This was my first time visiting a location without cafe dining. It's a cool concept, you can order on the app; drive through or inside. No public restroom or at least I did not notice one. I ordered two drinks and pink released items. The barista was so patient and explained the store concept to me without judgement. This is the stupidest Starbucks I have been to in my entire life. There's no more seating, they changed it so it's just a weird little pickup room with no menu or anything. It's like something from a dystopian future. I'll never come here again. What were they thinking???!?!? read more

Can't even go to the bathroom while waiting 15 minutes for a soggy wet bacon snack size flavorless sandwich & a flavorless black coffee. There was a line clogging up the parking lot/drive through when we left. Please DONT support this blasphemy. Such a waste of money. Horrible customer service this morning! The manager was extremely rude when we did not want our phone taken into the store from the drive thru due to rebooting the computers. She wanted us to come into the store to pay for our drink. My husband said not our fault and guilted her in to giving it to us for free!! I guess I start going to Dunkin Donuts!! read more

I don't know what happened to this location. There is no menu. There is no room to sit. This is not the Starbucks experience people know and are used to. It's essentially a drive through / pickup only and they want you in and out. An older woman came in to order a coffee today, was so confused, and wanted to know what additional items they had but the employee was not helpful, so she didn't order anything else. What a shame! I hope they get enough negative reviews from this change so it gets attention and they go back to the way it was before. read more

Always great service and beverage options... I just hate the new renovation. Taking away the dine-in and seating options doesn't make sense.

The drive through lady Laura was extremely rude. Her attitude was out of pocket and when we asked for a straw she didn't give it to us. We got her attention to ask for the straw, again, and she got mad at us and gave us more attitude. read more

I have always had good service at this coffee shop. Coffee drinks have always been good. I had a order messed up in drive thru once and they remade drink and it then gave me it for free. Foods purchased and bakery has always been fresh and tasty. read more

The lady who works in the morning (may be the manager?) is moody and rude! When I order a drink and tell her her exactly how I want it she reacts like it's a hassle to make it that way. I'm sorry but $6 is a lot for drink and to get attitude from some who chooses to work in the service industry is not acceptable. I also ask for my drinks with no room because there is always at least 1" of room at the top of the cup which makes it even more of a rip off. I have had to make them redo it multiple times because of this and this morning when I asked for no room she said that they never leave room in there drinks which was the end of this Starbucks for me. I'm happy to drive to the other location where they couldn't be more pleasant. DO NOT go to this location! read more

It's Starbucks-the McDonald's of coffee. Close your eyes, walk into any Starbucks store, and you when you open your eyes, you will see the same menu, food offering, and setup. All espresso pulls are automated and brewed coffee is the same across stores. I don't typically care to review chains or big corporations, but this location has irritated me so much that I wanted to say something (as if that would stop anyone from going to Starbucks, but whatever). Nearly all the employees at this location are very rude. They ignore customers who walk in, unless they are regular customers. When they finally are ready to take my order, they correct me when I say it. Look, I work at a Starbucks, so I know how to order a drink. Don't correct me in that snotty tone, because that's going to annoy me so very much. There are one or two nice girls there and I'm always excited to have them take my order, but it's rare. Wow I have no idea where these people are coming up with their 2 star reviews. Maybe it's because their coffee wasn't made the way they like it? If that's the case make your own and stop the whining. Anyway, I am a Starbucks gold member and this is the store I most frequently visit. I may be only 16, but I know coffee. At this store, I have never had a single problem with my drink order-and I go here about once or twice a week. Yes, there is actually one lady that is a bit rude but the rest will make you laugh and smile. The baristas are personable and will welcome you to try some of their concoctions they created...most of them are actually pretty good! The place is clean. Whenever I sit at the café, I always see someone go and clean the bathroom and sweep the café. So in general, I like Starbucks coffee and some people don't. It's like having preferences so when people complain about their drinks it's because of the unique coffee Starbucks has...some people just don't like it. So don't get botched by those reviews. Never have I ever had a problem with this store and I have been here at the 6 am rush and 9:00 hour where it's dead. The baristas are well trained and well fitted to work. read more

I'm not normally a guy to write reviews, but my experience here was so fantastic that I've made an exception: I needed some free WiFi, so I dropped in here and got an iced coffee; nothing special. After about two hours of working on my computer, a guy came by with a bunch of food, saying "We're just going to throw this stuff out anyways... do you want it?" Naturally, I accepted! I ordered an orange-mango smoothie to wash it down, and the lady who served me was wonderfully nice, even going so far as to bring it to my table and come over and ask me afterwards if I liked the smoothie (I hadn't had one before). Not huge things by any stretch, but it's the little things that count! An hour later, the same guy as before came over with a cookie and some sweets, saying: "You've just eaten... how about some dessert?" I demurred, feeling a bit guilty as I'd already gotten free food, but he insisted: "Seriously, I've got so much of this stuff to get rid of. Just take it back home with you; I'm sure you've got somebody who'll eat it." Seriously awesome. And on top of all this, the WiFi was fast, the bathrooms are spotless, and they play chill music (plenty of Bob Marley and other reggae). What happened to the quality of your coffee?? Lately (after your recent remodel) the coffee at this location has been SO BAD that I can't drink it. It tastes like your using 3 day old shots, that have been watered down, in my vanilla latte. It's HORRIBLE! This has happened a few times now. It's become so bad, I can't even take the chance anymore. I will be bringing my own coffee from home when I am going in the direction of your West Bend Starbucks. Get your act together over there. I was disappointed by the lack of selection in the fridge compared to other Starbucks and the service was lacking. Over all the atmosphere was rather cold and even though there wasn't a line to speak of, it seemed like they were trying to get it done and over with. That being said the coffee wasn't anything special and they actually got my order wrong. As far as the new renovations go, it made the store seem more cramped and less inviting. All in all I've been to much better Starbucks. read more

Not what you would expect from Starbucks. In the past month there have been numerous instances where food items were not available (not seasonal items or selected location items, but items that are supposed to be available at all locations), staff that didn't know the menu when I asked for something, service was "hit n miss" with some staff friendly and others not, supplies not available to make certain drinks, drinks not prepared in same manner as advertised, very slow lines in drive-thru (regardless if lots of cars in line or minimal cars in line). Complete joke to be honest. For the price they charge for drinks, you expect a higher level of service and quality. Will try other Starbucks for this place needs a overhaul from manager on down. read more

I've been a customer for years. Have never been ignored or been treated rudely. Staff is overworked but works very hard. Too many air-brained customers on cellphones wanting to looked at, but a very patient staff deals with it. These must be the complainers. Shame. read more

I have always had good experiences with staff here, but this Starbucks compared to others I've been to has slower service. I think this is because it's the only Starbucks in West Bend and the line can be outrageous. My tip: I'll never stop for coffee unless I have 20 minutes to spare, and I'd suggest that to others. read more
