Amazing and friendly staff! There was a huge drive thru line I opted to go inside and was greeted warmly despite their morning rush. I ordered my coffee and 2 pup cups that came out quickly and perfectly. Great store & baristas!

Customer service was great but what is this? The drink doesn't even taste good and it hasn't been sitting it just came like this.

Yeti may love Starbucks more than even I do!

The staff here was always been nothing but friendly and they go above and beyond to get your order correct. While there are times where the drive thru line gets a bit long, that really isn't their fault, and they are always as speedy as they can be. I recently moved and was afraid I wouldn't love this location as my last one but luckily the staff here have been amazing. Should out to all the baristas here, as they really do go above and beyond. I ordered a Salted Caramel Mocha Frap with soy, and of course I didn't want the whipped cream. I asked if I could instead have some extra salt on the top. Lordy, the barista working was the best at getting "extra" salt right. She went above and beyond! Not just a shake, but she really gave me the salty topping I was craving. This place is great.

Waited for 20 minutes to get my order bc they forgot it then this is what they gave me. A venti shaken espresso minus 20% as a parting gift

Not a great Starbucks. No wonder Apple Maps has this one registered as permanently closed. The manager needs to straighten up and stay on top of the team.

I love heading into this location for the service and beverages. It's always so warm and inviting and something about the atmosphere makes it feel like Christmas time, if that makes sense!!

Mocha frappachino with coconut milk is creamy and delicious!

This location in the Lowes parking lot on Ina Road, is my back up Starbucks. I don't know if there are grades of Starbucks stores, but this one is on the lighter side of merchandise and food goods. It reminds me of the Starbucks in the airport. Not a welcoming seating arrangement or interior atmosphere compared to the Starbucks on Arizona Pavilions, the Foothills Mall or the location off La Canada ( outside Foothills mall). Services is always fine but I don't think above average. It seems primarily geared towards drive through business, which is the majority of my patronage. Starbucks now offers coconut milk as an alternative option to soy or cow milk. I must say after two mochas with coconut milk, I'm in LOVE!

Must be new staff since I was here last. How friendly everyone was. Having my usual, Chai with vanilla and all soy over ice. Yum!

The drive thru is always slow expect to wait 15+ minutes and on top of it the employees are very rarely pleasant.

The employees here are rude and don't fix their mistakes... it's a shame that it is the closest drive thru Starbucks around here

At Crema, they use one big ice cube that resembles one found in a whiskey on the rocks. A large part of me thinks that the finished product can be attributed to the fact that virtually nothing is watered down. The barista was incredibly kind and inviting from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Because of this, I can get past the sparse seating options that made it feel a little hollow. There weren't a ton of people seated, but it seemed like a good, quiet place to work. More people need to know about this tucked away little place.

There are games to play, cards, art prints for sale, books, etc. The couch is comfy and the place feels very clean! Baristas are friendly and are a pleasure to talk to. Pastry selection varies, but they know each item and utensils are provided at the end of the bar. I had an iced mocha latte (12oz) for $7.27 post tax. ^^ Like other reviewers say, the flavor of the coffee is great! The one large ice cube is lovely for keeping the drink not watery, but it doesn't make your drink feel COLD cold if that's something you prefer. My cube lasted an hour in their glass cup, and the drink tasted great and flavorful even when it was gone. No condensation worries at all. Straws are nice and sturdy too! Would come back again. (:

Teaspoon is one of the best overall restaurants in Tucson…read more I've been here a few times over the last year or so. It has never disappointed in service, quality or taste. (well once in taste, but I'll get to that) They have great in-house made items. Like the Challa bread, the preserves, their pesto. They most certainly know what they're doing. I had unseasoned filet mignon once, I believe it was the omelette. I talked to the manager. Now I wasnt upset, didn't send it back, I just told them what I experienced and mused that I found it odd the cook forgot a simple thing like salt. The manager acknowledged my complaint and that was all; or at least I was fine. Nope, she came back with a to-go box of croissants topped with cream and berries as an apology. They were tremendous by the way. She didn't have to do that. The ambiance is it's only weak point, but even that is minor. Simple black is fine. It's modern feeling and doesn't stand out loudly. They have outdoor seating, which early in the morning is fine, but id avoid in the summer, which will likely mean you'll be waiting, depending on the time. Oh! I forgot to mention, they have very good drinks. They really are intentional about the blend of flavors, they have a little something for everyone. All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough. It's been a shining star amongst Tucson restaurants and I am grateful they exist. Even to how they organize their menu partly by flavor profiles shows they genuinely LOVE food. I love food too, and I love here. Try this place. Today.

There is outdoor seating with small tables and misters to stay cool. The inside has a good amount of space and A/C is on spot. There is also a bar with a good number of seats available. This might be first come first served but I am not totally sure. The food is a really good spread of options. Pancakes, german pancakes, french toast, eggs benedict(s) monte cristo, omelets, croque madame, country chicken with biscuits and sausage gravy, chilaquiles con pollo, avocado toast, savory crepe, and even a breakfast pizza. Oh and they offer a few skillet options too-southwest, loaded baked potato, and sausage and peppers skillet. So many options!! I can't speak too much for lunch but I did see burgers on the menu. Not too helpful in that arena sorry. The eggs Benedict with ham was awesome. Side of potatoes with a bit of all seasoning and a side salad with awesome light dressing comes with it. The dutch baby was also great. A german pancake served savory with sausage. Huge portion. Come check this place out and make sure if you don't want to wait you call in advance when driving there and ask to get on their "wait list" you may not be able to get a reservation but you can do this.
