I love this 7 eleven. The guys here are always really friendly and helpful! They maintain a clean store and the items are always fresh. I have been to other 7 elevens that weren't very good.. this one is top 3. They have a pretty wide selection. They also have some cool Korean and Mexican snacks and candy. So far so good! read more

Walk in "hey my friend " Get my free T mobile Slurpee Tuesday slurpee and go to check out and "my friend" tells me we don't honor T-mobile slurpee Tuesday . Huh , I look at my phone front and back and said huh again ? Well why not ? Because we don't . Ok well I didn't bring my wallet so I have no money . He takes the slurpee and My friend says you shoulda asked before you got it . Huh Said what . Bells and sirens are going off in my head . I put my finger in my ear and scratch . 2 billion things went through my mind in half a second, but I didn't say anything, but ok. So I go to my car get my money walk back in and make another slurpee . I can see his gears are speeding up . The old slurpee is still sitting in the back counter . I get to the register and he says do I want both of them ? I'm laughing inside as I put my change on the counter and count out 0.28 cents . I say "oh my friend I am so sorry I don't have enough money to pay . I am so sorry and walk out . Drive up the street and hit my free slurpee from the real 7-11. read more

I'm a local and frequent this 7-Eleven almost twice a week. I came in at 3:30 PM to grab some decaf coffee. There was no decaf coffee, so I asked if they could make some which they always do. They told me that they would not make the coffee although anytime I ask any 7-Eleven, they always are very kind and make it right away. Instead, this 7-Eleven's staff was rude to me in front of their other customers. We should not frequent places that treat their customers poorly. I will never come to this 7-Eleven again. read more

Cashier had the audacity to look into my eyes. When no one was, waiting behind me "that he can not be bothered with my request because I was talking!" Huh? Seriously, since the new owners took over this store 4-5 months ago, it's CRAP! There use to be very polite, super easy to talk to Latinos that worked here. Now the cashiers speak little to no English, they're very uninpersonable, and very rude. I just went in on July 11, 7-11-24, for a slurpee and not even realizing it was free slurpee day, I ask for a cup for my 10yr old and he says loudly "YOU SEE SIGN ON DOOR", no, what does it say, "BROKEN"! Is it broken because you don't want to give out free slurpees or because it's really broken? I'll pay for the damn slurpee. I look behind the machine, not plugged in. How convenient it's unplugged on the day you have to give away something for free! I go to the 7-11 on Warner/Springdale, same thing, "Broken". I look behind, just unplugged. I ask if they own the one on Beach/Talbert...."YUP"! These owners are not part of our community. If you can't give the neighborhood kids free slurpees on the 1 day you're able to, pack your shit and leave our neighborhood.​ Everything is now over priced, store is dirty, they never have anything in stock, etc.. I went in to the store last Monday after work around 4:30ish, no coffee. I ask him to make a pot, he says no because they don't want to waste it since they may not sell that much more coffee for the rest of the night. What kind of service is this?! I'm done! We ask if we could have two plastic cups because everything was packed. He doubted and then said take two small ones. After paying for the beers we realized that he charged us a dollar each cup!! Decent 7-11 location across from Golden West College. The aisles are well-stocked and brightly lit. Clerks here always seem friendly. A plus is that the ATM inside is part of the COOP network (fee-free access if you're part of a Credit Union) - which makes it a relatively safe and well lighted area to get cash if you need to (there's also a COOP ATM at the College across the street). read more

The employees have always been so informative and nice! Last week I was super sick and stopping to get cough drops and a few other things and must have left my water bottle. I went in today to grab some things and the manager let me know that he put my water bottle to the side and actually kept it for me. So sweet. I've been going to this particular 7-11 since they opened... I even come on the weekends with family when I'm not working...! (I work in the same shopping center). Since they've been open, I can only remember two people (one female/one male), who were anything less than wonderful in their treatment of any customer walking in...not just me. I haven't seen either of those two people for a while. Mudassir is awesome, the BEST! He always greets everyone cheerily, even on those days when he's obviously tired. I've been to other locations in, and out of, the area but this one is, by far, the star of 7-11's! Always tidy & clean. One thing I keep forgetting to say something about.... They need to get someone to reprogram their registers... ...the bottom of their receipts still refers to getting a "Free Spin" ....back on Sept. 24-25, 2010! Good and cheap place if you want to grab something on the road. I grew up got so long ever since I was a little chicken nugget. When my mom let me have my first slurp, I feel home when ever I go to 7-11, but like home there is always a problem. That problem is they leave their hot dogs and pizza out for way too long. If you want fresh food from them just ask them to make the food fresh. That's really my problem with 7-11. It's a simple snack convince store, with a lasting impact than any other convince story I have seen. read more

I'm a 7-11 connoisseur! Especially with alllll the locations in the HB ! Since this is a newer location I thought it'd be better stocked and maintained better! The 2nd time I came here was the last straw! Its in the shopping center with our amazing optometrist and a Hobby mega store.Came in here on a Saturday afternoon and only 1 EMPLOYEE was working!! ?!! The swap meet is right across the street and people are all over this center! First sign I should have walked out is the coco machine was filled with liquid at the bottom where its supposed to be flawlessly cleaned! I overlooked it since I really wanted my coco but regretted it later! Both my coco & my moms coffee was so thin and watery! The counters were filthy! This employee was clearly overwhelmed with all the customers and let the cleaning go to the way side! We ended up going to our original 7-11 location and tossed our drinks and remade them the right way!! Never again!!! -_- Why would the owners/managers of this store let only 1 employee run the store on a Saturday afternoon?!! FAIL! read more

My name is Ashley Austin, my mother is Allison Austin. I get a slurpee about twice a week while my mother gets a slurpee at least once, sometimes twice a day at the 7-11 on Edinger and Goldenwest, so we are very accustomed to the customer service that goes on there. Though we have been to other 7-11's, this one by far is the friendliest and most attentive. The manager, Munassar, in particular takes time out of every day to show us these attributes. He always carries himself with a confident and pleasant manner and every time we see him he is beaming a smile that could brighten even the coldest and darkest of days. He is just one of the most positive people we have ever come into contact with. He is also a very hard worker; in all the days we have come into the store we have never seen him kicking back and not working 110 percet. And he always makes time somehow for each of his customers. He, not only learns their names, but he really gets to know them and pays attention to each of them individually. And today, the slurpee machine froze up and Munassar took time out of his busy schedule to fix the machine, defrosting the Coke flavor, just for my mom, till it was perfect for her. He always does little things like that; taking extra time to please a customer, which is why he is such an amazing manager and why we always make sure to come to this 7-11 so often, because the customer service is so exceptional. read more

Very clean, nice 7-Eleven, well-stocked. Clean bathrooms (much appreciated!). Mudassar Ali (at this store) is exceptionally nice and kind. He's always there when I go (middle of the day) and he is very kind and friendly. I MUST say that, ALL the 7-Eleven's (in Huntington Beach) have nice people working there. It's no accident. Upper management must work really hard at keeping good people there, and I love that they are not grumpy and mean. I wish the workers had something to sit on, though, and could go in the back to eat meals instead of eating standing up. I see this often, and it hurts to think they can't take small, dignified breaks. read more
