This is a solid old school diner. You are greeted as soon as you walking in those doors. I took a seat at the bar and got to enjoy the open kitchen in action. Bisbee is a really quaint and welcoming restaurant. It is so clean and spacious. While visiting Tucson, we went there three times for breakfast. Waitstaff are great and friendly. The coffee was excellent and a great number of choices for tea which was a pleasant surprise for my husband. The food was really good. My only suggestion, serve the waffles as soon as they are made. I came in for a late breakfast and was immediately given the chance to chose a table or the bar (I came in alone). I've been a server before, so I typically do t waste a 4 top for myself, so plopped at the bar. I was immediately greeted by Jaclyn and her delightful demeanor. I don't know a stranger and it seems neither does Jaclyn. My omelet was out in no time, and delicious. The biscuit was steaming fresh- as a southern born woman, I am very particular about my biscuits, this biscuit was a 5-star. We were in Tucson picking up some tile for a bathroom remodel project and met a friend for breakfast here. The restaurant was crowded. Expected it to be crowded on a Saturday morning. It was clean inside. The wait staff, Jaclyn was friendly and helpful with menu selections. The menu had a nice selection of breakfast options. I did think the pricing was a little on the high side but the food was good quality. My only complaint in the main reason I could not give this a higher rating was because it was extremely loud inside the restaurant. I did get a biscuit with the sausage gravy and it was delicious. I was impressed with the breakfast sausage, they actually make their own sausage patties at the restaurant by combining two different sausages. We will definitely be giving them a try again in the future. read more

Seated in the cold, the waiter was extremely awkward and off putting and admitted to withholding our food for no reason while we waited an hour. Business clearly cuts corners in every way, including using canned mushrooms and dumping out drinks on the patio in front of guests. Food was absolutely disgusting in every way, including having a suspiciously curly hair cooked into the bacon. The food and staff are awesome, and I have been here at least 3x. Bisbee Breakfast Club is a big Tucson breakfast and brunch choice with various locations around town. They all have the same Breakfast Lunch menus and are a great alternative to large chains. This location is one of the older buildings and I believe was taken over from another cafe type restaurant. It is not my favorite because it is older and feels the age, and the area is half industrial and busy main street. BUT I do not eat the location, and the food options are great with American bacon, egg and griddle dishes, but also southwest with burros and ranchero food. Very good. I don't go often for lunch, but they have a variety of burger, sandwich, and salad options. This is a busy area, with connections to many shopping locations nearby. Nothing in immediate area for attractions, but this location is convenient to anything on the Northwest side, and even just getting off the highway. Parking is mainly for cars and trucks. read more

Had the best brunch at the Ina Road location. We shared a Copper Queen Skillet and Bert's omelet, and both were excellent. The omelet was so big it also served as dinner. They have such deep, rich coffee too. Our server, Jaclyn, was a hoot. But the great thing is that every server is aware of every guest so food arrives promptly, pleasantly and professionally. Arrived early for a DAV Appointment and decided to give this place a shot. Nice greeting, quick seating and fast service. We ordered coffee and blueberry pancakes. Christina our Server was very attentive, checked on us often for coffee refills, more cream. Sent me out with a coffee to go - Nice !!! The Blueberry pancakes were awesome, no skimping on the berries, plenty of tasty goodness in each bite. The flavor took me back to younger years, camping, gathering of wild blueberries and some of the best pancakes ever by my godmother. Service 5 Stars, Pancakes 5 Stars !!! Rolled with a 4 Star total overall due to cost- $21.69 for (2) pancakes, and (2) coffees before Tip. Restroom was in rough shape, and our table/seat was sticky. read more

I've eaten twice at the one e at Sunrise & Swan. The first time I had the Copper Queen Skillet. It was very bland and way, way too much of a tasteless white gravy. The next time I tried the Erie Club sandwich and onion rings. Although they call this a Club, it was all beef, pretty small portions for the price. Met my work team here for brunch today. We waited about 15 minutes for a table for 6 , not bad. We all enjoyed our food, and it all looked great! I had the chicken salad sandwich with coleslaw. We love coming here when we visit AZ. The staff are incredibly friendly and the food is solid. They have GF options to boot! Miners Burger- fantastic flavor and a healthy size. Bacon, onion rings and patty cooked perfectly. So juicy! Fries were crispy goodness! The rings are stacked, so if you have a craving for a couple and fries, this is a good option because you have to pull a couple off the burger to fit it in your mouth. Grilled cheese- I opted to get this without the bacon, and it was SO good! The avocado and tomato combo was delicious and the sourdough nice and toasty. GF grilled cheese with fruit to go - super yum, kid loves bacon so it was a hit! Sans tomatoes, and a good sized side of fruit. The food kept well in the to go container. Staff are attentive. Parking is plentiful. It's usually been busy when we've come here, so expect a bit of a wait if you're here during peak times. It's never been more than about 15-20 min for us, even when busy. I'll never go back to BBC on Ina again. I've been here many times over the years but this location is the worst BBC. Slow service, inattentive servers and portion size is much smaller than other locations. I always get the same breakfast and this last time it was ridiculously small and barely any green chile sauce. I had to ask for more and they charged me for it!!! The people next to me ordered the same thing and theirs was half the size of mine.... They sent theirs back and left! Either the steak part or the gravy was far too salty. One piece of advice. When it's less than two hours before closing, don't let them seat you on a north wall. How is it possible for a restaurant who supposedly prides itself on breakfast serve up over easy eggs that were so hard you could break a window, forgotthe toast, brought the wrong potatoes, a real comedy of errors. Christina was friendly & efficient but disappeared after the food dropped. Didn't have to pay for food but they could have waived the coffee. Pretty cheap resolution on their part. $3.99 + tax & tip out the door for 7.00+ Too many other choices out there to put up with bs. How telling on their part. Won't be returning soon. read more

Great service in a family restaurant atmosphere. Did not see the eggs Benedict on menu but when I mentioned it the waitress Jaclyn offered they could make it!! Got the vegetarian breakfast burrito and heuvos rancheros. Both had half a very clearly spoiled avocado on top--so much brown spoilage there was hardly any green. After scraping off the spoiled avocado (which should never have been served), the burrito was only ok. It has scrambled eggs, black beans, cheddar cheese, potatoes, but not enough flavorful tomatillo sauce. The Snooze AM burrito is much better. The heuvos was even worse: utterly flavorless. We were very surprised because it comes covered in sauce, yet there was no flavor at all. We couldn't force ourselves to finish it.
