Super super slow service, we actually did a comparison test with other Starbucks in the areas by getting 5 different customers ordering the exact same drinks through the Drive Thrus at each location. The Tulare location at Hillman and Prosperity is by far the slowest service. A whole 17 min from ordering to leaving. The fastest service ended up being in Dinuba ( 4min) with the same group of people and the same drinks. Is it the slow workers or maybe how there work station is set up idk. If you do feel like a cup of Joe in Tulare your better off going to the Target location, it's much faster even though you have to get out of your vehicle and walk inside. Management if you read this, something is going on here because this location is by far the slowest in a 20 mile range. read more

Wow what a busy Starbucks, even at 9pm...well what else us there to do in Tulare ha ha. With a constant flow of traffic from the drive-thru and customers walking in - I was amazed at the hard work to keep the liquid bean flowing from both sides of the counter and window. I will mention that Sarah was awesome keeping up with a professional attitude while juggling what appeared as the task of managing and making drink. Great job! read more

To whom it may concern, The date is January 22, 2016. 1:01 is the time and I am currently furious with my life situation right now. Why, you ask? Well I will tell you why, but to do so one would only have to start from the beginning. For years I have enjoyed ordering and drinking vanilla ice coffee from various Starbucks locations and every time I have been satisfied with the product that I paid my own money for. Money I worked very hard for. For as you know the blue collared worker is the blood line of the United States of America. The way red corpuscles carry oxygen through the body, the blue collared worker carries this country on their shoulders day in and day out. We are the men and women who keep this country going on. So you would think that I would expect my coffee to be made to my liking. But to my avail, at this particular Starbucks coffee shop, the product I order is never to my satisfaction. Countless times have I gone in, ordered my iced coffee, and had to come back to re-order, because my coffee tasted like absolute doo doo. This Starbucks location is not what the American Dream is or what it should be. The American Dream is going in to order my ice coffee, which wakes me up to start my very eventful day, be satisfied, and head directly to work, to begin to contribute to this beautiful country we call The United States of America. Headed home to Roseville and pulled over for a cup of coffee after already driving 5 hours from San Diego. Not much to say about this Starbucks just busy inside and the drive thru. I got a house venti because anything else would have been a very long wait. read more

Quick tip, their drive thru can hold up to 10 cars at a time, sometimes more if they wrap around to the bank. If they help each customer for 3 minutes which is any fast food standard. If you're the 10th car in line mathematically you'll wait about 30 minutes. That's not even considering the cafe customers. Save yourself the complaints and mobile order. Drive through was nice, staff were kind, coffee was good. I was pleased with my experience and would go there again.

I've been ordering the same customized drink everyday for the last several years all over US. Some baristas have a tough time with it, but this is the first time when I was actually told that they wouldn't blend iced coffee for me. Am I ordering a customized car? I'm not even going to go into the details on getting a cinnamon roll frappuccino instead of a cinnamon roll pastry aka morning bun. The drive thru was moving pretty fast considering there were 6 cars ahead of me. One problem is the entrance to the drive thru is the exit for the Chase ATM drive thru so gotta be careful when going through this Starbucks. read more

So, I was in the area again and in need of my chamomile tea. I brought some of my lavender-chamomile tea (from the Lavender farm in Maui--so good) but the hotel I'm staying in doesn't really have the hot water dispenser machine (they have a manual dispenser so it is not so hot and last night it had a funny taste), but anyway I was thinking of getting the "calm" chamomile tea by Tazo but noticed their teas are by Teavana now. Yup, it's been that long since I really hung out at Starbucks. When I was a college student I know all their menus cuz I used to hang out at Starbucks a lot (umm to study.. Nerd). Now I just go to Starbucks and get some coffee beans or lattes cuz hello I go to boba places now for teas or buy the loose leaf premium tea and make 'em at home!!! So, I got the chamomile peach tea, it smells good but not digging the sour acidic taste. I love Teavana teas and I love sour stuff but not this one... I was looking for more sweet fruity flavor. Oh, by the way, a barista greeted me (cheerfully) when I walked in. So, I guess the baristas at night are friendly or perhaps the barista I talked about on my previous review is not here anymore. I've been ordering here for 2 years now, Before school and after work. They have friendly baristas and they always make me and my friends feel welcomed. If my order taste off which is rare, all I have to do is ask and they simply change it. Anyways, one of the best Starbucks I've been to. Disappointing...order a drink with no foam and no whip. If you don't do that, your grande will be a tall. What an inconvenience to have to park and go inside and then wait for a new drink to be remade. Shouldn't they offer me a free drink card? Or a refund? This store is getting better - I promise! As an everyday regular, I've seen this store go downhill quickly over the past year (+/-). Yes, wait times can be ridiculous but it's the only store in town (aside from the half-ass Sbux at SuperTarget) and every Del Lago soccer mom needs her skinny extra caramel latte at peak hours. Crap service and messed up drinks are unacceptable so I could not agree more with others in these areas! However, the new manager seems really determined to get things turned around. It seems like she has been thrown to the wolves by having to take over a mess of a store during the holiday season, but subtle changes are happening - the restrooms are cleaner, the coffee bar isn't always out of everything, my pastries are actually being warmed, my barista actually smiled... It's the little things that count when you're an everyday customer and not just traveling through our quaint little cow town for your caffeine fix. read more

Our town finally upgraded and we got a Starbucks with a drive thru window! I was really excited for this location, I drive by it everyday on my way to work but after my last few visits I'll make a detour in Visalia to go to a better Starbucks. Don't come to this location unless you've got the extra ten minutes to sit in the drive thru. Going inside instead? Good luck finding anywhere to stand, you won't get a table. The wait times are incredibly long even when I mobile order and go to pick up my one drink I still end up waiting an extra five minutes to receive it. The employees are friendly enough, my drinks are made right most of the time, but the wait times kill it for me. Hopefully they get that fixed soon! read more

This is one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The first time I came here, I waited 35 minutes in a drive through line. The second time I went, I waited 36 minutes. I wish they had enough space so I could leave the drive through lane. The cashier at the window was super slow. Other than being slow, they also didn't make my drink the way I like it. It doesn't matter what time of day you come... they are the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Expect a 15 to 30 minute wait. My last visit there was a couple of weels ago where I waited 23 minutes AFTER ordering inside (since the drive-thru was ridiculously long). Total wait time for order line and making drink.... 34 minutes (I timed it on my cell phone stopwatch). And sad to say... the drink was a black iced tea with 3 pumps raspberry. Yep... didn't even require more than pouring tea into a glass of ice and adding 3 pumps. I seriously could have brewed it, chilled it and been drinking it faster than this crew. I commute by this place 2 times a week and I have learned to stop at any other Starbucks (including the one down the road in Target). If you enjoy waiting and wasting time. .. this is the place to be. Otherwise. .. avoid it at all cost. read more

Just came for a gift card, one cashier, wait is 10 mins or more inside. They need another location in this town, like one in the outlets.

So today instead of the employees decided that the car in front me was more important. Apparently the girl in the car knew the employees and they needed to catch up on all the going ons. Took me 10 minutes to get my drink with only 1 car in front on me. Than they got it wrong. Just took it did not want to wait. This Starbucks has the worst customer service. My orange-mango smoothie was perfectly blended. Just the way I like it. Very busy location staff were so nice. Restrooms were cleans. Free tasting of there bread when we stopped by. Plenty of parking on the mall area. read more

The customer service here was really bad. I was having a hard time deciding since they had run out of a lot of things that I know isn't their fault so I went back to my table to think about what I wanted. Finally I went back and got a usual of mine. Iced matcha tea latte with chai and vanilla instead of classic. Now I've worked at Starbucks before for quite some time and I've always know they don't shake matcha anymore. I do know that they typically stir it really well since it can get stuck at the bottom and can taste harsh. When I received mine it was that, but really bad. It looked as if it was just thrown in the bottom of my cup and it choked me up a bit. I was trying to decide what to do for a minute then finally decided to ask for a refund. I went up and apologized since I hate doing this and just said it tasted like it wasn't stirred. Then one girl came up and grabbed the drink and dumped it without saying anything. I didn't grab her name. Possibly Cassie? She had dark hair and quite a lovely sleeve on her arm which I wanted to complement if this didn't happen. She then asked the guy at the register if I wanted it remade then he asked me. I said no since it just wasn't stirred and tasted pretty bad and I apologized again. She then told me they don't shake it anymore to which I replied that I knew I just thought it would get stirred and she said nope blankly and walked away. She seemed extremely annoyed with me. She was so rude and at that point my headache was bad and I just wanted to leave. As a manager of my own coffee shop I would hate to be so rude to someone. I would make sure their matcha got stirred. I would apologize and offer more to help until I made sure they were satisfied. I know customers can be mean sometimes, but in this situation I kept apologizing, because I felt bad. We all have our bad days I get that, but it shouldn't hurt the customers experience. I always tell my staff to just be nice to people. It's easy and when the bad customers/days happen we can brush it off our shoulders and help each other as a team to keep moving forward. I hope this can be brought to this team here. I wouldn't recommend this Starbucks to anyone. read more
