The location is in a plaza with Trader Joe's. Super clean and nice. Ordering at this Starbucks was initially easy, but some issues arose. I requested a warm cookie and a custom coffee with three pumps of white mocha sauce. At the drive-thru, I had to remind them to warm the cookie, and my coffee only had one pump of sauce instead of three. The staff kindly heated the cookie upon request, but the coffee was unsweetened and bitter due to the sauce discrepancy. I didn't receive a straw or napkins, as I was preoccupied with the cookie. I still stop in here when I go to Trader Joe's or next-door at the jewelry store for my free jewelry cleaning I will usually order on the app and then pick it up. It's always ready when I get there and it's made exactly as I order it. One time I think I ordered from the wrong location and they couldn't find it and they just made me the coffee anyway. Turns out that I forgot to hit send so I went in there and left them the cost of my coffee plus the tip in the tip jar. I will say that there's a certain time of the day that a school bus drops kids off and all the kids go into Starbucks. I don't know what time that was, but I will definitely try to make a note next time so I will never be in that area again lol . read more

I always say get out of your car and go inside especially at this location! The line is a mile long always for the drive thru. Besides, who can't use the extra steps! I went in and got my black coffee and egg white bites and sat inside for a few minutes!! I like the set up of this Starbucks as it is spacious and you can enjoy the a/c while you have your coffee and snacks! Everyone here was pleasant and nice with the order! And I appreciate it. Especially since I was heading to a funeral after the stop here. (I couldn't in all good conscious give them more than 4 stars as they are still out of a lot of items and the bathroom needs to be cleaned!) read more

I had to go into this store looking for Starbucks mugs and cups for my niece who wanted a new one and I must say. This place was impeccably clean and sanitary. You can smell the cleanliness the moment you walk in the door. They had a ton of mug and coffee cup options which caused me to buy several. Not many stores have a ton of options. I also loved that there was not a lot of foot traffic. Oftentimes, Starbucks are packed with long lines and wait times but this was one easy peasy. read more

This used to be my go to Starbucks until today. I had a terrible experience with whom I was told was a manager. If she was in fact a manger, she really shouldn't be. Anyhow, I went through the drive thru like I always do and order my same drink- a venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew. This used to cost $4.55 then when the holiday drinks came out the price went up to $4.77 no biggie I just figured they upped the prices due to the holidays. I even asked the barista this and she said she wouldn't be surprised since it's the holiday season. Okay no problem. Well today when I went she told me my total was $5.03. Ok that just didn't seem correct, another raise of price when I was just here two days ago, ordered the same drink and paid $4.77. So I asked her if it was possibly rang in wrong. She told me no. So i went on my app and ordered the drink to see what the price was. It said $4.77. She tells me that's before tax. I said no, it says right here it is $4.45 before tax and the total is $4.77. She then goes to the manager, well I was told was the manager and the manager proceeds to tell me that the app and in store prices are different. The app doesn't charge for sweet cream added. I said it wasn't added. It's in the name of the drink. I said I was here Tuesday and ordered through the drive thru and it cost $4.77 and so does the app so maybe it was rang in as something else and that's why it's being charged wrong. She then tells me ma'am it's $5.03. I said no thanks I will just order from the app and come in and get it so I can pay the $4.77. She follows with here just take the coffee all rude, and rudely says sorry for your inconvenience I'll pay for it and as I'm trying to explain to her I'm not trying to get a free coffee just trying to understand how the prices are different she very rudely says have a nice day now. And walks away. This was the rudest I have ever been treated. I am a loyal customer and go to Starbucks once some times more then once a day and how I was treated today was uncalled for. So this afternoon went to a different Starbucks and my Total was $4.77 and something completely different written on the cup. So clearly they just didn't want to admit their mistake. I attached photos just to prove they were wrong and I was right. I'm just upset at how they treated a loyal customer! This specific Starbucks location never gets my coffee order correct. For a $9 cup of coffee you would think the barista (I use that word loosely for the skillset at this location) could care enough to read which type milk I asked for. Yet, all other Starbucks locations get it right every time. It is this specific location that blemishes Starbuck's reputation. I order the same type coffee every day for 5 years, no offense but it is not rocket science. Read the instructions the person at the register put into the system, it is not complicated. And they have the nerve to ask for a tip upfront. Unfortunately, this location is close to my job, but often when I am not in the mood for their incompetence, I actually drive out of my way to a further Starbucks where they always get my coffee right the first time. Poor management. Poor staff. EXCEPT, a shout-out to Katie who is always very friendly at the drive-through, and checks my coffee before handing it to me because of all the past mistakes the baristas have made. read more

I sent my boyfriend here the other day to get me a black coffee. Very simple, or it should have been. He returned with something that was disgustingly sweet as if some flavored syrup had been put into it. (I took one sip, nearly hurled, and threw it out!) He swears he put no sweeteners in it and I believe him because he knows I can't stand sweetened coffee. PLUS, he told me that they first had given him a Latte! It seems the cashier thinks a black coffee and a latte are the same thing. When my boyfriend told the barista she got it wrong she said that it had been put into the computer as a latte. You will probably have better luck at a different coffee store. Every 1 in 4 trips I find myself having to go back and get my coffee remade. It seems nobody follows the same recipes and come up with their own on the spot. The store also runs out of items very often, so much for going green right? They're using large straws from another business in the plaza because they ran out. Unfortunately, this has been the final straw for this location. We waited 25 minutes in the drive thru just to be told that they didn't have anything really. For example they didn't have any caramel drizzle. We were told this after we ordered all food items that required caramel. Then on my replacement selection, they didn't have peppermint either. I go to this location multiple times a week during the morning hours. Although the drive thru line is always long, my drink orders have always been consistent and delicious. This is a newer Starbucks and unfortunately they are very inconsistent. Yesterday, I ordered a hot and a cold caramel macchiato and a vanilla bean Frapp. Frapp was good. The coffee drinks were awful. In the cold drink, the coffee had a burnt taste. The hot I drink the next early morning since I have to be at work at 4 am. That drink tasted like no coffee was in it at all. It was milk and caramel. I did not drink it. Will call SB customer svc. I have had refreshers there as well and they are very watered down. While this location is convenient, I will go out of my way to the Boynton Beach/Lyons Rd location. They are always good. read more

Horrible customer service , a bunch of girls running around listening to inappropriate music. All of our drinks were made incorrectly. My chai latte was basically milk , a refresher was basically water with ice, and a frappe tasted watered down and we were missing a cake pop. Then they proceeded to roll their eyes and mumble under their breath while talking about us. This is probably the WORST customer service I've ever received.
