Geez, don't judge a book by it's cover!! Such an unassuming location in a strip mall by the freeway (hwy 405) but BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and clean bathrooms!!!!! Croissants and coffees were quick, all additions/changes were done to perfection. Really haven't experienced this level of service in a Starbucks for a long time. Definitely patron this location!! Special shout out to Alicia and Josh! THANK YOU!!!

TL;DR - drinks are average, lots of nice seating! come here often with my friends staff is very friendly & quick, no mistakes usually! - my fav: dragon drink, pink drink - steer clear of baked goods, they're usually stale

FYI: There is no drive-thru. When comparing to other Starbucks, it's pretty basic here. There is only one table in the middle of the space, with benches facing the outside windows. There is also a small sitting area in the corner. I'm not a big Starbucks guy, but when I do, I get a Cafe Americano, which was made right. At 5am, the table I was sitting at was dirty, with crumbs on the table and dried chocolate on several of the seats. The gentleman at the counter was friendly. Overall, if you're just stopping in for a coffee, this place works.

I forgot to mention Josh in my last review (i'm terrible with names.) He has always helped me with my drink customization ever since I started going here. He's like a coffee Encyclopedia. Thank you josh and all the staff members here as well. You continue to impress me with your hard work and professionalism.

This was my quick coffee stop while I was en route to baja. It was a cool rainy day, and I was in the mood for an iced cold drink. I wanted something strong, to give me enough energy for most of the day. So I ordered a cold brew. The baristas were hard at work, processing orders efficiently, and making sure everything was in order. While I waited for my drink, I noticed that this place was kept immaculately clean. This includes their restroom, which is great for a place that gets quite a bit of customers. This location has quite a bit of space, but due to Covid 19 restrictions, sitting down and enjoying coffee indoors was not going to happen. No biggie, as I still had quite a drive ahead of me that day. Parking is found inside the small shopping center in which this Starbucks sits. Despite heavy traffic in the adjacent streets, I found no problem finding a parking spot that day. The surrounding area is decent, and I saw no shady characters around. Much like many other Starbucks locations, this is a great pick. Keep up the good work!

I've been going to this Starbucks for the past 5 years and always tip. Everyone here is usually lively and makes amazing drinks, but this is the first time I received a drink where it's only 70-80% filled with most of the actual drink being ice...

Good drinks, pleasant personalities but too much ice for standard drinks and too much ice for "light ice" option.

Dark, spooky, cozy with the smell of espresso seeping through the walls. If you leave through the back entrance, you're transported back into the dull colorless vibe of the surrounding atrium (no offense to the landlord). Now, for the important part--COFFEE! I ordered the Moon Over Bourbon Street. It tasted slightly artificial but they make most syrups from scratch. I may just have been sensitive to the flavors. But it was really good. Not too sweet. My sister ordered the Dorian Gray latte. Deathly divine. My son had the Palace of Lavinia. He's used to super sweet iced tea so this was extremely mellow, even sweetened. But it was absolutely refreshing. Sadly, we did not try any provisions. Super service. Friendly and helpful. Gave recommendations. Barista had great handwriting. It's all in the death-tails! We are already dying to come back!

It was my forst time here and I ordered rhe Scarborough Fair Latte Iced. It had rosemary, honey, and bee pollen. I was there for about 2 hours and they knew about 98% of the customers and what drinks they liked. I noticed the customers even greeted each other saying good to see you again. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

Full sweetness (agave) was delightful and did not feel overly sweet. Seemed like they use 3 or 4 g of matcha, but not sure (was at least more than 2g). Oat milk is only 50 cents extra, but I got regular milk (I think they use 2%). Interior was clean, forest green and had luxurious leafy vibes with 4 or so tables of 3. There is a bathroom, oddly with a bidet. Located in an older strip mall with varied food offerings. Plenty or parking on a weekday midday. BEWARE: google maps takes you to an alley in back, so just go around the block to the other side. I see why this place was on a reel for top iced matchas in OC. Would recommend, and would like to come back to try the mango matcha latte or even just for this cherry matcha again!

I saw that they recently switched to a new powder so I wanted to try. They claim to be using Rocky's matcha, but I used Rocky's matcha at home and it tastes nothing like this! My double matcha tasted like pure grass and was very gritty. I'm not even sure what made it a double matcha because there was no matcha cream or anything on top. So I paid $8 for a bland grassy cup of milk. Cuptopia PLEASE go back to your old matcha ***Edit because that response from the owner is wild hahaha I guess the customer service isn't that great. I did not make a single rude comment about your shop or anything even remotely close to ruin anyone's reputation. All I said was that the matcha blend has downgraded because it has. Yelp is here to share honest opinions and that was mine. And obviously I don't know what was said or ordered because I WAS NOT THERE. He just dropped it off and made no mention of matcha cream not being available, either way $8 is way too expensive for a matcha this quality. I never once said I want to do a collab with your shop he was probably just trying to support me and my page because I enjoy making content and run a fun little matcha page. I have actually made a video/post in the past expressing how much I enjoyed your shop and matcha and it's still accessible on my page but probably not after this interaction. Very odd and rude response for a simple review:/ all I said was the old matcha was better....sorry that struck a nerve.

The barista at the window was very friendly. The shop offers espresso, blended granitas, fruit smoothies, and infused energy drinks, served with a signature chocolate covered espresso bean on top. What a cool concept! I ordered a 12 oz strawberry matcha smoothie $7.25 and a 12 oz iced caramel hazelnut mocha $6.05. However, they forgot to add the strawberry puree to my drink so I ended up with a matcha smoothie, which was fine. It was served with light whipped cream on top, which helped the flavor as it had more of an icee-like taste to it. I probably would not get it again as there is plenty of good matcha elsewhere. The iced caramel hazelnut mocha was pretty good and had a nice aroma to it. I will try other coffee drinks in the future and look forward to trying their frozen hot chocolate. They also sell breakfast items like biscuits, bagels, croissants, and pastries. So convenient and a much better option than Starbucks! Happy eating and stay thirsty! Yelp Review #57- 2026
