I like this Starbucks while I am at the Outlet mall. They are super nice. This last drink I had was my favorite. Mango Refresher with 2 toasted coconut pumps and mango cold foam. So so good!! I also got a pup cup for my pup and we sat inside while we enjoyed our treats. It was nice and chill, they have tables and chairs inside and outside, I miss Starbucks with comfy seats. They don't have them here. There's comfy seats outside the coffee shop but we stayed here to feel A/C. read more

After finishing my Thanksgiving shopping, I decided to stop by Starbucks at Tampa Premium Outlets for a quick coffee and sandwich. Since it was Thanksgiving Day, the queue was long, and I waited about 10-15 minutes before placing my order. I went with a Chai Tea Latte and the Egg Pesto Mozzarella Sandwich. Despite the rush, my order was ready in about 10 minutes. The Egg Pesto Mozzarella Sandwich was delicious--by far one of the best Starbucks sandwiches and my personal favorite. The chai tea latte complemented the sandwich perfectly, making for a satisfying and much-needed breakfast. Starbucks provided exactly what I needed that morning: a hearty meal and a warm drink to refuel after shopping. Even with the crowd, the experience was enjoyable, and I'd happily visit again. read more

I always have pleasant experiences when I stop by this location embedded within the Tampa Premium Outlets. Small corner store centrally located by outdoor seating area, fountains, guest services and foodcourt. This Starbucks provides friendly and attentive service, and shorter lines than most. So far my drinks have all been made well. I can't think of any mishaps or misspelled names on my cups. For a small shop there are plenty of places to sit and eat or lounge. Not to mention the number of places to sit comfortably right outside. I tend to stop in for a chai latte or light snack while shopping since I'm not a fan of the foodcourt. Since I'm a huge fan of the neighboring Coach store, this Starbucks can't be missed. Since Tampa locals seem to need Starbucks to live, they nailed it by opening one in every mall here. Perfect place for a shopping break. There's indoor and outdoor seating. Baristas are always super nice and the overall vibe is so relaxing. Now it's taken me quite some time to actually write this review because I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to say..but here goes......... Don't get me wrong, I do like Starbucks but I finally came to the realization that it's overpriced and overrated. I was a Gold status for quite a few years as my favorite drink was the hot or iced chai tea and more recently, hot green tea. I began boycotting them when they had the holiday red cup release in 2018 for the fact that I received by red cup but with no lid since the store was out --- the barista @ that time advised me to just visit another location or call and ask Starbucks and they should be able to give me one because they sometimes just ship to few to the individual stores. I went around and asked other locations who were sold out of the cups and didn't have any extra lids so I proceeded to call Starbucks as well as post an inquiry online. I was not given any help or support for this...just basically "oh well" and they couldn't do anything about it. Now my concern is how can Starbucks send a store a certain number of red cups but not enough lids for the cups. Is the expectation for guests to have their HOT drinks in lid-less cups!? I could spill my drink on myself and it's not cool to have my Starbucks HOT drink in a lid-less cup because most of the time you're on the go when enjoying your overpriced drink. Based on the level of service I've had at other establishments when there are shortfalls or issues w/things when being a committed customer, I was surprised by the level of service and just lack of caring I received when I spoke to someone at corporate about the issue. When I look at Starbucks now, not being intrigued or care to be a Gold star status anymore, I don't know why consumers are so crazy about this place! It can't be that the drinks are THAT amazing that people are willing to pay so much for their iced coffee. When I used to get the Chai tea --- it was never made fresh --- the chai comes out of a cardboard container, heated or iced. Yes, I used to be one of these people but not anymore .... and now I would rather save that $5 that I used to spend on a drink and get a smoothie from a place that tastes much better and is not overly sweetened and unhealthy. I'm always amazed at how any Starbucks establishment always has a crowd --- you almost never see one that's empty or not busy in some capacity. And as I look at other reviews on Yelp, I can see that mine is clearly one of the very few that isn't 4-5 stars. read more

Any place that makes my coffee and other drinks amazing. Will always get 5 stars from me. Not to mention it is walking distance from where I live. So just a hop, skip and I'm there. Guilty of being a Starbucks lover. Although some of them aren't the best this place here rocks. It can get a little busy since it is located within the outlet stores. I am a bit conflicted about giving a Starbucks five stars. For one, I don't like Starbucks coffee all that much. There are a half dozen places in the greater Tampa area that I would rather get a coffee from. I only wind up at Starbucks when one of my parents, not knowing what else to get me, gives me a Starbucks gift card for the holidays. That being said, the Tampa Outlet Starbucks is as good as it gets (for a Starbucks). The employees here always seem to be in a good mood and are super helpful with ensuring that my wife gets the drink of her choice (seriously how do you always forget what you like to drink at a place you go pretty regularly?). In all my visits I have never had them once mess up my drink (although I did accidentally order it hot a couple times this summer, that was rough). Another bonus is the extended hours. When I am running through, early in the morning, the rest of the outlet mall is still awakening from its evening slumber. Sidewalks are being cleaned, fountains have yet to be turned on, Christmas decorations are being put up. Despite all that, Starbucks is open and ready to serve. They had no problems giving my daughter a cup of water when the summer mornings got way too hot too fast. The seating at this Starbucks is pretty substantial. You have a few inside places to sit, an outdoor patio and a "grassy" space not too far away in the middle of the outlets. That's important because the amount of people that come here, especially around the holidays, is pretty insane. Take your normal Starbucks traffic, mesh it with an outlet mall full of shoppers on a holiday frenzy and you've got a madhouse. I hear there is an order ahead app? You definitely should use it at this location to ensure getting in and out in a timely manner. Or, do what I do, and show up before the outlets open. read more

Horrible customer service. Asked a question and the barista about expiring stars and she didn't know the answer but gave her opinion. I reiterated that I need the answer. Stated her opinion again. I said never mind I don't want your opinion and told her she can ask for help. She told me she can't ask for help, WHAT?!? Anyhow... I place an order and she asks if I want the venti size since it's free. I said NO I'm paying for this NOT with stars. After we left figure out she processed the order with STARS!!! So I call the store to complain and see what they can do. The "shift supervisor," Ryan, who answered the phone was just as I knowledgeable as the barista that caused the problem. Kept talking in circles and in the end said to call corporate. This store needs to retrain their employees. Horrible management and customer service. read more

This Starbucks is always hopping! Love stopping here for a drink or treat while walking around the outlet mall. Don't come here expecting to grab a quick drink and get out...there is always a long line. However, even with the long line I always seem to get my beverage in a timely manner. They have lots of seating outside and also so inside. I do think they need to rethink the layout of the store because when people are waiting for their drinks they are blocking the entrance. While my drink was made well, and the baristas were friendly, Steven dropped some ice on the counter, picked it up with his hand, and put it back in my drink. That is a huge health violation and he should know better.
