Absurdly understaffed, slow, and horrible customer service. And fruit was not fresh.

I came here after reading many…read morepositive reviews and then checking out their menu and I knew they were a fun and interesting place for lunch. I chose the Becca Burger, without mushrooms and their Steak Diablo Fries. They make everything fresh, to order with fresh ingredients. The burger was clearly freshly hand-packed, the jalapeños were freshly sliced, not pickled. Since they make it all fresh, you might wait a few minutes longer than the typical burger joint, but that's fine considering the amazing eats you're about to enjoy. My burger came out looking beautiful and it was definitely sitting tall! The flavor was excellent! Meat was great too!! I definitely liked having their chipotle mayo on it!! Those steak Diablo fries were incredibly tasty, with a nice kick, but sooo much more flavor than heat! The fries themselves were great, perfectly crispy and tasty, but adding all those toppings truly made it special! Service was nice... I had a few questions and she was helpful with the answers. Lastly, they have birch beer here, which I loved! Highly recommend stopping in for a great burger and fries experience!!

Poutine wasn't my favorite though. Quick service and was able to get a fairly large order within 30 minutes before closing! Pretty chill vibes in the actual restaurant seating area but I usually do takeout.

I ordered the meatball grinder with provolone, and it might be the best grinder I've had since moving to Virginia--hands down. The bread was absolutely top tier--toasted perfectly with the ideal mix of crunch and softness. The meatballs were flavorful, the provolone was melted just right, and everything held together beautifully. The only note I'd give is the sauce--it was a little heavy for my taste. Next time, I'll ask for light sauce, and I know it'll be perfect. My coworkers all ordered salads, and WOW--they're massive. Fresh, crisp, and definitely worth trying on my next visit. Presentation was on point, and everyone was raving about theirs. Overall, this place is definitely going on my repeat list. Quick service, generous portions, and flavors that hit. Greater Grinders = Greater Lunch. Sidenote, have lots of lots of napkins meatball grinder gets very messy because of the sauce Sorry I didn't get a lot of pictures. I just ordered takeout and my coworker picked it up.

They aren't too far away from Northampton Blvd. Coming from I-264, you can get off at Newtown Rd. and head north to it, as the road name does change to Diamond Springs Rd. Coming in while heading northbound is easier than if you were coming in the southbound direction. One thing I noticed is that parking can get limited here when there are lots of visitors to this shopping center. My visit here was on April 17, 2026. The first thing I noticed was parking. Although this is in a shopping center, parking can be hard to find at times, especially during peak times. I was able to find one on this visit, but there wasn't much available. The Yellow signage for the name of the business on the outside helps see it pretty quickly. When my mom and I came inside, it was already busy. There was a wait to get a table, but I wasn't totally surprised at that. It would take about 15 minutes to get a table. Once we got to the table, we had a chance to look over the menu for a moment before the server came around and asked for our drink orders. Water came to the table at that time too. I decided to try their Bloody Mary for a drink and my mom did a Pepsi. The Pepsi comes in a can. I want to note that they have vegan options on their menu, so that adds to the amount of items to choose from. They have a pretty big menu covering both breakfast and lunch options. After having some time to look over the menu, we were finally ready to order. I don't do French Toast too often, so I decided to do the French Toast Meal with scrambled eggs and bacon (crispy). My mom decided to go with the Veggie Egg Scrambler, adding cheese to it. She got white toast and bacon as the sides to go with it. While waiting for the food to come, I tried the Bloody Mary. It was in a tall thin glass. The Bloody Mary was good. After about ten minutes or so, the food came out to the table and it looked really good. The server brought over syrup for my French Toast, but I told her I didn't need it, as I don't normally do lots of sugary items. As we started eating, the food was definitely hot, which is great as it came out pretty much when it was done from the kitchen. The French Toast was really good and it was a great indulgence for me. The eggs and bacon were really good too. My mom liked the Veggie Egg Scrambler too. The only minor issue was that the salt dispenser was low on salt, so it was primarily just the rice at the bottom to keep the salt from binding together. Overall, this was a great first experience outside of events. Even though it was packed, the servers were on point to check things along the way. It was only towards the end where I didn't get a chance to catch them about the salt shaker, but I did let them know when we were headed out. Prices are quite reasonable for the amount of food you get, and there was no surcharge if you use a card of some sort instead of cash to pay. If you're looking for a great locally owned breakfast/brunch/lunch spot in that area of the city, this place is worth checking out.

Me and my buddy are on a cheesesteak kick to find the best in the area. How did this fare? VERY delicious. The steak and seasoning were SPOT on awesome. The level of cheese and steak were just perfection. I had flashbacks of eating this cheesesteak and made the mistake of going somewhere close by for another... talk about a huge letdown. Had some fries as well on top of that and yep... awesome seasoning for them as well. When it comes to Cheesesteaks - this place is a solid 4.8... why the .2 less? The only thing that could make this perfect would be the bread. if they toasted it or changed it to make it that super crusty bread, these would probably be the best without even thinking. Overall, will be back and totally a must-visit. Food Taste: 5 Overall Service: 4 Value of service to cost: 5 Facility: 4 Ambiance: Very open kind of a dive with memorabilia on the walls of philly. I had never been here so I asked another customer what to get and she said "everything is good". I ordered a 12-in cheese steak with sweet peppers, fries and a bottled drink. I was shocked that the bill was $24 (14 for the sandwich, 7 for fries & drink). I ate a few fries on the drive home and they were good. I got a watermelon crush which I had never seen before and enjoyed it. I have mixed feelings about the cheesesteak. It didn't feel like enough cheese and the bread was pretty soggy. I think I will come back to try their pizza or non-cheesesteak sandwiches/wraps but we'll see!

Conveniently right next to The Scope and The Chrysler. The focaccia and the cheese is to die for. Like literally, it is on a whole other level. We got the Brooklyn 4 cheese open face focaccia. Cheese and bread is literally all you need. It is creamy, soft, and melts in your mouth. The herb seasoning is so delicious. We also got The Forget About It" Figata sandwich. Again, amazing. The prosciutto is very tasty. The focaccia is seasoned well and always made fresh. The bread is truly the perfect texture. Again, the cheese is amazing. The ambiance truly feels like a local Italian spot. They decorated the place well with lemons and herbs. I love that they put pictures of the foods on the wall next to the menu. The service is great! Wonderful people who run the place, and they are so friendly. Overall a delicious spot that everyone must try, especially if you're going to the Chrysler for a show!
