This Starbucks is closest to the school so its the first location I like to go. But now I don't even know if it's even worth it. I get it we are all tired, but a friendly smile can make someone's day a lot better. I feel bad for even ordering because I feel like they don't care about their costumers. The last few times they have messed up my orders and it's been fine because it's probably rush hour and they are busy. But last few times I've gone it hasn't been a happy experience for me. read more

Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks in Visalia. Telling you that I frequent this location often would be an understatement. I went today with my friend for a quick drink/lunch and sit down. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Mario. Side note; he is not looking for Luigi l, so don't ask. (Inside joke). Anyhow, he was hilarious. Not to mention super friendly. Today is my birthday and while it didn't feel like it, he made it standout. I don't do reviews too often but this guy deserves a hug, high-five, a raise, whatever. Service is still nice, but the taste of the frapps is now gone. It's now become the common Starbucks, ice drinks with that hint of flavor you oh so crave and long lines no longer worth the wait. I find myself in Hanford when wanting a good frapp these days. read more

I go to school across the street so this Starbucks is the nearest one to me. They always mess up, 9 out of 10 times I go, I usually don't go to this location but when school is in session it's the closest to me. Even mess up mobile orders and when you ask them to remake it, they're so rude and bothered. Their service is really bad and it's never stopped being bad. I usually don't like to leave reviews because I work in the food industry as well but they need to work on hiring the right people for this job. Disappointed everytime. read more

Awful location, slow as molasses every single time. They hire literally the slowest, least personable people possible (woth the exception of 1 girl who is both quick and unfriendly). Went at 11 today and literally didn't even move up an inch in 10 minutes. It's a drive thru, really shouldn't take 20 min to get through 3 cars, which is exactly what happened today. Last time I will ever go to this location. Usually go to starbucks by Caldwell and demaree and will go there exclusively from now on- they work through lines 3 times as long in a 3rd the time and every employee is absurdly friendly. read more

This starbucks shows that they close at 10:30pm, the only one in town i think that opens til this time. My wife and i live across town. Long story short, i made the drive for my wife, got there at 10:15pm and the employee told me they closed at 10pm, refused to give me any more explanation. The next day i called customer service, and they had the distric manager call me. They did nothing for me. All i got was a voice message saying sorry. What a bummer. What a let down. We went through the drive thru at this location. So in that situation I cannot talk about the inside of the store, the bathroom, how clean or dirty, etc. But do get better than a 3 at minimum there needs to be really good customer service. I feel the two people I interacted with were so helpful, funny, and knowledgeable that this store is a 4 star location. The food and drink we ordered came out proper temperature with and expected quality. It was good. The price as always is consistent as any other Starbucks so the overall value is acceptable. But these two were goofball types that also knew they needed to meet the business standard. They just helped us with directions in town as were not from this town. They gave us more attention than they needed to in a very pleasant manner. They made our 5 year old laugh all the way from the drive thru. All of this in just a few minutes because there was someone behind us they also needed to service. read more

Around 5:16pm today: If you can go to any of the other Starbucks do it. Waited in drive thru for ever only to drive up to the window & wait at least 5 more minutes and when she finally comes over she took full price which is fine if she didn't have an attitude because as I went to pay my ap closed out. IT WAS OPEN FOR THE 20 MINUTES YOU MADE US WAIT!!! IT GOT TIRED OF WAITING. Horrible personality. Should not be working customer service. I live close to this location and they are fantastic. The customer service is always friendly and warm. They are very good about moving the line along if a customer is holding it up. Again I just think they have the best customer service. read more

I used to love this location. The staff is always really nice and energetic. But the location itself is horrible. No matter what time of day I go, there's always a drive thru line around the building that never moves. I have been late for functions several times because of this. I live 5 minutes away and work 15 minutes away. I can leave an hour early and somehow, it never fails, this place just moves at the speed of a snail. I would love to be able to put in an online order and pick it up or even park and go in to get what I need but the parking is absolutely awful!! There's never any spaces open that aren't handicap spaces or compact. If you park behind the building you can't get out because of the drive thru line. Last time I was there to get a tea and sandwich, I sat for 15 minutes without moving. Luckily I was so far back in line I could get out and leave. Sadly, I left angry and hungry and since my lunch time was completely wasted, I didn't get any lunch. Not the first time it has happened. read more

On April 30 at 10 am I ordered a gluten free breakfast bun and a latte. Unfortunately they gave me a breakfast bun but not gluten free bun. I was driving back to Reno. After about a hour I threw up on the side of the freeway. Then, after about an hour and threw up again and had horrible diarrhea and I passed out. I have celiac disease and gluten free is mandatory. I think Starbuck gave me a Turkey bacon bun NOT gluten free bun. A horrible day. read more

Lately this location has been disappointing me, mostly on how the drinks don't match up to other locations in town. Today I ordered a strawberries & creme frap with a banana blended in. Get to the window and I told the cashier/barista to use one of my rewards on my card. She then is about to hand me a banana, which I told her politely that it should be blended in the drink. No harm, I know mistakes happen. So I wait a little longer and the drinks arrives with my card. I take off and I noticed the drink is lacking a strawberry flavor and the color is off. Tasted like a milk & blended ice smoothie with a hint of banana... Well, bummer, but I've grown to expect that from this location. Then I come to notice the cashier didn't use my reward, she just charged $5.95 from my balance. A little irritating since I paid for this bland drink, when it should've been a free reward. read more

This is the closest Starbucks to my house so I come here on a pretty regular basis. I have always been super satisfied up until the last two times I visited (both visits 1 week apart). Hence, the 3 stars. Instance one was when my daughter and I went to try the strawberry acai refresher and the barista told me they were all out of refreshers...so bummer, and we found something else however, we waited in line for 15 minutes with 1 car ahead of us for 2 standard drinks. Second instance was last friday, I took my daughter and she REALLY wanted to try a 'smores frap....in fact that was the main reason we went. Upon pulling into the drive thru there were signs saying "all out" or something to that effect on the 'smores frap picture I asked to verify and yea they were out... So needless to say this was the second time we had to order something aside from what we went there for and to top it off-when I got my tea they gave me a frap bubble lid because the barista said they didn't have any regular tea lids. So I had a venti tea with a frap bubble lid sloshing all over me and my car... Boooooo. Idk if they are having a change in management or trying a new ordering system but if they are it sucks. Not having ingredients/lids for some of your most highly advertised drinks seems pretty crummy to me.. Will go back out of convenience but hopefully they get everything figured out. read more

I THOUGHT this was the better Starbucks in town but this morning they had a redhead young girl with funky glasses working there who seemed nice enough but she isn't very smart! First she told me they had a tea that I wanted and then told me they didn't so I had to settle for a diff tea. Fine. Whatever. But then she asks me to taste it, hangs out the window and watches me do so and it's ridiculously hot! I burned my tongue. Thanks. But that wasn't until the drink dripped on my shirt because she wasn't careful! She then asked if I wanted her to put ice in it and I received my now COLD drink without the tea bag! What the hell! Oh, and I told her at the intercom that I wanted to put the honey packets in myself, only to pull up to the window to be told it was already done and "is that okay???" No. No it's not okay to not know your stocked products, not follow instructions, not hand me a cup situation that doesn't ruin my clothes, make me burn myself and give me a sh*t drink in the end.
