Two days in a row and both days I encountered two different cashiers with an attitude. Now, I know my name is Karen and can throw my own attitude, but these two give being a Karen a whole new name. First guy questioned my every choice. I only know SML, not the names you call your coffee sizes. He kept saying the sizes and when I said large, he repeated names I did not know. Then there was the milk issue. I didn't want oak milk. He kept saying which milk. I kept saying regular milk. We went back and forth until I said to give me the full head on fat milk. Oh, you want whole milk?! Yeah, sure. The barista who made my drink took all of my not so normal requests and made it perfectly. I decided to come back again to see if yesterday was a fluke. Different cashier, but the same nasty attitude. I saw the barista who made my drink yesterday and she remembered me. I told the cashier that I was here yesterday and the barista made the perfect drink. I wanted to make sure she knew that and would like the same barista to assist me again. "Don't tell me that now. What do you want?" And so began the berating tone and why was I changing what they know how to make. Thank you again for the wonderful barista who is what coming here is all about. Imprinted on your cup are the words, That first sip feeling. Well, my feeling here is more bitter than your coffee. Contact me if you want to know which barista I'm talking about. Jade (shifting supervisor), one of the workers here, was extremely rude. I ordered a venti and she gave me a tall, honest mistake. However, when I went up to politely ask for the venti instead, as was on my receipt, she took a venti cup and filled it with ice all the way to the lid and then poured the tall into the cup, right in front of my face. I then politely asked again to get the drink I ordered, to which she practically threw a fit before remaking it. On top of that, drink only reached about 3/4 of the cup, including ice, and didn't have my cold foam. I wouldn't have made a big deal if I didn't pay for it, but I did, so I just asked if it was possible to put on top (still very politely and understanding). She then proceeded to charge me $2 just for the little bit of the foam she added, which wasn't even enough to reach the lid of the cup, still having a large portion of it empty. The other workers were kind and understanding, however Jade was just so rude. As a 15 year old, $2 is a lot to me after I had already paid $8. I'm very disappointed in the service here. Don't come here, or at least mobile order if you have to. read more

Interesting that the Starbucks on Clematis Street doesn't have change for a 10 dollar bill. After ordering my latte through the app for over 2 years, went in to pick up this afternoon. Didn't have my phone with me and wanted a Kind Bar. Rude girl said she couldn't give me change for a 10 dollar bill and grabbed the bar out of my hand. I would have come back with my phone but had no desire to deal with her again. Horrible customer service. read more

The new Starbucks at Rosemary Square is a beautiful addition! Always busy! The staff did a great job taking care of the constant line. I would have gone crazy! Only 3 staff ! Service with a smile! Ample seating inside and covered outside seating! Bring your pups! My only negative is it needs cleaning. Absolutely not the staffs fault. Customers need to clean up after themselves. The staff were very busy serving the customers. But I guess the sanitizing between customers is long gone.. I ordered a regular coffee and the mini vanilla bean scone.. Of course the coffee was delicious and I love those mini scones. The music was perfect! Lite jazz to golden oldies to Smoky Robinson! Fabulous! I love this Starbucks because it's big and very roomy and lots of places to sit both inside and outside. Most Starbucks are so claustrophobic I can barely maneuver my child's stroller to get my drinks and/or there is literally no seating. Here it is inviting and plenty of space to hang out with your friends. I've come both on the weekends and weekday. On the weekend the only disadvantage is that it is very busy so they definitely take a long time to get your drinks even when mobile ordering ahead of time. This was one of the SLOWEST Starbucks I have been in since moving from California. We came in here to kill some time before going on the nearby duck tour. Hubby and I each had a black coffee, they did need to brew some for us, but it seemed to take longer than it should have. My dad splurges on a frozen beverage from Starbucks 3-4x a year, we noticed his drink took a really LONG time to come out. The place wasn't too crowded, so it's surprising that it took so long. There is ample seating indoors, as well as outdoors. There was some comfy looking patio furniture outside, some of which was in the shade. We were here on a rare freezing cold FL day, but if it had been warm it would have been nice to sit outside and people watch. The people working here were pleasant, so I'll go with 3 stars for the rating. read more

Stopped off at Starbuck's in City Place today to order and pick up drinks for family members. Located in the heart of the beautiful and quaint City Place shopping area, this Starbuck's location makes it very convenient to go to. My first experience at this location could have been better. First, my app wouldn't load so the barrister suggested I go on their WiFi. While I was signing onto WiFi, she took another order. The sign up required answering questions. When finally online, I went back to the register to complete the transaction. I ordered three drinks and awaited pickup. The girl making the drinks made a mistake. She forgot to use soy on one of them and had to start over. When finally given them, I asked for a tray to carry them since I had a few blocks of walking. I waited another ten minutes for someone to bring them out that because none were available. I was so happy the place wasn't crowded. I can't imagine what it would have been like otherwise. The drinks were delicious so I guess it was all worth it,lol. read more

Usually the baristas at any other Starbucks are friendly. Unfortunately the barista at the front was rude today, her name was Mia Carmen. It was my moms birthday and she was not helpful when we were trying to figure out technical difficulties and get the birthday reward. The coffee took over 10 minutes even though it wasn't very busy. It was sad that we had an unfriendly barista on my moms birthday. Instead of being accommodating she kept looking through my moms phone and just telling us we had to call Starbucks ourselves to figure it out. She was short with us and had an attitude. Second time recently going to the Starbucks on Okeechobee Blvd by 95. The first time i thought the actual barista was trying to rip me off but now i know they have raised their prices tremendously. used to get a venti hot latte for fair price. around 475-5 dollars. now its almost 6. a basic coffee with no extras for almost 6$! dont know if the crazy price hike is due to the semi-new 7 Brew across the street but thats ridiculous! and a no from me! decided to go to 7-Brew after declining to overpay (only second time being there) and got an even bigger coffee regular with half and half on the side for 3.75. i will be going there from now on and never to that rip off Starbucks ever again! read more

The wait at this Starbucks is always very long. I've had to wait 40 minutes for a drink once. When I asked why my drinks were taking so long, the barista got rude and blamed it on the mobile orders. That's understandable, but there were people who ordered in person that got their drinks before me too. When my drink finally came out, it was the complete wrong drink and had to be remade. They didn't even know how to make the drink I actually ordered and I had to explain it to them. I will never go to this Starbucks ever again, you can get better tasting drinks and save time by going to another location. read more

Always like going here...I like that you can have your coffee, have a seat, chat and sit for as long as you like. Staff is always friendly. Though one of the bathrooms was not working so it was a long wait for the bathroom...hopefully they fixed it by now!! Really poor service. Initially gave me the wrong order. Then after I went back they made me wait for 10 mins. When I was asking what the issue was with my order and why it was taking so long, I got the reply that they were busy with other orders whilst it wasn't busy at all. Because seating is closed due to COVID, at 7:45 am had to sit outdoors in the seating area. On one side of us we're leaf blowers and on the other side of us were sidewalk pressure washers. They were both slowly converging on us until the noise became completely unbearable as we were yelling at each other in order to be heard. Pretty decent Starbucks location to get your coffee fix. There's out door seating, with shade and off course indoor seating. The seats are average comfort. This place does tend to get very crowded with very long lines and the staff are a little bit slow, especially for people who on caffeine all day. It took them 45 mins to get our order of 2 drinks, which is a little crazy from my view. So if you are in a big rush, you might want to look for another place to get your coffee fix. With that said our orders were ok and they didn't make any mistakes with them and servers were friendly. read more

Let me start off by saying, I am not one to rant about my actual product from a restaurant or food venue unless it is completely wrong.. But it seems to be a reoccurring problem with Starbucks as a whole.. i never step foot in Starbucks until this season comes around. I wait every year for them to bring back the "Salted Caramel Mocha Frap" and now that it's back they can't seem to be consistent.. I ordered one 2 days in a row from this particular location and the first one (Oct 26,2017) was perfect. But this one today (Oct 27,2017) was far from correct. They clearly knew which product I wanted because on the side of the cup it reads SCMF (Salted caramel mocha frap) well they decided to give me a regular caramel frap and just put the salt on it like I wouldn't notice the difference! I noticed right when I looked at it, it was not right. I Was unable to approach the facility due to the fact I am at work and I had a friend pick up the beverage for me.. This is an employee issue so I am not going to hold the brand accountable YET, but in the future if this continues I will begin to lose faith in their brand! The beverage itself was good but it was NOT what I wanted, and considering I have worked in the food/ customer service industry my whole life; it is frustrating to the customer to have an image, a TASTE they crave and on arrival was not at all what they desired.
