such short comings of such a big brand. read more

There was quite a long line but that wasn't the problem...the problem was how long it took to make the drinks they were talking and very slowly putting everything together when people waiting had to get to work or get on with their days. Glad I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience, I thought all Starbucks are the same, or at least that's what I've noticed, and I've been to a lot, I don't think even writing a review about one will keep people from going, but I had the first bad cup of coffee ever here. I simply wanted a Carmel latte, then the cashier wanted to know if I wanted syrup or sauce? I told her I didn't know (no one had ever asked me) and told her to choose. Well, I guess she chose wrong? My venti latte tastes like black coffee and milk? We have all had a latte before and you know how it's supposed to taste, it was terrible. When we stopped at this Starbucks on a road trip we noticed our engine was smoking. We ended up hanging out in the store while we troubleshooted our car problems. The employees were super nice and sympathetic--they gave us refills on the house and water for our car. One employee, Cordell, even went above and beyond, offering us car advice/tips and walking us through our situation. I visit this Starbucks along with one other Starbucks every day. I don't really get anything too crazy, just a tall Pike's Place with a little bit of soy milk. So why the five stars? Well, I went into this Starbucks just yesterday as per the norm, and when I got to work and gave my now cool-enough-to-drink coffee a taste, it was AWEFUL. It just was not right and was undrinkable. Sooo again... why the five stars?! I called into this Starbucks to complain about my measly buck-and-some-change coffee, and they let me know that not only could I come back to have it replaced, but that they would also be giving me (I don't remember exactly what they called it) a gift card due to the inconvenience. When I arrived at the store after leaving work (which was a pain), the employees were very nice and didn't give me the side eye about my (what was probably very petty) dissatisfaction. They had me try the second cup of coffee before I left (sure I burnt my tongue a little) which again was awful. When I said it too was terrible, there still was no questioning, no irritation, the nice barista just said let me take a look at our Pike's. She came back to tell me it did look a little burnt and they would need to brew a new pot; she also asked if there was perhaps a different drink I would like so I wouldn't have to wait. I'm positive that if I had asked for some ridiculous expensive drink with three extra shots and five extra flavors that no one would have questioned me or made me feel like an a** (I asked for a tall light blend coffee; I try not to be a blatant a**). I don't know what more to say; it really saved my day from complete ruin, and though it probably seems small and insignificant to some, these folks didn't give me any guff even when their line was almost to the door after dealing with my measly tall coffee...
