Not sure why there are bad reviews for this location. I've lived in Warrenton for two years now and this is my favorite location! They always get my order right and are very friendly at the drive-thru and inside. Even when I decided to go inside instead of the drive-thru, I've had a pleasant experience. The staff were lovely and even complimented my shoes once. It wasn't super loud inside so I was able to relax after my workout and enjoy my coffee. They follow my order instructions to the letter! I used to visit this location often - I went today after not being there for a while to meet a friend and it's just dirty.

One of three Starbucks currently in Warrenton - two are free standing, the third is inside the Giant Food. This one is located in the Warrenton Village retail complex - across from the Jerrys Subs. This one has a Drive Thru as well, lots of interior seating, a few tables outside. It has a bit of a cozy vibe. I got my usual quad, iced grande skinny vanilla latte. Hit the spot! read more

They have a pride flag in the window, which is why they got 2 stars instead of 1. They are not gay positive.... I stood there while 4 people stood aimlessly behind the register waiting for 5 minutes before they acknowledged "oh can I help you?" Then they got my order wrong too. Neither of my coffees were iced like I asked for and she repeated. The new coffees were so full it was ridiculous. Just bad!!! So sad Starbucks. read more

Starbucks. The only reason I go is when given a gift card. I don't buy coffee at $5 a cup. Tall or Vente. So I used my gift card and it was a good Caramel Macchiato. I didn't skip around the store cheering about it but it was good. Service was good. No one was rude but no one smiled either. read more

The coffee is only okay. The internet rarely works, so don't plan on stopping in to enjoy a coffee and use the internet. Horrible service... I went in a few months ago for a coffee to go. The mean girls working there would not let me order, as I have a medical condition that prevents me wearing a mask. As I explained to them that I have trouble breathing in a mask, they actually laughed at me, and then threw me out. I don't care that the mask mandate has been lifted; I will NEVER give any Starbucks another red cent. You've lost a customer for life. read more

Do we need 3 Starbucks in one town? Yes - Yes we do. This one is my favorite. Drive through and within walking distance from where I live. YAY! They just renovated the inside and it looks better! Plenty of seats and well kept siting area. You can also sit outside if the weather is nice. It's by the drive through though so if you don't mind the constant people placing their orders into the machine.... Close to Merchants tire. Great place to hang out if you're waiting for your car being serviced. I came here to get a coffee but the only thing I received was my order being mockingly repeated to another barista through the drive thru speaker cause they forgot their headset was on. I also got giggled/laughed at when they took my card for payment. I recommend ordering a ice caramel macchiato if you want the same treatment. read more

It's a Starbucks with a drive-through and a large parking lot. It's a freestanding location and has plenty of seating towards the front entrance, and two clean single-serve restrooms that are unisex. There didn't seem to be any outdoor seating, but the shopping center wasn't conducive to an outdoor seating setup anyway. Seems like most people come to this location for the drive-through. I ordered my drink indoors and appreciated the cashier's patience with me. Even though I am an admitted Starbucks fiend and order pretty much the same thing every time, I'm not sure why I stare at the menu every time I go as though something new is going to pop out at me and say, "Hello! Order me!" Fairly quick service from barista, even while he was managing an ever-growing line of customers in the drive-through. Straw/napkin/milk area in a bit of a disarray. I didn't use the Wifi so I can't comment on its strength. read more

Nice location with plenty of seating. Their decor is updated and the ambiance is good. Workers are frequently sweeping, mopping, or taking out the trash between rushes. A guilty pleasure spot to go for Peppermint mochas and rice crispy treats. read more

I'm visiting a friend out here in the sticks (sorry guys, but this IS very stick-like out here) and needed something faster than my friends satellite internet connection. So naturally I went to Starbucks for a reliable internet connection. Unfortunately satellite internet is apparently a lot faster than the internet at this Starbucks. Connecting to my network via Citrix barely worked and streaming music, which requires very little bandwidth, hardly worked. read more

I love the layout and the new refurbished setting. Great place to study and plug in a laptop. BUT they have a half door on hinges that make disturb the whole experience. It makes such noise that everyone sits up in irritation every time a barista comes out from behind their station. I asked if something could be done? The answer was "We know it is terrible and Starbucks is so big we have no power to change it." Really? This is crazy. This is one of my favorite Starbucks I've been to in a long time. The staff are very friendly and nice, and they've given me complements on my clothes a few times too, (maybe for the extra tips? haha!) There's out and indoor seatings, and they can actually fill up a coffee cup with it overflowing or dripping off the sides. A lot of people complain about the wifi, and YES, Starbucks is known for free wifi, but you should come here for the coffee, not Internet access. (I have no problem connecting to it). Just use your 4G if you're that worried about it...and be sure to get there before the afternoon or just before dusk; you'll avoid all the annoying self-titled 'hipsters' and snotty teenage girl Instagraming their cup. read more

I'm always harsh on Starbucks because I feel that local establishments are better but sometimes the lack places lack the Starbucks flare. With that said this SBUX was clean and had decent service. I was a little frustrated I had to return my drink when the order came out wrong but it happens. Consistency is the key with any SBUX location and this one measures on that... so I'm giving it 3 stars. A forth star would have happened if I didn't return my drink. read more

Ordered two drinks this morning. Medium cafe latte, no foam, and an iced vanilla latte. Cafe latte contained no coffee, only steamed milk. Iced vanilla latte contained no vanilla. Lack of attention to detail lead to two undesired products. This is not the first time our order has been confused or filled in error. read more

This Starbucks location provides the absolute WORST service I have ever experienced in my MANY years of consuming Starbucks ! I have been here numerous times in which every time I was deeply saddened with a half assed over syruped disgrace of a drink. First occasions I ordered a caramel macchiato, both occasions the caramel was so heavy every sip id take was pure caramel , to where it ended in the trash and I excepted my loss instead of complaining and wasting more of my time and energy . Did I get coffee that day ? Sure didn't . Other occasions ; or I'd like to say "the next fails" I ordered two frappes ; one a java chip and the other a vanilla bean creme , both extremely watered down, I felt like I was drinking milk that's been sitting out in the baking sun. The java chip had so much chocolate syrup on top we went the extent of wiping it off with NAPKINS ! Justtttt to save it to where it was SOMEWHAT drinkable . Might I add that saved nothing ! It tasted like toilet water with chunks . ANYWAYSSS , Long story short I accepted my loss for the vanilla bean creme depression drink . But got a definite refund for the java chip my boyfriend had purchased . It was THAT bad . Might I add there is a tall white guy who came to the register when I asked for a refund and curled his lip like a high school cheerleader and was extremely sassy and put the cherry on top for all these humongous disappointments at this poorly run establishment . I'll admit that I'm not the biggest fan of Starbucks coffee, but I stop by here when I need a coffee and wi-fi access when on the go. The wi-fi here is patchy and slow at best, even when the place doesn't appear to be busy. When paying about $5 for a coffee I'd hope for a good internet connection while there. read more

The personnel are courteous and competent and several have been there for a period of time. The issue with this Starbucks is that the drive-thru is often closed. I go there only Wednesday's, Saturday's and Sunday's at opening every week and have found the drive-thru not operating two or three times per month. That is approximately 1 out of every 4-6 visits based on my patronage level. We have discussed changing our regular coffee place as there are other companies within close proximity to this Starbucks. read more

We make the drive between Northern Virginia and UVA (in Charlottesville) several times a year. Several years ago, we discovered this Starbucks and have been using it since as a half-way point rest stop. No complaints here. Who would've thought the best Starbucks would be in sleepy Warrenton? Clean, friendly staff, and they even serve bar snacks and wine in the evening. Very warm, welcoming, and cozy atmosphere. Will be stopping in this Monday when I make the drive. read more

Saturday Early Morning coffee is alway fast and a great cup of coffee to get your day going. Been going to this local for years.

The take away coffee cup servings have gotten smaller ... A tall now looks like a child's portion; the prices have gone up and 4 times out of 5 (no matter the hour of day) when I try and order a Bistro Box, they are always out of either all of them, or the 1 or 2 that I like to order the most. I switched to Dunkin Donuts coffee and am enjoying the experience,... And the coffee, a lot better! read more
