Better customer service. Overall would say a lot more Starbucks locations are worth the drive and money than this one.

Drive thru line is LONG but I have say my order is always right when I stop by and baristas are always super friendly.

This Starbucks use to be great!!! As of lately they take forever to make drinks even when ordering a head of time. Today ordered my drink ahead of time and 30 min later still not drink. Came inside the building to order a TEA because the drive through line was too long. They had me waiting for 20 minutes after I placed my order and only started making it after their supervisor came up to us asked what the name for our order was. Yes , my dog was a service dog and if you need proof which is against the law just let me know i carry my service animal card with me . I was more than happy to show you but the ugly looks you gave me before I walked out was more than enough for this review. Maybe spend less time inquiring about a service dog in your store and more time getting those drinks out and this store wouldn't be a 3 star location . I have to drive 18 miles to reach this location. (First world problems, I know). I always go in to order/pay, but this doesn't stop the orders from being wrong. I asked for an iced drink and got it hot. I asked for a drink to be iced mocha and got a Frappuccino. I asked for a mocha and got a cold brew. The employees are friendly and always offer to remake the order. I'm not sure what the confusion is because they repeat back the order and I've often shown them a picture of my order on the app. I would go to another location, but the nearest location besides this one is 38 miles away, so I'll continue to go here once a week for my Starbucks fix. I just have to keep a closer eye on the employees while they are making my drink. read more

But you, the man who made my drink didn't even get my order right, AND you filled my venti cup only half full and swirled whip cream on top, which I didn't even order,to make it look like more in the cup. Are you upset about people getting 2 drinks for the price of one by filling the cups 1/2 full, and making a decaf with regular coffee? Spent a day working remotely at this Starbucks. Very clean and busy. Had a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. It was Devine. At some point I had to use the restroom and I didn't want to take my work set up down. So they were nice enough to keep an eye on my stuff while I tinkled. The restrooms were very clean. The one thing this location is good at, is getting your order wrong. I ordered light ice, they gave me no Ice. I also ordered a tall & got a grande I told the barista and she seemed more annoyed than helpful. I don't know want should I expect fro Wasco, but this a corporate location. Best Starbucks ever! All the employees were super nice and friendly. The mood the employees gave off was amazing it's like it forced you to have a smile the moment you walk in. The food was great and they made the drinks fast. Although they do mess up sometimes every time I ask for a remake they do it with no hesitation it truly makes you feel that they just to make you happy/ satisfied. This one of the worst Starbucks in Kern County. The drive through is notoriously slow and walking is is almost as bad. Ordering food items is a crapshoot as the baristas are not up to date on what items they have in stock.
