it was 8:38 pm on a thursday night... my tummy was desperate for an overpriced chocolate and ice drink from starbucks. i ultimately decided to order online so i could have my frappe as soon as i got to the window. but oh no, let me tell you how it goes. the utter disappointment trauma that starbucks has caused me this late, humid thursday night is really hard to digest. figuratively and literally. after waiting in line for 20 min i finally got my $5 blended chocolate ice. it tastes a little bit like dirt and AC unit. 3 workers and no one looked at me for a solid 10 min. not coming back at night. the day staff is much more efficient. 1/10 read more

Nice little Starbucks. Lots of people hanging out, but hey this is a College town. Staff friendly, but a little aloof. After I ordered 3 drinks, after 10 minutes the third had not come out so I assume I mistakenly only ordered 2. So I go to order the 3rd one again and she asks me why? I get my order correctly about 50% of time at this Starbucks. It drives me absolutely crazy to pay $8 for a beverage and have it come out wrong. Normally I love this Starbucks. I go through the drive thru all the time I manage a nearby resturant so we order coffee frequently here. Today I recieved the WORST service. I stopped at the menu box and told the order taker I had a mobile order (as I usually do). He told me to pull up to the window. After a few minutes I get to the window and the guy asked if I had a caramel Frap. I said no, I ordered on the app for Stephanie. And he looks at his manager/trainer (I am guessing) as he goes to the counter where they keep the mobile orders in case you come inside and pick it up. And she says to me "Next time tell us you're picking up a mobile order at the box." I told her I did and instead of apologizing she turns to the man and says "Did you talk to her?" Although I know it was him because he was the only man working, he shook his head. All while I could see and hear everything through the window. He hands my drink and bagel over and tells me "I know I'm missing an item, what else did you have?" I explained to him I had the caddy of coffee with the handle on top to carry with (Travler's coffee). And he looks at me and chuckles and repeats what I said with a laughing tone. And says "that you carry..." he looks at my expression and sees I'm not laughing and says "ok" he turnd back around and asks the same lady who rudely accused me of not stopping at the window. Luckily she knew exactly what I was trying to describe. I left with the worst taste in my mouth that I have never experienced here. Don't think I will visit unless I have to. Or I will send another co worker to pick up order because I do not be treated like an idiot. Giving it a 3 star review because other times they have been good to me. read more

Pulled into the drive through. There was a car in front of us. When we could get to the speaker, it was 10:01. They refused to take our order! I've owned a retail business for 14 years...and have NEVER turned a paying customer away. They were very rude and obviously make a paycheck that is not dependent on sales. I will never give them a chance to make money off of me. There is a Starbucks in Target, just across the street...I'll be going there from now on as they have always seemed happy to take care of me. read more

Speed of service has improved so much!! Don't dread the wait when I come here anymore!

I've never had a long wait whether I go I side or drive through. But I can't stand the manager at the Target Starbucks so I'd rather wait here. Came in one evening after class to have a green tea latte and work on school. Didn't wait long for my drink, however giving 4 stars because they messed it up twice and had to remake it. The staff that made it were awesome and apologetic, however the mistake was the lady who took my order and rang it wrong. She was more distracted talking to a friend than making sure my drink was correct. Other than that time, I've always been happy with this store. read more

The staff at this location are always super nice and friendly but I'm probably a little spoiled after years living.in the Seattle areas. Orders are probably incorrect at least 25% of the time (cold instead of hot, missing syrup, etc) and the wait is unlike anything I've seen at any coffeehouse anywhere in the country..the staff is great but they definitely need some.additional training and then they would be excellent. Take the time and train your staff so your customers don't have to wait in line 45 minutes for a latte please because otherwise we love you read more

Ever since they remodeled it, it lost its hometown atmosphere. Used to come here alot because there were alot of chairs to relax in, but now there are less seats and less tables. They have one communal table (blahh) and two regular tables. The other tables are so small can't even put a laptop on them or anything else. As you can see not happy with the remodel. They should have asked the customers what they wanted. I've seen other Starbucks remodels and they look great and have plenty of relaxing chairs and tables. Stop thru the drive through almost every day at this location before work. They are pretty prompt when im in the line. Never really had a problem waiting and they have yet to mess up my drink. So a typical starbucks experience for me. read more

The service is nice. Pleasant employees seem to be a trend in Starbucks. The inside is a bit cramped though. I prefer tables to be off to the side. And the music is way to loud. Oh well, I just use the drive through anyway. read more

This location needs to hire somone to handle resupply ordering. We stop here every Sunday and every week they are out of something that you order. IE can't make that drink out of this syrup, no egg bites today, or can't steam milk read more

I wrote a review on this location about two years ago and I complained about the long lines and slow service. Since then, the service has been quick (with the exception of afternoons, I have waited a while). They are quick, they usually get my order correct, and they are always very friendly.
