Took way too long to get drinks on 12/27. One barista is making drinks while some other female employee is talking his ear off about how her and her mom wear the same size clothes now. Pretty sure no one cares and its not a conversation that needs to be going on to the point where the drinks are coming out slow as a result while she stands off to the side wadding up her apron and doing nothing but talking and talking and talking. They also didnt call out any names once the drinks were sat on the counter. I typically dont leave reviews for Starbucks but this one was annoying enough that I did today... This is my go to Starbucks on this end of town! Although they are busy, the staff is friendly and efficient. Ian and one of the other ladies have the gift of multi-tasking. They remember what great customer service looks like. Although it's a Starbucks, this location still has the hometown feel. Plenty of parking, as it shares the parking with the Von's, donut shop, bicycle shop, a shoe store and a few other places. There is some workplace seating on the inside and seating outside. The bathrooms are always clean. They keep this store stocked and ready! I'm so thankful my daughter goes to school on this side of town because it gives me an excuse to visit! read more

Ordered 2 different breakfast sandwiches via the starbucks app. I made the mistake of not checking them, i received two of the same sandwich. i checked the packaging, and i had ordered correctly. The "ticket" stated Bacon Gouda, but the sandwich was definitely the "double smoked bacon" the other frustration. was it was cold in the middle. Starbucks just doesn't get this right, either they don't properly "thaw" the sandwiches or their ovens lie when it claims to heat two sandwiches at once (i have 1 in 10 experience with this). Come here all the time. Staff changed asked for a candy cane for my 4 year old and was told no they are only for kids who find the elf. There was only one other lady in line. I said I found the elf. They also have processes in place if you don't get 5 star service. I went to this location while visiting Ventura and my drinks were prepared properly and the service was friendly. Great location! Workers here always nice and don't buckle under pressure when it super busy. Being that this location is prime, they do tend to always have a line. I love watching the workers because they are super fast and make the drinks very quick and effective. The store is on the smaller side, with only 5 small table one being reserved for disabled persons. In that case, this is not a good location to have coffee date with a group of friends. Worst service! I did a mobile order. I have been doing mobile since the start of COVID to avoid crowds and it saves me time on my 30 min only lunch break. It's always been easy and quick. But... I tried this location on Harbor Blvd and it took them over 30 min to get me my order. 5 minutes after ordering, they tried to give me someone else's order. 20 min later they hand me melted drinks with no sandwiches. Then more then 15 min later, they finally produce the sandwiches... at which point I'm holding three very melted drinks. I was told they would give me a Starbucks gift card to make up for it... nope, no gift card. No apologies. Nothing. Just wasted time and melted drinks. Oh... and the store was packed. I'm pretty sure it was past COVID regulations capacity. Wasn't the point of mobile orders to avoid COVID melting pots?! This store needs to be shut-down. read more

This cafe store is beyond amazing! All of the partners made us feel super welcomed and truly lived up to the starbucks standard. As a fellow barista, I was beyond impressed by their staff and loved the genuine connection they provided. My friend and I will definitely be visiting this store again! Ive been coming here recently because it's close. I'm not a big Starbucks fan to begin with, but for my limited schedule, the "idea" of this works. However, I think it is time to rework my morning as this is my last time coming to this location. I've been coming here for the past couple of weeks with regularity, but I find the staff at this location to have poor attitudes. And they're slow. They'll spent 10 minutes talking with customers about their Star Wars T-shirts on May 4, but those of us who have to go to be someplace and just want our food stand around waiting. And then they seem to be mad that I'm frustrated because I'm (now because of them) in a rush. For a guy who spends $20 on a cup of coffee and a couple of breakfast sandwiches that somebody rips open from a package and throws into an oven for two seconds, it seems to be premium payment for non-premium service.
